Guided hike along the lower Günther Messner Trail
Start: 9.30 am at the bus stop “Abzweigung Afers”. Via the lower Günther Messner trail, the route leads across the meadow Rodelwiesen to the Peitlerscharte and on to the Würzjoch. From there to the Costaces viewpoint and back to the Würzjoch. Travelling by bus is recommended!

Tiers am Rosengarten/Tires al Catinaccio, Dolomites Region Seiser Alm
This hike takes us into the dreamlike landscape at the foot of the Rosengarten. With lush alpine meadows, idyllic huts, and magnificent panoramas, it promises a day filled with nature, relaxation, and unforgettable impressions. Perfect for enjoying the beauty of the Dolomites to the fullest.
Tour Description:
We start our tour with a ride on the Tiers cable car to the Frommer Alm. From there, our hike begins with a short stretch toward the Niger Pass, but we soon switch to the trail leading to Messnerjoch without detouring to the hut itself. Instead, we stay on the main path and continue toward Baumann Schwaige, soaking in the idyllic scenery along the way.
The well-marked trail takes us through beautiful landscapes to Baumann Schwaige and on to Tumml. The paths repeatedly offer spectacular views of the Rosengarten. After a gentle ascent, we reach the Angelwiesen, where expansive alpine meadows and a stunning panorama await us. From there, the path descends to the Plafötsch Alm, where we take a well-deserved break. This cozy hut offers delicious South Tyrolean specialties and a fantastic view—the perfect spot to recharge for the remainder of the descent.
The final section of the trail leads us through forests and alpine meadows down to St. Zyprian, our starting point.

An insider tip is the hike to the Alpe Hartl on Alpe di Siusi: it impresses with a unique and untouched cultural landscape and a fantastic postcard view of the Sassolungo Group. The start is at the S. Cristina Tourist Office, from where you hike via "Triech" down to "Soplajes". Now the trail goes uphill to the district of "Tlesura" and past old, picturesque farms to the Alpe Hartl. Silence reigns here, so that you can enjoy the Dolomite landscape and the alpine blossom in all peace and tranquility. The way back is in the direction of Saltria and then through the forest down to S. Cristina.

We start at the parking lot by the 'old sawmill' and hike steadily upwards to the Freiberger Alm and further to the Latschiniger Alm, with a beautiful view of the Texel Group. After a break, the path descends slightly along the mountain path to the Marzoner Alm. From here, we take a short route back to the parking lot.

The guided hike starts in Innerhütt and takes us on a section of the Merano High Mountain Trail, which rewards us with impressive views of the surrounding landscape. We continue to Ulfas and Platt/Plata before reaching the Stieber waterfall. The way back takes us to Moos/Moso. There is a lot to discover on this tour - from breathtaking natural wonders to exciting insights into the flora and fauna of the region.
You will be accompanied by a trained nature park guide, who will provide fascinating insights along the way: which plants grow here? How does the landscape change throughout the year? Which animals are native, and how do humans and nature share this space? The tour is part of a series of nine guided hikes through the Texelgruppe Nature Park - each with a different destination, each path offering new perspectives.

The journey takes place by taxi to Aica di Fiè. From here, we hike with our guide Herbert to the Tschafon plateau. The ascent to the Tschafon hut passes through shady coniferous forests. From the hut, we reach the peak of Mount Balzo and enjoy the view. After the lunch break, we descend towards Wuhnleger with a view of the Rosengarten massif and leisurely return to the starting point. The return journey is again by taxi.

At the Gampen Pass, we visit a military bunker from World War II. Afterwards, we hike along a gravel road and then a footpath. The trail leads upward in switchbacks until we cross a wide valley at the foot of the small Laugenspitze. Continuing with a gentle ascent, we reach the small idyllic Gfrillneralm where we take a break. There, we can enjoy wonderful views of the Dolomites. After that, a pleasant road leads down to the Gampenstraße, from where we take the bus back to Lana.

Fancy a varied hike where you can experience the secrets of nature?
This guided hike in the Texelgruppe Nature Park takes you into a landscape characterised by water and stone - powerful, lively and full of geological features.
The start is at the Seeberkehre (Timmelsjochstraße). From there it goes to the Seeberalm hut, then down to Rabenstein/Corvara and the former Kummersee lake, which was formed after a landslide in 1401 and disappeared in 1774 after its last eruption.
Along the European long-distance hiking trail E5, we follow the Passer, the main river of the Passeiertal Valley, which is not only a natural habitat but also a source of energy. The trail leads to Moos/Moso. A geological highlight is the "Schneeberger Zug" with its striking limestone formations. This area is part of the fascinating "Colourful Series", a geological zone full of colours, folds and structures. The destination is the village of Moos/Moso.
You will be accompanied by a trained nature park guide, who will provide fascinating insights along the way: which plants grow here? How does the landscape change throughout the year? Which animals are native, and how do humans and nature share this space? If you hadn’t realised it before, when the first rays of sun timidly appear on the surrounding peaks you will see just how much it was worth getting up so early. A sunrise mountain tour on the Schlern mountain is a very special experience.
A shuttle bus will take you to the Saltner Tschapit hut, where the ascent begins. Equipped with headlamps, you will arrive at Monte Petz (2,564 m) at around 6:50, in perfect time for the sunrise. After this natural spectacle, a well-earned breakfast awaits you at the Schlernhaus mountain refuge, also known as the “castle in the mountains”.
