We make a short walk of approx. 50 min. to the Steinmetz farm. We visit the farm with stable, animals and the farm butchery. At the Gampen Pass, we visit the Gampen bunker, a military bunker built during the Second World War. We then hike on a gravel road, then along a footpath and uphill in serpentines until we cross a wide valley at the foot of the small Laugenspitze. Continuing on and climbing gently, we reach the small, idyllic Gfrillneralm where we stop for a bite to eat. Marvellous views as far as the Dolomites await us there. Afterwards we hike along a pleasant track down to the Gampenstraße from where we take the bus back to Lana. Walking time: 4 hours Altitude difference: 400 m Difficulty: medium

Activities with the ambassadors of the Ladin tradition. La Villa is home to one of the headquarters of the “Croce Bianca”, a voluntary organization that provides first aid. Lukas became a volunteer at the age of thirteen and has never stopped helping those in need in the valley. During this visit you will learn what volunteering in the mountains is all about and you will soon realize that these helpful people have a big heart. ONLY FOR CHILDREN AGED 5 TO 9 YEARS OLD! Step into the role of a knight or a castle maiden. These childhood dreams come true at Castle Sprechenstein. Through fencing, archery, and other skill and adventure games, children aged 5-9 can immerse themselves in the world of the Middle Ages. The St. Valentin church surrounded by meadows and fields, with the Schlern massif in the background, the small church of St. Valentin offers a real idyllic scene. The construction is of great historical and artistic value with precious frescos from the 14th and the 15th century. A peculiarity (among others): the painter has tried to include the local landscape as background in its representation of the three Kings. The hike starts at the Active & Events office in the centre of Selva di Val Gardena in direction of Vallunga, a true family paradise. From there you follow the path "Via Crucis" in order to reach the idyllic hamlet of “Daunëi”. During a visit to a beehive, children and their parents will learn interesting facts about the honey bee, its life and the honey's journey from the flower blossom to the honey jar. Drive via the Brenner motorway to Trento, then through the picturesque Sugan Valley to Bassano del Grappa. Sugan Valley to Bassano del Grappa. Through the Padanian plain to Mestre and over the Freedom Bridge to the island of Tronchetto (car park). We arrive in Venice at a time when the large crowds of day tourists have already left the city. We take a private boat through the Giudecca Canal to the waterfront at San Marco. We hike from Oberbozen to Migleregg, one of the most beautiful viewpoints on Ritten, to Maria Himmelfahrt and to the earth pyramids with a stop at Gasthof Drei Birken. Unforgettable hike on the bright side of Barbian. We guide you through the colorful splendor of the summer messengers, past historic buildings, streams, chestnut trees and much more. "Viles" are typical rural homes that have housed generations of Ladin people, and this walk is dedicated to them. It is an evocative immersion into the culture and tradition of our valley. The power of alpine herbs. The hay baths in Fiè allo Sciliar have been practiced since 1903. During this guided tour, we will tell you about the culture and the healing effect of the hay bath. The hay bath originated from a tradition of the farmers who took their night's lodging in the hay barn during haymaking and noticed that after a night in the hay the tiredness of the previous day was blown away. Those who spend their wellness holidays around the Alpe di Siusi can relax in the hay according to an old tradition. The medicinal herbs such as thyme, arnica, cinquefoil and gentian unfold their full effect when you sweat. The grass for the hay bath, interspersed with the many medicinal herbs, is mown exclusively on unfertilised meadows, early in the morning or late in the evening, in order to preserve all the essential essences.
