1 March! 2 valleys! 3 alpine pastures! 4 lakes! The march starts for both cathegories at the valley station of the Haideralm and goes over the Fischgader to the Bruggeralm, where the 2 categories will be separated. The first category goes directly to the Haideralm (total 11,5km) The second categories goes up to the Schäferhütte and from there over the Grünsee to the Haideralm (total 17km). There everyone will have the opportunity to finish the day at the alp festival with live music. The starting fee will be given to the children of the family Folie.

Traditional music with delicious specialties and a fantastic panorama. The festivity in the alpine huts Prato Piazza, Rossalm, Stollaalm, Kaseralm e Grünwaldalm combines typical Tyrolean sounds with delicious food. In the huts, various music groups sing and play many well-known ways, which additionally accentuate the magical panorama. In addition, traditional delicacies will be served. It's worth a visit!

"King Laurin" alpsfestival: the highlight under the Rosengarten | Catinaccio mountain! The King Laurin alpfsfestival attracts many people from near and far every year to spend a beautiful, sociable hiking day together in the Dolomite mountains. Also, this year, the associations of Nova Levante transform the mountain meadows at the foot of the Rosengarten | Catinaccio into a small kingdom of delights and entertainment. But the event is crowned by the breathtaking backdrop of the two Dolomite mountains Rosengarten | Catinaccio and Latemar. The culinary delicacies and the matching music certainly guarantee an unforgettable day of hiking with family and friends.

Start from the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten in the direction of Sexten, then slightly uphill to Mitterberg and on to Nemes Alm. After about 20 minutes we reach a plateau called "Saumad" (1.750 ) where we turn left to the Klammbach-Alm (1.940). Also here we are challenged again to enjoy after approx. 30 minutes at the Almhütte the dreamlike view of the Three Peaks. Arrived at the Klammbach hut, we take a break and enjoy the "Schmankerln" by Hannes, then when Leon briefly unpacks his accordion then the mood is perfect. Passing the "Hennstoll" and via the Sesto circular trail we return to Sesto to the Bike Academy Sesto Dolomites.

From Truden, we first hike along a partly tarmac and partly paved small road and along a forest path, which is only moderately uphill and partly flat, to the meadows of the Cisloner Almen and the restaurant. Here we can stop for a bite to eat. The way back leads through the forest, across a larch meadow to a first crossroads and then on a nice level path to another crossroads with the "Jägerkreuz". If you hadn’t realised it before, when the first rays of sun timidly appear on the surrounding peaks you will see just how much it was worth getting up so early. A sunrise mountain tour on the Schlern mountain is a very special experience. A shuttle bus will take you to the Saltner Tschapit hut, where the ascent begins. Equipped with headlamps, you will arrive at Monte Petz (2,564 m) at around 6:50, in perfect time for the sunrise. The ascent to Sas dla Para above the Fodara Vedla hut at 2,460 m offers a breathtaking view up to Cortina d’Ampezzo. Observe the shimmering roofs of the houses in the distance and experience the feeling of freedom, like the Alpine choughs dancing in the rhythm of the wind over your heads.

Arrival by cab through the Val Gardena to the Passo Sella (2180m). From the Passo Sella we walk along path no. 557 in the direction of the Sassolungo alpine pasture. First slightly ascending on the alpine road, then through flat alpine meadows, we reach the Friedrich August hut (2298m). Trail no. 557 now continues on level ground to the Plattkofelalm (2250m). Approach into the Schnalstal Valley (ca. 1 hour) to the starting point in Vernagt/Vernago. The ascent is via Tisental Valley to the Similaunhütte at 3,020 m. After a rest, the route continues over partly pathless boulder terrain to the discovery site, where a stone pyramid stands. Here you will find lots of information about how Ötzi was found. From Kohlern, a small, beautifully situated hamlet above Bolzano, we head into the Weihertal valley and continue on a steady climb to the Titschenwarte, where views of the Latemar and Rosengarten open up. We hike down through the forest to the Schneiderwiesen meadows with the inn of the same name, where we stop for a bite to eat. We then return to Kohlern along a forest path. The Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park also has a heart, and that is called Braies Lake. The Braies Lake is located in an untouched rock basin and is overlooked by the majestic Seekofel, it is also considered the most beautiful lake in the Dolomites. Forest hike to places of power & natural monuments with nature coach Helga Tschager. The bus takes us up from Welschnofen | Nova Levante to the Adler bus stop. From there we hike along path [25] to the Staldalm farm, where we are offered a picturesque view of the alpine pastures and mountain landscape of the Rosengarten | Catinaccio and Latemar.
