Carinthian folk music with experimental variations Since 2016, the music duo [:klak: ] and the cabaret duo RaDeschnig have been touring across musical styles under the name Klakradl: musical virtuosity meets indigenous texts, austere chamber music stumbles over experimental rhythms and light-hearted convivial motifs stumble over great poetry.

A guided botanical walk along the Solda panorama path: Starting in the village centre, we walk past the parish church of St. Gertraud to panorama trail no. 7, which we follow into the valley past meadows, pastures, woods and small streams to the valley station of the Solda cable car. There we switch to the opposite side of the valley, with its sunny and dry slopes. We now return to our starting point with a splendid view of the north face of the Ortler mountain along panorama trail no. 6. Along the way, we will be able to admire numerous species of flowers, including the species Pedicularis recutita, Alpine clematis, Globeflower, Twinflower , Lesser twayblade, Greek valerian, Orange hawkweed, Bearded bellflower and many others. Who is the event for? The Via Ferrata Testival is aimed at families and all via ferrata enthusiasts from Germany, Austria, and South Tyrol/Italy. Participation is free for visitors, and attractive ticket options are available for the ascent to the mountain station.

Under the professional guidance of a state-certified mountain guide you learn the abc of climbing at the Marchegg climbing garden. Equipment is provided free of charge. You only need to bring trekking shoes or runners and comfortable clothing. Food and drinks are available in the Marchegghof tavern nearby. We take the high trail and cross the Sella massif, a moom landscape at almost 3000 meters. Short break at the Boe hut (2.871m) and then continue to the Piasciadu Hut where we have lunch (2.585m).
