Immerse yourself in the untouched wilderness of the Tschamin Valley with a snowshoe hike and enjoy the silent beauty of this pristine winter landscape, framed by the majestic peaks of the Rosengarten. Tour Description: We start the hike at the parking area of the cable car station in St. Zyprian (Tiers) and ascend to Runggun to the snowshoe gate. Into the silence - a silent snowshoe hike From San Candido we take the minibus or private cars via Santa Maria to Monte Rota. Here, we start our circular hike through snowy forest clearings with breath-taking views of the Dolomites. We learn to recognise animal tracks in the snow, to read scats and to assign vomit to specific animals.
