The sensation of cold water, walking barefoot on various surfaces, breathing and mindfulness exercises are just a few elements you will experience on this journey through the teachings of Kneipp. Together with Christine, a Kneipp and mindfulness trainer, the hike begins at the Algund Tourism Association with a cold arm bath. Afterwards, she will lead you to the "Grabbach-rivulet" where your feet will come in touch with the ice-cold water. Targeted exercises stimulate circulation and promote blood flow. Then, you will continue barefoot to the Blumenthalerhof, where you will once again come into contact with ice-cold water in a large Kneipp basin. Maria, the host, will surprise you with a healthy herbal lemonade and a snack made from fresh herbs. A day for you and your well-being awaits, and you will notice that the interplay between nature and water has an immensely soothing effect on the body.

Whether young or old, stroll with us through the Pinot Noir heaven of the wine villages of Pinzon and Glen. Learn about hidden historical treasures along the way, find out all kinds of exciting stories about wine growing in South Tyrol and enjoy local delicacies to go with a drop of our product of excellence, Pinot Noir. The trail is interactive and family-friendly and passes numerous sights such as the archaeological sites of Castelfeder, the Fleimstal railway, Castel Kaldiff or Kichelberg and runs past the magnificent waterfalls of the Schwarzenbach and Glen. Beautiful viewpoints of the entire Adige Valley and the Trudner Horn Nature Park reward hikers along the way.

A special nature experience in the Merano 2000 hiking area. The breathtaking sunrise on the 'Spieler' peak rewards you for the effort you put into leaving your warm bed. After the moderately difficult hike (480 metres altitude), we enjoy a hearty breakfast with South Tyrolean products at the Meranerhütte.

Approach to Magdfeld. From the parking space take trail no. 4 to the Faglsalm and continue via the Faglssee lake to the summit with ist stunning vies. The descent leads along the Almenweg past the Schliniger Alm to Schlinig. This cooking course is all about local wild herbs. Herbs and wild herbs are collected in the garden, which are then processed into a delicious lunch together with herbalist Rosi Mangger Walder.

From the Oberglanegg bend to the lake Seebersee and back again via the Seeberalm. Hiking time: 3 hours (there & back) | Difference in altitude: 300 m In cooperation with the Nature Office of the Province of Bozen and the Provincial Professional Chamber for South Tyrolean Mountain and Ski Guides, "nature walks" are offered from May to September. Together with a trained nature park guide, participants experience the local nature up close and receive information about the flora and fauna of the surroundings.

Approach by cab to the Villanderer Alm (1756m). From the Gasser hut follow trail no. 6 to the Mair in Plun hut. From here you continue on the 15er trail always slightly ascending to the Stöfflhut (1057m). Once there, follow the high trail to the Kesselbild (2242m). Now follows the ascent to the Lazfons Cross, highest pilgrimage site in South Tyrol (2311m). After after the lunch break the descent to the Klausner hut (1923m) and further to the Kühhof (1550m) follows. Here the cab is already waiting for us to take us back to Laion. We will take the bus from Nova Ponente (Gibitzplatz) to the Passo Oclini. This yoke is picturesquely situated between the Corno Bianco and the Corno Nero. From there our panoramic hike begins and leads us via the Gampelsteig to the Grossner Wiesen to Maria Weissenstein. From there we take the bus back to Nova Ponente. At the huts and in the alpine pasture area of Ratschings, there is music everywhere and alpine dance. The "Schuachplattler" (folk dancers) provide enthusiasm with their lively performances.

The now traditional Stadelefest Vöran is just around the corner! After a break due to the situation, the "Stadelen" along the scenically beautiful Pichler meadows will once again offer numerous culinary delicacies and hearty music. We take the bus to the Öbersthöfe in Vernuer/Vernurio. The hike takes us via trail no. 5 to the alpine hut Obisellalm and the natural mountain lake Obisellsee. There we can enjoy a delicious lunch. Strengthened, we hike along trail no. 21 to the Hahnenkammhütte with a wonderful panoramic view of the Meran/Merano basin. We return to the starting point via a beautiful forest path. Right in Toblach, the approximately eight kilometre-long climb to the San Silvestro alpine pasture begins. We encounter two fairly demanding uphill sections, after all we climb gently along the agitated San Silvestro stream. After a short stop at the original alpine hut, we can enjoy the silence of the alpine pasture interrupted only by the melodic sound of the cowbells. We return to Toblach in a variety of ups and downs along forest tracks and asphalted roads. At the same time we can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the Sexten Dolomites and the Puster Valley.
