Then this short afternoon hike, in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Vallunga and Chedul Valley, which are both unique in their kind, is just the thing for you. Indeed, hiking in the mountains is a very complete physical activity, which is very healthy and of great benefit for strengthening the joints and the back. Ready for an unforgettable adventure in the Dolomites? The day begins with an exciting ride on the funicular from Ortisei in Val Gardena, which takes us to an incredible altitude of 2000 meters. After the ascent, we tackle a short but demanding climb to the Raschötz Hut. The steep path rewards us with spectacular views. Continuing towards Ausserraschötz, we face a short pushing section. The beauty of the natural landscape compensates for every effort. Interested in visiting one of our characteristic farmsteads? The Moarhof farm in the hamlet of Obergoste invites you to take a tour of its barn, stables, petting zoo and dairy farm. Following the tour, you can savour some farm products such as milk, butter, yoghurt, cheese, smoked sausages called „Kaminwurzen“ and bacon.

From the Jochgrimm/Passo Oclini car park (individual arrival), the hike with hiking guide takes about 50 minutes through flowering alpine meadows and fragrant mountain pine forest up to the rocky, white summit of the Weißhorn/Corno Bianco (2313 m). At the top will be served a small South Tyrolean snack with freshly sliced bacon and cheese as well as wine and apple juice - and a box seat for the fabulous alpenglow. Shuttle Val di Fosse - A shuttle minibus takes you from Naturns to the Vorderkaser parking lot. From there you can hike through the charming Val di Fosse. The Alpine adventure trail is considered one of the most beautiful sections of the Merano High Mountain Trail and offers unique views of the mountain giants of the Texel Group. Against the backdrop of LanaLive's exploration of rituals and their meaning in contemporary society, the exhibition, curated by Annika Terwey, offers a journey through different artistic interpretations of ritual experiences. The exhibition takes place in the historic setting of St. Hippolyt in Naraun, which was already frequented by people in the Neolithic Age and is one of the oldest settlement sites in South Tyrol. The place is still an important venue for various rituals and traditional customs. The two founded the creative factory About A Worker, which is committed to transparency and social inclusion, encouraging reflection on the role of workers in society and exploring new possibilities for creation, production, and distribution. In the Creative Factory in the industrial city of Roubaix, France, various collections of clothing and accessories, object series, and textile artworks are created through the reuse of discarded materials, offering alternatives to fast fashion. About A Worker also organizes workshops focused on the development from idea to product, the improvement of production processes, and the transfer of know-how, all while observing processes in technology, sociology, iconography, and ethnography. About A Worker has collaborated worldwide with various brands, companies, and cultural institutions, including Lacoste, Lafayette Anticipations, Adidas, La Redoute, and Palais de Tokyo, and has received numerous awards. Kim Hou and Paul Boulenger from About A Worker will speak with eco-social designer Adele Buffa about their inclusive design approach, their process-oriented creative work, and what brought them to South Tyrol, on May 20 at 7:00 PM in the Luna Bar of Parkhotel Mondschein in Bolzano. This impressive hike runs along the sunny slope of Barbian over the new bridge to Saubach and down the valley to Kollmann. Meeting place at 10am at the Information Office Barbian. How is a bee colony organised? How is honey made? Why are these industrious, seemingly never-tiring insects so important to us? Our beekeeper will accompany you to the apiary (20-minute walk). Equipped with protective beekeeping clothing, you will have the opportunity to observe a bee colony and learn more about the creation and production of honey. An exciting insight for young and old!

Would you like to learn more about the crunchy all-rounder apple? Then a guided apple tour through the orchards is just the thing for you. Our fruit farmer will accompany you and tell you everything you need to know about this diverse fruit. As a culinary conclusion, you can expect a tasting of delicious apples and apple juice. Guided Biketour - Meran 360° Our 360º tour through the Etsch Valley starts in Algund. From there we ride towards Gratsch and then to the Segenbühel viewing point from where we then head towards Merano. Taking several side roads we reach the cycle track leading to Bolzano. At Gargazon we leave the cycle track and reach the fabulous Brandis golf course, from where we pedal towards Tscherms. At Tscherms we ride uphill towards Lebenberg Castle, where we can look forward to a wonderful view of the Burggrafenamt region. At the Haidenhof inn we take a well-deserved break. A lovely scenic road takes us to Marling and then we return along Nörderstrasse to our starting point in Algund. We do 42 km and 700m of elevation gain

A romantic torchlight hike awaits you! The meeting point with Simone, who accompanies the hike, is at the tourist office in Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente. From there, you will need to drive independently to the Oberkofl farm, which takes about five minutes. The easy hike starts there and leads you past the farm along an idyllic forest path to the mystical St. Agatha Church, which lies in a clearing in the woods. The trail is easy to walk, with no major elevation changes. Along the way, Simone will share fascinating stories about the legendary church and this special place. Under the expert guidance of Melanie, herbalist and phytotherapist, we will discover the treasures of nature and learn exciting facts about traditional folk medicine and modern wild herb cuisine. On our leisurely walk to the Alpine pasture Tablander Alm, we will learn which medicinal plants grow right on our doorstep, how to recognize them and what mythical stories surround them. We will walk alongside the majestic Puez Group, at the bottom of its peaks Cima Dodici, Capuziner and Piz Duleda.
Reaching Fontanacia at the end of the valley, we will be surrounded by th magical silence of the pale mountains.

We will return via the Medalges meadows, konwn for their colourful flora.
