    The mountain bike tour from Kurzras to the Lazaun Hut is a short but impressive climb to the sunny Lazaun Plateau in the rear part of the Schnalstal Valley. It’s perfect for athletic riders and those looking to enjoy breathtaking views in a short amount of time. 
    From the glacier village of Kurzras (2,011 m), a forest road winds its way uphill in several switchbacks through larch and stone pine forests. The steady ascent is rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding three-thousand-meter peaks – from the Finailspitze to the majestic Weißkugel.
    After around 400 meters of elevation gain, the destination is reached: the Lazaun Hut at 2,430 meters. On the sunny terrace of this summer-managed mountain hut, visitors can enjoy homemade South Tyrolean specialties and gain insight into the protected alpine moor located on the high plateau.

    Begin in Andreas Hofer Strasse near Lana tourism association and ride to Tribusplatz square. Here turn right into Treibgasse and left at the crossroads into Zollstrasse. Follow the signs for Bolzano (left). Cross the MEBO highway and the river Etsch and ride along the Bolzano-Merano cycle path towards Bolzano.

    In Gargazon turn left and access the natural swimming pool via an underpass. Return to the starting point via the same route. Gargazzone natural swimming pool offers a natural water landscape and uses absolutely no chemical additives for cleaning the water. The secret of the natural, clean water is in its plant life.

    Grauner Alm alpine pasture Tour

    Nestled between the Endkopf "Jaggl" (2,627 m) and Pleisköpfl (2,425 m) lies the destination, the Grauner Alm alpine pasture, at 2,173 m. Start the tour in Graun at 1,500 m. For a quick warm up, follow the road into the Langtauferer valley. After 250 m, turn right over the bridge and pedal up through the shady Arluiwald forest on a mainly pleasant incline on the alpine path to the Grauner Alm alpine pasture. There is a possibility to park your mountain bike at the mountain pasture and continue on foot via hiking trail no. 10 to the summit of the Endkopf (2,652 m). Duration of hike: approx. 2.5 hours (ascent and descent). On the hiking path to the peak, it's possible to spot some rare edelweiss flowers and marmots. Lying in the grass on the slope, enjoy the sensational panorama and head back down to the valley via the alpine path to stop by the village for a good meal.

    This Val Gardena MTB loop with its two single trails guarantees a total of over 10 km of trail riding pleasure and pure action. After a relaxed gondola ride in the direction of Dantercëpies, a flow trail begins directly below the breathtaking Cir peaks. Thanks to the Trail Arena ticket, this Cir Tiera Trail, as well as the other trails of the Trail Arena Val Gardena, can be repeated as often as you like. The trail continues along a path that is also open to mountain bikers: from the Gardena Pass it descends below the imposing rock faces of the Sella massif to the Miramonti zone, where the two main roads coming from the Sella Pass and Gardena Pass meet. Continue along a gravel path until you reach the entrance to the last stretch of the Family Trail to Plan de Gralba. If you want, you can take the Piz Seteur cable car and ride this flow trail and the other trails in this area a couple of more times, as they are part of the Trail Arena Val Gardena. Or simply return to Selva via a path that runs to the left of the stream.

    In the Gardenaccia Freeride Bike Park, starting from the mountain station of the Gardenaccia chairlift at an altitude of 1,750 m, two routes have been created:
    - the first, more difficult route, is for bikers who already have good riding skills and looking for a real adrenaline rush.
    - the second is easier and suitable for less experienced bikers.
    The start of the bike park can be reached by taking the Gardenaccia chairlift from La Villa.
    At the Gardenaccia chairlift there is the possibility to rent freeride bikes.

    The Moaralm sits at around 2,099 meters, nestled in a tranquil alpine landscape. Managed during the summer months, it offers hearty South Tyrolean specialties. A place to pause, enjoy, and breathe deeply in the mountain air.

    From St. Valentin over the dam wall of lake Resia, the tour takes us westwards through the hamlet of Innerkaschon up to the old road towards Schöneben (above the old Reschensee road). The climb is approx. 8 km and 650 m in altitude, first on asphalt and then on gravel, mainly through forest, to the Haideralm mountain restaurant with its beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains and the two lakes. The descent leads back 350 m along the ascent route before turning on the right towards Zerzer valley. Cross the ski slope to hiking trail no. 7, which leads to the Bruggeralm alpine hut, where you can enjoy some excellent dumplings and alpine cheese in the summer months. After the bridge behind the alpine hut, turn left and follow signpost no. 8, past the St. Martin chapel to the Faulen See lake and continue down the paths to the Vinschger cycle path. Turn left and cycle comfortably along the Haidersee lake back to St. Valentin.

    Note: The name "Goas" comes from the Vinschgau dialect and means goat. When farmers in this region increasingly practised "Goashaltung" in agriculture, this mountain was the grazing area for these animals.

    Flow lovers will love this tour. The Trail Arena Val Gardena is probably the most panorama-rich trail park in the Alps and impresses not only with its wonderful views, but also with its 4 flow trails and the challenging freeride trail. All in all, a circuit around the tourist stronghold of Wolkenstein, with bends, jumps and lots of speed. Those who like it really technical will love to ride the Ciampinoi trail. Thanks to the 5 lifts of the Trail Arena (Dantercepies, Cir, Piz Seteur, Gran Paradiso, Ciampinoi), which can be used with the Trail Arena Ticket or with the Super Summer Card, there are hardly any metres in altitude that have to be pedalled uphill and the trails can be repeated as many times you want.
