With the traditional Tramin Wine Lane, the people of Tramin celebrate the golden autumn and its treasures each year. On Saturday, October 18, 2025, visitors from near and far will once again flock to the festively decorated village lane, where all sorts of culinary delights from kitchen and cellar await tasting. Here’s how it works: After paying a €5 deposit, you’ll receive a beautiful glass bearing the Tramin coat of arms. With it, you can sample the finest wines from Tramin’s wineries at the various stands. The prices for individual wines are displayed at each stand. The celebrations of the "Wine Alleyway", in the heart of the historic centre of Termeno which is open only to pedestrians, is an appointment not to be missed: the best Traminer wines will be offered in cups made for this very occasion along with special South Tyrolean delicacies in an atmosphere of music and folklore.

The biggest event of the musical year is the spring concert, which takes place every year on the first Sunday in March in the Kursaal in Merano. The band also plays several concerts in and outside Lana every year and takes part in numerous church celebrations. Several musicians play together in one of the two Bohemian bands or in other smaller groups. Youth work is one of the most important tasks for a music band today. A lot of attention is therefore paid to recruiting new musicians and looking after the young musicians. Martin Knoll has been the leader of the Bürgerkapel-le Lana since 2007. Andreas Benedikter, born in 1981 in Brixen, received his first music lessons at the music school in Brixen. He then studied at the ‘C. Monteverdi’ Conservatory in Bolzano (recorder, piano, chamber music) and worked as a piano accompanist and instrumental teacher at the South Tyrolean Institute for Music Education. From 2009 to 2015 he lived and worked in Innsbruck, where he was a piano teacher at PianoArt. He has been teaching at various music and secondary schools in South Tyrol since 2015 and has been the organist at the parish church in Unterinn since 2018. The farmers’ festival at Teis, which will take place on 19th October 2025, is one of South Tyrol’s most traditional festivals and a true journey of discovery through the crafts and customs of the Villnöss valley. On the festival, you’ll learn how to do old farm crafts such as baking bread, weaving baskets and hats, felting, carving and pottery. Freshly prepared, rustic specialties are also served, while musical groups play in the charming village lanes. Beginning at 10.00 am.

Traditional folk music, chestnut market, rural dishes and chestnut specialities await visitors in the village centre of Völlan. Visit to the Völlan Farmers' Museum with traditional baking demonstrations and a presentation of local crafts. Castelmusika invites you on Sunday 19th october 2025 to an autumnal experience between Eppan's castles and manor houses under the sign of music. The Eppan and South Tyrolean music and traditional dance groups enliven historical walls and courtyardss with a diverse repertoire.

The music bands of Eppan vitalize their audience with a diverse repertoire in the historic walls and courtyards. The visitors walk through palaces, castles and residences and experience on this simple walking route a pleasant mix of autumnal atmosphere, history and music.

Experience the "Allerweltskirchtag" on the church square in Marling with the "Weisenbläser" and the Whip-Crackers from Marling! After the church service, around 9:30 AM, you’ll have the opportunity to experience local tradition and customs up close. A special experience for everyone!

The "Welsberger Kirta" starts with the festive parade of the Music village band of Monguelfo at 10:45 am. through the Village center. This event promises not only musical delights, but also a convivial get-together in a festive atmosphere.

Keschtnriggl - Chestnut days. The Chestnut Weeks and the Törggelen in Merano and Environs have been a South Tyrolean Tradition for years. Chestnut days in Tesimo/Tisens - Prissiano/Prissian, Foiana/Völlan and Lana gets ist Name from the "Keschtnriggl" - a hand-braided basket for Peeling roast chestnuts. For three weeks, a colourful Event Programme is put on for visitors: Chestnut walks, torchlight processions from castle to castle and the "Keschtnfestl" feast in Foiana, with Music, farmers market, chestnut delicates and traditional crafts. The aromatic fruit with ist spiky Shell, grows particularly well in Merano and Environs, and during this green Event has pride of place in the specialities of traditional inns and prestigious Restaurants, as well as in exquisite chestnut products such as sweet chestnut hearts, aromatic chestnut beer, hearty chestnut stollen, tasty chestnut spraed, luxuriant chestnut cake, fluffy chestnut bread, the excellent chestnut panettone as well as the noble chestnut praline.

During the Chestnut Festival "KESCHTNRIGGL", everything revolves around the "Tisner Kescht" (Chestnut of Tesimo). During the "KESCHTNRIGGL" period, menus in selected restaurants feature specially created chestnut dishes. The chestnut is the protagonist of numerous events during the Chestnut Festival KESCHTNRIGGL.

Naturno has made a name for itself as a market town in recent years; the much-visited and popular weekly market on Saturdays has become indispensable for locals and holidaymakers alike, and attracts many visitors to the village. The "Kirchtigmarkt" is one of the three annual markets where up to 55 stallholders offer their goods.
