Experience the magic of the Marling Waalweg Trail at dusk

from center

Join our local village enthusiast Johanna for an especially lantern walk along the beautiful Marlinger Waalweg Trail and immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere as darkness envelops the landscape and the lanterns light the way. On this special hike you will learn historical, current and legendary facts about Marling. The route takes you on a relaxed stroll through the village and along the historic Waalweg Trail.

After the evening round, you’ll be welcomed at the Marling church square with sweet pastries, a glass of Marling wine, or a refreshing South Tyrolean apple juice, the perfect way to conclude a unforgettable evening.

Registration required: Until Monday 12 noon online or at the Tourist Association Marling. The event takes place in German.

    Everything you need to know

    In front of the Tourism Assocation Marling, church aquare 5
    Parking: Large public parking lot.
    Arrival by public transport: Bus line 212 (every 30 minutes) from Merano or by train: Venosta / Vinschgau line (station approximately 1 km away).

    Good footwear and water to take along.

    Your registration is binding. Cancellations and refunds are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the event, in writing to info@marling.info or by phone at +39 0473 447147. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event will be cancelled free of charge. In this case, we will inform you by 12 noon on the day of the event at the latest.
