The journey takes place by bus via Chiusa to the Alpe of Villandro. Our tour begins at the Gasser hut. From there, the hiking trail leads to the Lake Totensee which is reached in about an hour and a half. From the Totenkirchl church, it is only about a ten-minute walk to the picturesque lake. Via the “Prackfiederer Jöchl” pass, we reach the Stöffl hut, where we have our lunch. After a leisurely break, we descend back to the Gasser hut and take the bus back to Laion. Guided sunrise hike Travel by minibus to the Plantapatsch mountain hut (2150 m). From there we hike approx. 1.5 hours to the Watles summit (2555 m). There we will watch the sunrise. A unique view awaits us. An unforgettable, perhaps rare moment. Descent along the same route back to the Plantapatsch hut. Return journey by minibus to Burgeis. Together with the hiking guide, you will hike from Altprags/Braies Vecchia up to the rustic Putzalm hut, where a small alpine snack awaits you. The hut landlord Seppl is known for his typical, delicious dishes! After a refreshment stop, you hike up to the Allwartstein summit (1,954 m), where you have a breathtaking view. The descent takes you back to the starting point at Altprags/Braies Vecchia on a variant of the ascent route. The pure walking time of the circular hike is 4 hours with 600 metres of ascent.

We will see which plants grow at altitude (2000m.a.s.l.), how to recognise them and use them. We will make butter with the herbs we have collected, which we will taste together on the terrace of the Graziani hut while looking at the beautiful panorama of the Dolomites The hike continues with an ascent to the summit of Plan di Corones, from where there is a 360° view. Here we will see one of the largest bells in Europe: the Concordia. Finally, we return on foot to the Furcia Pass. Juval Castle Tour (39 km, 700 m elevation gain) The impressive Juval Castle Tour stretches over 39 kilometers and 700 meters of elevation gain, offering not only physical activity but also cultural and culinary highlights. The starting point is Algund. An experienced bike guide first leads us through a panoramic landscape to Töll. The route then continues along the Apple Road through blossoming orchards to Naturns and further towards Staben. Already during the ride, we enjoy a magnificent view up to the Juval Caslte, the famous castle of Reinhold Messner, which today houses a fascinating collection of Tibetan art and mountaineering history. We follow the bike path until the resting place (just before Staben) and then turn right at the wooden bridge towards the State Road and the Vinschgau Farmers' Store. After crossing the State Road, we need to pedal a bit more. However, with some stamina, we finally reach The Juval Castle, our destination for the day. Here, we will visit the castle and then take a delightful lunch break at a nearby inn. Rejuvenated, we begin the return journey to the starting point, Algund. The varied landscape and cultural attractions make this bike tour an unforgettable experience for nature enthusiasts who wish to actively explore the beauty of South Tyrol. Challenging trekking in a place of legends, where unbelievably the wild mountain and the cultural landscape of the alpine pasture cared for by the animals become one and the same and provide us with unique views. We start at the spectacular Lake Braies, in whose water the massive rock faces of the Croda del Becco are reflected and which is a true myth in the mountain world as well as one of the natural wonders of the Dolomites. We walk up through the forest to the alpine pasture where the animals graze: Fojedöra, a magical place where time has stood still and off the beaten track, an authentic and original place. The meadows are home to an exceptional variety of species and give us a view of a lake of our own: Lake Fojedöra. Throughout the walk we will move through the Fanes-Sennes-Braies nature park, also a UNESCO World Heritage site. From Laion, we hike along the “Walther von der Vogelweide” Trail descending towards Albions, continuing to Novale and Villnod. From Villnod, we hike along trail no. 2 towards Castel Forte. Once arrived at Castel Forte, we tour the former home of minstrel Oswald von Wolkenstein, one of the most imposing castles in South Tyrol. The Radlsee refuge is located high above the Eisack Valley on the legendary Radlsee lake in the basin between the Königangerspitze and Hundskopf peaks. On the way, we learn a lot about alpine herbs, mountain farming and the formation of the Alps and Dolomites. The moderately difficult hike is worthwhile with its breathtaking mountain panorama and relaxing tranquillity on the mountain.
