After a walk through the vineyards, the owner welcomes visitors into the wine cellars and offers insight into the exciting and complex process of wine-making. The tour is concluded with a trip to the modern tasting room, giving you a chance to enjoy sipping your way through the selection of wines.

Sonja will provide you with information about the South Tyrolean Alpine apple, variety overview, cultivation methods, field work, processing, and marketing. You can expect a tasting of apples and apple juice from a local producer, along with a short walk through nearby orchards. Duration is approximately 1.5 hours. The Plonerhof winery in Marling invites you to an exclusive wine tasting and cellar tour every Thursday at 3:00 PM, year-round (except during harvest). In the cellar, the secrets of winemaking will be revealed. Finally, the wine tasting completes this unique experience. At the Plonerhof winery, a variety of wines are produced on steep vineyard rows with inclines of up to 40%. The house’s cuvées are especially impressive, standing out for their unique diversity and the combination of exceptional grapes. The winery is located in a unique position, where the interplay of climate, soil, and the mountain ranges around Merano creates ideal conditions for viticulture. What exactly is sustainable winegrowing? During a guided tour through the small vineyard, you learn about the ecology of vineyards. You gain an insight into how wine is produced sustainably, from planting and managing the vineyard to processing the grapes and reaching the final quality of the wine. The guided tour finishes with a wine tasting of Messnerhof wines. Duration: about 1.5 hours. Minimum number of participants: 6.

At the ama - wine fair, over 40 wineries and wine producers from South, North and Welsh Tyrol exhibit their wines for tasting. The entire evening is accompanied by appropriate music and various dishes. Guided tours of the restaurant and the Amalia Pernter 1896 tailor's shop are offered during the evening.

The Lammweg in Girlan entices visitors with sparkling wine, wine and distillates. Sektmanufaktur Winkler, Kellerei K. Martini & Sohn and Hofbrennerei St. Urban serve a selection of their labels while the sun slowly sets. The relaxed atmosphere is rounded off with small delicacies and cool beats. The e-bike tour takes us through the beautiful Val Gardena and is considered one of the most beautiful in the Dolomites. From the Vallunga valley, we follow forest and gravel paths to the Juac hut, where we enjoy the panorama. Surrounded by imposing rock walls, the tour continues to the “Rifugio Firenze” hut on Col Raiser. After a break, we bike to St. Jakob, the oldest church in Val Gardena, and then to Ortisei. Rangers of Stelvio National Park await you at the Wildlife Observation Place by Lake Zufritt to mediate and observe wild animals together with you. In the evening Red deer, Roe deer, Chamois and, perhaps, even Golden eagles and rare Bearded vultures can be spotted.

Everything here revolves around nature! Together we explore the animal and plant world of the nature park, play and craft with natural and recycled materials, turn wild herbs into delicious treats, and gradually get to know the nature around us step by step. Experience our bio-herbary at the "Oberpalwitterhof" in Barbian. 50 different kinds of herbs are grown according to biological rules.
