By bus, we travel through Lana to the Gampen Pass. From there, we hike through the forest to the Laugen Lake and continue to the Little Laugen Peak (2297 m), where an indescribable panoramic view awaits us. We return via the Laugen Alm to the Gampen Pass, where the bus is waiting for us.

With its unusual shape, the Plattkofel peak is one of the most distinctive and best-known panoramic summits in the South Tyrolean Dolomites. At 2,955 m, the peak also boasts an absolutely spectacular 360° view of the Dolomites at sunrise.
A minibus will take you to the Zallinger mountain refuge, from where the fairly steep ascent leads to the Plattkofel mountain refuge. From here, the trail initially leads along a grassy ridge and later a very steep ascent over rocky terrain up to the Plattkofel peak, where you can experience a magnificent sunrise. After the descent along the same trail, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast at the Plattkofel mountain refuge before heading back to the set-off point.

For a long time, the chestnut was considered a “bread tree”, which mainly served as food for the poorer people. In the Eisacktal valley, the chestnut still has a special significance today, and the “Keschtnweg”, which starts at the Neustift monastery and stretches a total of 90 km to Vilpian, is known far beyond Brixen. Our hike starts in Klausen and takes us to Säben Monastery and then further along the Keschtnweg trail to Felthurns. We can stop for refreshments at the Buschenschank Huber (not included) before visiting Velthurns Castle (admission € 6.00, to be paid on site; children accompanied by an adult free of charge).

"A well-rounded experience" - preparing original South Tyrolean dumplings
Experience a guided panoramic hike over the Platschjoch to the rustic Ungererhof in Schluppes, where we prepare original South Tyrolean dumplings together. Walter will show you the right way to shape the dumplings. Afterwards, we will taste the delicious traditional dish together. You will receive the recipe and a cooking apron, so that you can make this classic South Tyrolean dish at home.

We continue to the Getrumalm, where we pass various adventure stations of the Sarner Latsche, the alpine farm and the Knappenlöchern. From the Getrumalm we hike slowly downhill to Reinswald.

Together with Martha, you will start a leisurely walk towards St. Michael. After about 30 minutes, we reach our first stop: the Zerund farm. There, you’ll gain a fascinating insight into life on a farm – including a visit to the barn.
The hike then continues via Scherplatz to the Krahof farm. There, a delicious South Tyrolean snack awaits you, lovingly prepared with products from the farm.
The farm gates also open for us at Krahof: get to know the free-range hens that lay the popular South Tyrolean free-range eggs.

Walking the Alta Via of Dobbiaco is the best way to observe in their majestic complex the Dolomites, their striking shapes, the plays of colour and the shadows that the day and night light produces when it breaks on their white cliffs. Approach on the Timmelsjoch road to the car park at the Timmelsbrücke bridge. Ascent from there via the alpine access road to the Timmelsalm hut and on to the Großer Schwarzsee lake. Continue the ascent on trail no. 30 to the Schwarzwandscharte and finally without a path to the nearby summit. The descent follows the same route.

We start with the public bus to Vierschach/Versciaco and go with the cable car to the Helm/Monte Elmo (2.050 m). Here the hike begins via the Hüttensteig path nr. 20 to the Rif. Sillianer Hütte hut. After a refreshment (hut or self-catering), the way back is via the old Helmhaus at 2.434 m. With a 360° view between the Italian-Austrian border, we learn a lot
about the exciting history of this area. Descent via hiking trail nr. 4a and the Rif. Hahnspielhütte/Gallo Cedrone hut to the Helm/Monte Elmo mountain station, where we then take the cable car back down to the valley and return to the starting point by public bus.

Autumn pleasures: Strudel hike - discover the secrets of the South Tyrolean dish
With hiking guide Paula we set off from the village centre in Seis to St.Oswald. A short stop will be made at the Puntschiederhof farm, where we can taste apple juice and apples. We continue our hike to the restaurant St. Oswald, where we are shown how to prepare the traditional South Tyrolean apple strudel. Afterwards we will taste it together.

The original route takes the maximum of 1000 participants over 17 kilometres with an elevation profile of 1333 metres on perfectly signed paths from Sesto through the stunning mountains of the Sesto Dolomites to the finish at the Rifugio Antonio Locatelli, just below the three impressive peaks that are known all over the world.

The day begins with an exciting ride on the funicular from Ortisei in Val Gardena, taking us up to an impressive 2,000 meters of altitude. After the ascent, we face a short but demanding climb to the Raschötz Hut. The steep path rewards us with spectacular panoramic views.
We continue toward Ausserraschötz, where a brief hike-a-bike section awaits. The natural beauty of the landscape more than compensates for any effort. A challenging trail follows, featuring both short technical climbs and thrilling descents, before we enjoy a well-deserved break at the Brogles Alm. After that, we begin our return to Ortisei.

This exceptional enduro tour takes us deep into the awe-inspiring mountain world of the Dolomites, all the way to the mighty Marmolada – the Queen of the Dolomites.
A hike-a-bike section awaits on this tour, so the e-MTB stays at home – we pedal using pure muscle power. A shuttle takes us to Selva di Val Gardena, the starting point of our adventure. The first meters of elevation are tackled by cable car. Our first destination is the Sella Pass, from where – depending on the group’s ability – we choose a trail leading down to Canazei. There, another cable car takes us comfortably up to the Belvedere.
At the top station, we’re rewarded with a majestic panorama of the Sella Massif and the Marmolada. The descent continues on alpine trails, part technical, part flowy, leading us all the way to Lake Fedaia and back to Canazei.
