We take the bus to the Öbersthöfe in Vernuer/Vernurio. The hike leads us along trail no. 5 to the alpine hut Obisellalm and the natural mountain lake Obisellsee. With hiking guide Marlene, we continue along trail no. 21 to the Hahnenkammhütte hut, offering a wonderful panoramic view over the Merano basin. This summer, visitors to the Rosskopf can look forward to an extraordinary highlight: the Sunrise Concerts with Mountain Breakfast at the Wishing Bell. In the magical atmosphere of the early morning, guests can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view over the Stubai Alps. The adventure begins in the early hours, with the cable car transporting you from Sterzing to 1,860 metres above sea level. From there, accompanied by a hiking guide, you’ll ascend the final 350 metres on foot to the “Köpfl” to witness the sunrise over the Zillertal Alps and the Dolomites in the east. At the Wishing Bell, a regional mountain breakfast awaits – welcoming the first sunrays in a truly enchanting setting. Served at 2,120 metres, this unique breakfast experience is the perfect way to round off the hike. Real moments of joy – whether alone or with loved ones – unforgettable and full of charm! Approach on the Timmelsjoch high alpine road to the parking space near the Oberglanegg Alm hut. Ascent on trail no. 20 to the Königsjoch and via the east ridge, which is partly exposed and has easy climbing passages, to the Grenzgipfel (Border Summit). The descent follows the same route. The Hinzlweg trail invites you on a special circular hike: a journey of discovery through nature and history. Werner, our experienced guide, will lead you through flowering meadows, sparse birch and pine forests and past marvellous vantage points with impressive panoramic views over Naturns, the Venosta Valley and as far as Meran. The approximately three-hour hike follows pleasant paths through the cool forest and climbs a moderate 220 metres in altitude. Along the way, you will learn exciting stories and historical background information about Tabland - once a tranquil farming village, today a lively holiday destination with charm and character. From the Gigglhirn in St. Walburg/Ultental, we hike along an ascending forest path, accompanied by the rushing of the Wildbach stream, to the Marschnellalm, the highest alpine pasture in the valley. We then hike briefly over steep mountain meadows and a short, easy ridge to reach the Peilstein with its impressive panoramic view of the Ulten mountains. For decades, a Holy Mass has been held on the 5th of August in Merano 2000 in honour of St Oswald, the patron saint of cattle and herds. The procession will also take place again. Afterwards, live musicians are playing at the mountain hut Kuhleitenhütte and at the hut Kirchsteiger Alm.

Fancy a varied hike where you can discover the secrets of nature - and history? On this guided tour through the Texelgruppe Nature Park, you will learn lots of interesting facts about the flora and fauna, as well as traces of times gone by. The hike starts at the "Kratzegg" car park in Ulfas and first leads across the mountain meadows of Wintritt, where numerous alpine herbs grow - a paradise for nature lovers. The trail continues to the Obere Ulfaseralm hut, an archaeologically interesting area where finds from the Bronze Age have been made. You then reach the Schartalm hut - an ideal place for a break with a marvellous view of the valley. The way back leads via the Ulfaseralm hut back to the starting point. You will be accompanied by a trained nature park guide, who will provide fascinating insights along the way: which plants grow here? How does the landscape change throughout the year? Which animals are native, and how do humans and nature share this space? The tour is part of a series of nine guided hikes through the Texelgruppe Nature Park - each with a different destination, each path offering new perspectives. Our fruit farmer will accompany you and tell you everything you need to know about this diverse fruit. As a culinary conclusion, you can expect a tasting of delicious apples and apple juice. Guided sound bath meditation at sunset Experience a unique sound journey in the open air! As the sun sets behind the mountains, the gentle sounds of singing bowls, gongs and koshis from Daniela Alber will accompany you on a meditative journey to inner peace and harmony. The combination of soothing sounds and the natural surroundings helps to relax the mind and reduce stress. After the meditation, you can round off the evening with with an aperitif in this ambience. The meeting point is at the top of the Knottnkino, on the Rotstein Knott.

Did you know that wild plants are bursting with vitamins and minerals? On a short hike with herbalist Rosi, learn what wild herbs are all about and collect a wide variety of seasonal herbs, which are then creatively processed in a workshop. The guided tour will be in German

Approach to the parking space in Tall/Talle. Ascent with the Hirzer cable car from the middle station to Klammeben. Ascent on the hiking trail E5 to the Hirzerscharte and continue on trail no. 7 to the highest peak in the Sarntal Alps. Views over the Ortler, Ötztal and Stubai Alps. The descent is via the Gompm Alm hut to Tall/Talle to the parking space. An atmospheric walk under the magic of the full moon: We experience the mystical atmosphere of the moon on the Platschjoch with Karin in a cozy, romantic and peaceful way. Duration of the excursion: approx. 4 hours

On an easy hike you will experience the magic of shooting stars and learn about some legends and occult myths. Afterwards you can end the experience with a digestive.

Every year in August, a particularly large number of shooting stars flit across the night sky. From 11 to 147th of August, the so-called "Perseids" reach their peak this year. This is also the case on Tuesday, 12th August and the Knottnkino cinema in Vöran is the ideal place to keep an eye out for the "lucky charms". Bring a picnic blanket, listen to pleasant sounds and enjoy some tasty snacks ... Members of the South Tyrolean amateur astronomers "Max Valier" will also be there, with telescopes and interesting stories to tell about the night sky. Photographs and videos may be taken at the event for the purpose of documenting and promoting the event and the area. The recordings may be used and published on websites, in social networks and in the media in compliance with data protection regulations.

We start in the beautiful mountain village of Pfelders in Val Passiria/Passeiertal and hike on a somewhat steep path over serpentines to the rustic Schneidalm (approx. 1 ½ hours), always with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We spend our lunch break here and enjoy the peace and quiet. We then hike along the Lazinser Steig into the valley and descend comfortably to Lazins and back to the starting point via Zeppichl.
