On selected Sundays, the Summit Mountain Club presents various live acts and bands on its Summit - terrace.
This Sunday, 16th February the "Jungen Zillertaler" are coming to Ratschings and will ensure an unforgettable afternoon with a great atmosphere.

The lesson is for: beginners who want to get to know the sport; for advanced skaters to refine their technique and for children aged 4 and over.
The ice skating lesson is led by Ritten’s flagship athlete Nicola Mayr. She took part in Speed Skating World Cups and Olympic Games and is currently the assistant coach of the junior national squad.

Experience an enchanting circular hike on the snowy plateau between Tiers and Welschnofen, where sparkling snowfields and majestic mountain panoramas allow you to fully immerse yourself in the winter serenity of South Tyrol.
Tour Description:
After ascending with the cable car from Tiers, we begin our hike at the Frommeralm hut. We hike past the Niger Pass and take trail No. 1 towards Schillerhof. Before reaching it, we turn towards Hagneralm hut and continue on to Jocherhof. After a lunch break, we return to the starting point via Nigertal valley.

Professional introduction with the expert Martin Psenner with many tips and tricks to learn the correct driving and braking technique from 11 a.m.-12.30 p.m. & 1-3 p.m.,

The art of cross-country skiing is not only a sport, but also a discipline that benefits both body and mind. Egon, director of the San Cassiano Cross-country Centre and of the Alta Badia Cross-country School, founded 30 years ago, will give you two exciting hours, including a visit to the new center dedicated to San Cassiano, to discover the activities that can be practiced.
The guide speaks Italian and German.
Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online within the day before (limited places).
During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.
Tobogganing on a natural track also needs to be learnt. In his hometown, world luge champion Patrick Lambacher will teach you the best technique for braking and turning and will give you tips on the right equipment.

A snowshoe hike to discover the winter magic of Resciesa: the start of this impressive adventure takes place in Ortisei, from where you take an uphill facility to overcome the first difference in altitude. Very quietly and in the company of a guide from the Catores group, you will explore the Resciesa-Alp in the middle of the Puez-Odle Nature Park, which offers a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. Here you can feel nature down to your toes and recharge your batteries. After that, you will return to Ortisei with the funicular.
