Have you ever tasted authentic South Tyrolean speck on a crispy “Breatl” with a stunning mountain backdrop? Our Speckbread Hike starts at the Olang 1+2 mid-station at 2000 m and leads you through several culinary stops amidst the breathtaking nature of the Dolomites. A special treat awaits you at the end: freshly sliced speck served on warm oven-baked bread. The hike is self-guided but well-marked and easy to follow. Along the circular trail, you’ll also discover how speck and bread were made in the old days.

The Fallmetz summit (2,568m) is an insider tip as it is less well-known but offers a spectacular 360-degree view. The moderately difficult hike begins with a ride on the Gitschberg cable car in Meransen. The trail leads you through alpine panoramas to the Falzarer Joch between the Altfasstal valley and Pfunders. From the Falzarer Joch, you climb over a grassy ridge to the pre-summit. The slightly exposed transition to the main summit is quickly conquered and an unimagined panoramic view of the large Seefeldsee lake, the Altfasstal valley and the surrounding mountain peaks awaits you. The descent is via the ascent route. Stop for refreshments on the way back. Walking time: approx. 5 hours, 14 km and 525 m of elevation gain. Total duration: approx. 6 hours. Experience the Pfunderer Valley on two wheels: Bike adventures with history and nature. You follow the valley trail, which takes you along rushing streams and lush meadows to Pfunders. A visit to the farm museum awaits you there, where you can immerse yourself in the traditional way of life in the region and gain exciting insights into rural life. You continue your journey and reach the idyllic hamlet of Dun. The next destination is the Boden Alm, a paradise for nature lovers. On the way there, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Pfunderer mountains. A variety of medicinal plants, wild, flowering and aromatic herbs thrive in the mountain herb garden at the "Wiesenhof" in Pawigl. During a guided tour of the show garden, you will learn how they are used and what effect they have on the human body. In addition to medicinal teas, tinctures and ointments, these valuable natural resources can be used to make tasty wild herb delicacies, which you can enjoy with the group after the tour. Walking through time, in a stunning landscape dating back millions of years. You are between Lagazuoi and Fanes in the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park. Here the peaks are majestic rock spires and the magnificent turquoise lake that lies below the Forcela dl Lech notch is a sight to behold. You’ll be able to understand and admire the natural significance of the Dolomites and feel small in Mother Nature’s presence. The guided e-bike tour starts at the Rent and Go bike rental at the Ratschings valley station. We start with a group game and playfully learn the most important riding safety tips. Afterwards we drive together along the Pfeifer Huisele path to Flading to the barefoot path with Kneipp facility. There we have a little refreshment at the witches' fountain. Fun balancing exercises await us before we head back to the starting point. The tour is fun for adults and children from 6 years (only with driving experience). On request, a child seat for children up to 20 kg or a bicycle trailer for max. 2 children up to 5 years can be reserved. The e-bike tour is accompanied by a trained South Tyrolean bike guide.

The starting point is Flading in the Ratschingstal valley. Our route takes us up to the Gleckalm (not cultivated) via trail no. 30. The route alternates between flatter and steeper sections, which makes the hike particularly varied. The landscape presents itself in all its diversity and beauty. Once we have reached the Gleckalm plateau, we continue on our way to the Glecksee lake. The way back is mostly along the same path, but there is the option of organizing an alternative downhill version via the Klammalm. Experience the magic of dusk on the Hochmuth! Take the cable car to the mountain station, where a welcome aperitif awaits. The next highlight is on the terrace of the Hochmuth inn: a concert by the "Dorf Tiroler Jagdhornbläser". Finally, your hiking guide will take you along the night-time forest track back into the valley.

The Jaufental is an extraordinary valley of nature's tranquillity, and it is precisely here that we seduce you and your family and show you wonderful natural places. We experience the element of water at the Gurgl waterfall and while treading water at the mountain pasture, where we stop for refreshments. We discover various herbs, trees and alpine flowers along the way. Suitable for families and children aged 5 and over. Not suitable for baby carriages!

We are accompanied to the charming Feldthurner and Latzfonser Alm mountain pastures with interesting facts about mountain pasture management and insights into the splendour of the flowers. Our journey takes place by taxi, which brings us to the Huberkreuz parking in Barbiano. From there, we start our hike, which takes us with a gentle ascent through the picturesque landscape to the mountain pine oil distillery. Via Rotmoos this alpine path winds past pastures and huts of the Tallner Almen to the Mahdalm and from there we descend to Prenn, where the bus is waiting for us. Approach to Ulfas to the parking space called "Kratzegg". Ascent on trail no. 2 across alpine meadows to the large cairn on the ridge and on to the summit. The descent is via the Ulfaseralm hut back to the parking space. Attention: Good physical condition required! Tourdescription: After taking the cable car up to the Alpe di Siusi, we start our hike. First we hike towards Panorama and along the slopes of the Goldknopf to the foot of the Rosszahn ridge. The trail climbs steeply in serpentines to the Rosszahnscharte. From there it is only a few minutes to the Tierser Alpl refuge, where we take our lunch break. The way back is via the “Bärenloch”. The path is steep at the beginning, secured in places with wire ropes. Further down, the trail then leads through the Tschamin valley to Weißlahnbad. The St. Valentin church surrounded by meadows and fields, with the Schlern massif in the background, the small church of St. Valentin offers a real idyllic scene. The construction is of great historical and artistic value with precious frescos from the 14th and the 15th century. A peculiarity (among others): the painter has tried to include the local landscape as background in its representation of the three Kings. Together with hiking guide Paula we make our way to St. Valentin church (walk approx. 20 minutes). This is followed by a guided tour of the church and then back to Seis. An unforgettable mountain experience for gourmets and nature lovers: take the Rosskopf cable car and the panorama lift up to 2,200 m to the legendary wishing bell. Once rung, it carries your wishes over the peaks of the Alps. We then take a leisurely hike to the Telfer Almen and on to the rustic Kuhalm - where you will be treated to a grey cheese tasting. Return via a leisurely hiking trail to the mountain station. Number of participants: minimum 4; maximum 15 people Registration deadline: Wednesday no later than 5:00 p.m.

ONLY FOR CHILDREN AGED 5 TO 9 YEARS OLD! Be a real knight or a brave damsel for once! Childhood dreams come true at the medieval Reifenstein Castle. With fencing, archery and adventurous games, children can immerse themselves in the world of the Middle Ages in a playful way - supervised and age-appropriate. Starting from Laion, the taxi takes us through the Val Gardena to the Sella Pass (2,180m). The hike begins with a steady climb up to the Toni Demetz mountain hut (2,681m). Adventurous people can also take the gondola to the hut (ticket not included). At the top, we enjoy the splendid view of the surrounding mountains before descending to the Rifugio Vicenza hut (2,253m). On a guided exploration walk through the vineyards with winemaker Michl, you will learn everything knowing about wine: from its history and cultivation to grape varieties and marketing. The hike is not guided, but the route is clearly signposted. Along the circular trail, you’ll also discover how butter and bread were made in the old days – a delicious journey into South Tyrolean tradition and alpine nature!

A guided botanical walk along the Solda panorama path: Starting in the village centre, we walk past the parish church of St. Gertraud to panorama trail no. 7, which we follow into the valley past meadows, pastures, woods and small streams to the valley station of the Solda cable car. There we switch to the opposite side of the valley, with its sunny and dry slopes. We now return to our starting point with a splendid view of the north face of the Ortler mountain along panorama trail no. 6. Along the way, we will be able to admire numerous species of flowers, including the species Pedicularis recutita, Alpine clematis, Globeflower, Twinflower , Lesser twayblade, Greek valerian, Orange hawkweed, Bearded bellflower and many others. Guided walking tour with the guide Sepp Lamprecht on the Rittner Horn. The high-level hike begins at the Schwarzseespitze peak, the mountain station of the Rittnerhorn cable car. The highlight of the tour is a fascinating panorama of the Dolomites, including more than 40 peaks of over 3,000 m which can be seen in good visibility. From the Provincial Mining Museum in Maiern/Ridnaun, trail no. 9 takes us on a relaxed, leisurely hike to the entrance of the wild Burkhardklamm gorge. At the waterfall, we breathe in the finely atomized aerosol of the Fernerbach stream, and the invigorating effect of these healing drops is immediately noticeable. You will experience the health-promoting effect that our scientific study at the Paracelsus Salzburg Private University has shown. We find peace and relaxation by becoming aware of nature with all our senses. With Kneipp treatments, we also let the calming power of the forest work its magic on us on the way back.

Under the expert guidance of Georg Kirchmaier, an experienced forest educator and geobiologist, you will explore the unique Eggental forest. The Japanese concept of ‘Shinrin-yoku’, known as forest bathing, shows that spending time in the forest has positive effects on our nervous, hormonal and immune systems. We start in Maiern in front of the Rent and Go bike rental in the direction of Bergl, go past the birthplace of the Ridnaun giantess and on to the Martalm. From there we cycle along the forest road to the Gewingesalm. After a little refreshment continue to cycle to Entholz and along the Erzweg back to the starting point.
