If you are looking for an exciting human-animal-nature-experience on the mountain, the Pirchhof-Lamas from Birchberg are just right for you. On the llama experience day we want to inspire you all around. First of all, you will look behind the scenes of our llama breeding, get to know our 24-headed llama and alpaca rascals and experience "up close" how our llama kids grow up. We will answer all your questions about husbandry, feeding, care, rearing, training and wool processing and turn you into little llama and alpaca experts. When you are really familiar with the topic, we will start on a leisurely llama and alpaca tour. Halfway through the tour we will take a short break and enjoy the wonderful mountain panorama of the "South Tyrolean Andes". A great backdrop to take souvenir photos with your llama or alpaca. Afterwards we hike back to the farm in a relaxed way. There, a skill course awaits you, which you will master with your animal hiking partner. At the end you will receive your very own "llama or alpaca guide certificate" as a reward. Via Bozen-Trient–Verona (short stay at a motorway station), we drive along the motorway to Padua and Venice. Arrival at around 10 a.m. By boat, we make our way to Saint Mark’s square in the centre of Venice. The city is built on 118 islands and offers many palaces and churches, romantic water ways and bridges, which bear witness to the former glory of the town. We stay in Venice for approx. 5 hours and return back via the Val Sugana to Trient and from there to Bozen and Schenna.

We start our bus journey in Schenna and head towards the Tires Valley. From there, the route takes us through the Nigra Pass and finally past the Karer Pass back to Schenna.

The sensation of cold water, walking barefoot on various surfaces, breathing and mindfulness exercises are just a few elements you will experience on this journey through the teachings of Kneipp. Together with Christine, a Kneipp and mindfulness trainer, the hike begins at the Algund Tourism Association with a cold arm bath. Afterwards, she will lead you to the "Grabbach-rivulet" where your feet will come in touch with the ice-cold water. Targeted exercises stimulate circulation and promote blood flow. Then, you will continue barefoot to the Blumenthalerhof, where you will once again come into contact with ice-cold water in a large Kneipp basin. Maria, the host, will surprise you with a healthy herbal lemonade and a snack made from fresh herbs. A day for you and your well-being awaits, and you will notice that the interplay between nature and water has an immensely soothing effect on the body.

Together with a mountain guide, you'll climb this approximately 1-kilometre-long via ferrata, gaining 550 vertical metres and secured with 1,000 metres of steel cable. The route is of medium difficulty (A – B with short B/C sections) and ends with the spectacular rock formation known as the "Engelskante" ("Angel's Edge"). Who is the tour suitable for? This tour is ideal for mountain lovers who are sure-footed, have no fear of heights, and are in good physical condition. Previous via ferrata experience is an advantage. Challenging trekking in a place of legends, where unbelievably the wild mountain and the cultural landscape of the alpine pasture cared for by the animals become one and the same and provide us with unique views. We start at the spectacular Lake Braies, in whose water the massive rock faces of the Croda del Becco are reflected and which is a true myth in the mountain world as well as one of the natural wonders of the Dolomites. We walk up through the forest to the alpine pasture where the animals graze: Fojedöra, a magical place where time has stood still and off the beaten track, an authentic and original place. The meadows are home to an exceptional variety of species and give us a view of a lake of our own: Lake Fojedöra. Throughout the walk we will move through the Fanes-Sennes-Braies nature park, also a UNESCO World Heritage site. From Laion, we hike along the “Walther von der Vogelweide” Trail descending towards Albions, continuing to Novale and Villnod. From Villnod, we hike along trail no. 2 towards Castel Forte. Once arrived at Castel Forte, we tour the former home of minstrel Oswald von Wolkenstein, one of the most imposing castles in South Tyrol. Together with our mountain guide Manuel we will start our crossing of the Prags Dolomites from the Brunst Alp. After two hours of hiking we will reach the start of the fixed rope route, where Manuel will give us a short introduction to the equipment. As soon as the climbing harness is properly fastened and the helmet is on, we will start our adventure. After a breathtaking, beautiful climb of difficulty level A (easy) we will reach the exit. If time permits, we will climb up to the summit cross at the Hochalpenkopf and enjoy the spectacular panorama in the middle of the Dolomites, with views of the Prags Dolomites, the Rieserferner and the Zillertal Alps. After a short rest we will descend step by step to the Pragser Wildsee Lake and let the day end comfortably.We will return to Olang by bus and by train and we will look up to the mastered summit with amazement. In the climbing hall, children can learn the basics of using ropes and carabiners in a playful way on a 20-metre high climbing wall. Guided hike to the outdoor Museum "Anderter Alpe" at Rotwand / Croda Rossa It was the scene of a lot of events during World War I. Today it ist possible to see shelters, trenches and trenches along the path. Four-legged friends are not allowed to participate in this event.

Some things are worth an early rise, even on holiday. You will be rewarded with the unique experience of an Alpine sunrise. We will take the cable car to reach an altitude of 2,000 metres and set off in the dark, experiencing how the new day arises from the silence of the night one step at a time. After an easy hike (approx 40 minutes, 130 meters elevation gain) to the Steinermandl panoramic platform, we will savour the magical moment when the first sun rays bathe the mountains in their bright light.
