We take the Brenner motorway to Rovereto. Through the Loppio Valley and the Passo San Givanni we already reach the north-eastern shore of Lake Garda at Torbole. We drive along the eastern shore to Malcesine. There we enjoy a longer stay to get to know the famous town on the eastern shore. In the early afternoon we take a private boat to Limone. By bus you will then travel along the tunnel-rich Westgardesana towards Riva, the northernmost town on Lake Garda. Via Arco and the Sarca Valley past the beautifully situated Lake Toblino and through the narrow Vela Gorge we reach the Adige Valley again and the Brenner motorway back to Schenna.

Your guide leads you through several stations where she tells about winegrowing, landscape and history. On the way, at the Baron Widmann winery, in the vineyards, at the Castel Turmhof Tiefenbrunner winery and in the Cantina Cortaccia, you can taste 5 typical wines. The walk lasts 3 1/2-4 hours, about 50 minutes of which are spent actually walking. Included in the WinePass.

Every Wednesday we meet us in the farm of the Schildhof Obergereuth. Together we prepare South Tyrolean bread with spices and wheat from our farm. While the dough is rising and resting, we visit the wheat field and our mill from 1831. The bread and three recipes are taken home. While the bread is baking in the oven, we dedicate ourselves to lunch: a generous and varied platter of cheeses from the organic cheese dairies Aignerhof and Schupferhof, various types of bread from our farm and our medlar jelly. From St. Martin, the hike leads along a wide track past the alpine pasture towards Vigiljoch. We leave this and continue through a beautiful spruce forest to Mahlbach. We walk along the Alpenrosenweg trail to the Weiler Aschbach, which lies high above the Vinschgau Valley and offers a magnificent view. Plant market: We exchange cuttings, tubers, bulbs, herbs, seeds, indoor and garden plants.... Everyone is welcome to bring something for their own use. The beekeepers' association presents its bee showcase and invites you to taste! Two secondary school pupils present their project. The sharpening of knives and scissors is offered!

The focus of this special event at the Steinegg Museum is the ancient and valuable knowledge around the power of plants & herbs. During a short tour of the museum, visitors get to know the rooms of our ancestors, where knowledge about herbs was also practised. The lovingly furnished rooms, chambers and workrooms faithfully reflect the life of our ancestors. Afterwards, our instructor Tanja Rassler, practitioner of new alternative healing methods according to Gottfried Hochgruber, will introduce you to the secrets of the power of herbs. The focus will be on spring flowers with their various uses and healing powers - in keeping with the motto: "Spring is always the beginning of something new". A workshop will show how to make a carrot oil that prevents sunburn from the inside and that participants can also take home with them. From 23 to 26 May 2024, the new schenna e.motion event will be all about electric mobility and enjoyment. In addition to excursions with electric vehicles to the most beautiful places in South Tyrol, there will be a special supporting programme with an e-test and safety day in Bolzano, a tour of an e-plant, high-class enjoyment evenings and much more.

Experience the farm with all your senses! Therefore the guide will take you from from the village to the specific farm. There will be tastings, interesting farm tours and the presentation of farm work.

The Faslar mountain farm is located above the picturesque village of Stelvio. Here, the Haas family, consisting of young farmers, passionately manages their organic goat farm with around 60 German goats. A pleasant hike leads from Gamagoi through the mountain village of Stelvio, where it is said that even chickens need crampons due to the steep terrain. But where art, culture and tradition also come together in a very original way. Once at the Faslarhof farm, the Haas family will give you an insight into their daily life in the mountains and let you taste some of their farm produce. Well fortified, we return to Prato together with our hiking guide Sigrid via the historical mining-themed 'Archaikweg' trail. After the descent, the local organic dairy in the village opens its doors to participants, who can take a brief look at the milk processing centre, where fresh hay milk is carefully processed into cheese. The lake only lasts a couple of weeks, sinking into the soil as quickly as it has appeared. ONLY IN GERMAN OR ITALIAN How is honey made, how is a bee colony organised and why are these busy insects that never seem to get tired so important for us? This guided tour into the world of bees and beekeepers provides the answers to questions like these and more. Expert Christian Kessler from the Partschins Beekeeping Association give an overview of the lives of these hard-working little pollinators, show how they work in the open beehive and the amazing social behaviour of bees, and explain how honey gets from the flower to a jar with the “Made in South Tyrol” brand label on it. Equipped with the right protective clothing, participants can marvel at and literally get to grips with the inner life of the bee hive at close quarters. The guided tour also explains the role that the beekeeper plays, what exactly he does and how his activities must be strictly aligned to the course of the bees’ year. Afterwards, participants can discover the outstanding quality of South Tyrolean honey for themselves by tasting various types of honey.
