The Rit tour starts in Pikolein and offers a varied route of approximately 25 kilometers. The trail initially leads along paved roads through the picturesque valley before turning into gravel sections through dense forests and meadows. Along the way, impressive viewpoints await you, including views of the majestic Dolomites and the idyllic Gader Valley. A recommended place to stop for a break is the Fanes mountain hut, where you can enjoy regional delicacies and a cozy atmosphere.

The Goldsee Lake Trail from the Stilfserjoch ridge at 2,757 m to the Furkelhütte mountain hut (2,153 m, possible refreshment stop) is the classic mountain bike tour in the Val Venosta/Vinschgau valley. The trail, originally constructed as part of the glacier front in the First World War, is open daily for bikers until 9am and after 4pm. In order to spare bikers the ascent via 48 hair-pin bends, a shuttle service is offered up to the Stilfserjoch ridge.
From Prato/Prad, the beautiful racing bike tour to Solda/Sulden is recommended. Via Gomagoi and through the Suldental Valley you turn – step by step – closer to the world renowned Solda which is situated on a small plateau. The view to the impressive mountain world all around the Ortler mountain from one of the sun terraces in the village is worth the effort. The descent is all the way back on the same trail.
The mountainbike tour from Solda across the Madriccio Pass is a slightly steep path to the Passo del Madriccio, where you can enjoy a fabulous panoramic view. Marvel at Ortler, Zebru and Gran Zebru as well as at the glaciers around Cima Cevedale and Monte Cevedale. Also the downhill to the Rifugio Martello and Rifugio Corsi is absolutely a highlight.
The bike tour to the Giau Pass begins in San Vigilio and first leads via Welschellen and San Martino in Badia. The route is approximately 130 kilometers long and offers a mix of paved roads and gravel paths. A highlight is the breathtaking view of the Dolomites, especially when passing through Pescosta. In Arabba, you can enjoy the impressive mountain scenery before continuing towards Cortina d'Ampezzo. A recommended place to stop for a break is the Fodara Vedla mountain hut, where you can enjoy regional specialties in a cozy atmosphere.
The clockwise Sellaronda MTB TOUR involves relatively few uphill metres to cycle (about 370 m), thanks to the use of lifts that allow the transport of mountain bikes and e-bikes. There are numerous trails that require good riding technique. The total time varies according to riding ability: from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 9 hours, including lunch break.
The starting point of this tour is the parish church in San Vigilio and after a short climb you turn right and cover the first few kilometres on the paved road San Vigilio - Pederü. A special highlight on this stretch is the idyllic Kreidesee lake, which invites you to linger for a while. You then follow the road to Fodara Masaronn, where you have the option of taking the new cycle path or continuing on the paved road until you reach your destination, Pederü. You can stop for refreshments at the Pederü mountain inn there before taking the same route back to San Vigilio.
Start at Sexten to the church of Moos. Turn left up to arrive at the Nemesalm/malga Nemes. 50 m before the hut turn left and proceed into the valley until a sign leads right to the Coltrondo Alm/malga Coltrondo. To return we follow the road for ca. 500 m and then turn right in direction Kreuzbergpass/Passo Monte Croce. It is a nice technical path and after a short ascent turn right following the path nr. 130 passing the Black lake and descending to the Camping and back to Moso.
From San Vigilio, you first cycle along the Strada al Plan Dessora and the Strada Ches Costes as well as past the water reservoir to Torpei. There, turn right and follow the forest path to Chi Vai. The route then continues to the hamlet of Val dla Tor, before reaching the group of houses in Costa bypassing the wooded hill to the right. In wide hairpin bends and with breathtaking views, the route then descends through the meadows to Ras and finally back to San Vigilio.
The tour starts at the Bike Academy Infopoint and leads uphill to the Mitterberg Fortress. After a short, rather crisp climb, the route then goes in the direction of the alpine pastures on a relatively flat terrain. After about 20 minutes you reach the so-called "Saumahd" (1,750m), where you turn left to the Klammbach Alp. A wide forest path connects the Klammbach Alp with the Nemes Alp, which is the next destination of the tour. As a small highlight, however, you can also choose hiking trail no. 13. This trail is a little more demanding in parts, with a short carrying passage of approx. 100m. Before reaching the Nemes Alp, take trail no. 146 to the Coltrondo Alp. From there the 149 leads in the direction of the Kreuzbergpass. This initially runs along a demanding trail (S2), which can, however, be bypassed via the so-called "Krötensee". Then you take the forest road to the Nemes Alp/ Coltrondo Alp junction, where hiking trail no. 130 leads in the direction of "Schwarzsee". From there it's an exciting, partly challenging trail, called “Wurzelweg”, which leads you back to the valley station of the Drei Zinnen cable car.

This easy tour starts at the parish church in St Vigil and leads along the main road towards Zwischenwasser until Plan dal Ega. There you turn right and cycle on a slightly ascending, paved side road through woods and meadows to Plaiken, where there is a small, beautiful church with an onion dome at the exit. From there, continue to Enneberg Pfarre, which also boasts an old pilgrimage church and offers a marvellous view of the valley below. The last stage of this circular tour takes you back down towards St. Vigil, past the now green ski slopes of the Kronplatz ski resort. There are also numerous huts and restaurants to stop for refreshments on this stage, such as the Granciasa, Alla Rosa-Sotrú, La Bronta restaurants.
This tour can be started and finished in all villages of the holiday region 3 Zinnen Dolomites. This description starts in Sexten. The tour starts at the Bike Academy Infopoint directly at the Helmbahn valley station. Follow the cycle path along the Sextner Bach stream to Innichen. Cycle through the village, the ascent up to the Innichberg starts on the opposite side of the valley. From there it's on to the Lachwiesen hut and down to the Silvesterplatz. The view of the Dolomites invites you to take a break on the sunny side of Toblach. Later the Silvester Valley leads towards the valley, past the Enzianhütte hut and on to Frondeigen. The Eggerberg mountain connects Toblach and Niederdorf. Continue, then, with little effort, along the asphalt road to Niederdorf and on the cycle path to Innichen and back to Sexten.

The counter-clockwise Sellaronda MTB Tour has a total altitude difference of approx. 1,020 m to ride uphill and descents that vary from single trails to gravel roads. It is therefore suitable for uphill cycling with or without pedal assistance/e-bike. The time required varies according to MTB riding ability: from a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 9 hours, including lunch break.

The tour, which starts in San Cassiano, affords the cyclist unique views of some of the most beautiful peaks in the Dolomites.
The Fanes-Sennes MTB tour leads from San Vigilio along the narrow, 13-kilometer road, slightly uphill to the Pederü Hut in the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park. Here, a partially steep and somewhat bumpy gravel path begins, leading to the Fanes Hut and further to the Limo Pass. Lake Limo is a particular highlight on this stretch of the route. The track then continues downhill towards Cortina d'Ampezzo. Shortly before the parking lot in Fiames, the partially steep, paved road leads up to the Malga Ra Stua Hut and further to the Sennes Hut. Afterwards, we descend to the Fodara-Vedla and Pederü alpine huts, and from there we return to San Vigilio.
