This exciting and eventful event at the Runster Mill, on the Sonnenberg mountain Naturns, fascinates young and old!
Accompanied by a guide, you hike slightly uphill to the Runster mill in approx. 30 minutes. Exciting stories and legends about Naturns are told along the way. Franz Fliri and Walter Müller from the Naturns/Plaus local history association will be waiting for you at the mill. Franz will tell you about the Runster Mill and its history.
If you like, you can also take some of the freshly ground flour home with you and bake your own bread rolls.

Our 360º tour through the Etsch Valley starts in Algund. From there we ride towards Gratsch and then to the Segenbühel viewing point from where we then head towards Merano. Taking several side roads we reach the cycle track leading to Bolzano. At Gargazon we leave the cycle track and reach the fabulous Brandis golf course, from where we pedal towards Tscherms. At Tscherms we ride uphill towards Lebenberg Castle, where we can look forward to a wonderful view of the Burggrafenamt region. At the Haidenhof inn we take a well-deserved break. A lovely scenic road takes us to Marling and then we return along Nörderstrasse to our starting point in Algund.

Experience the magic of dusk on the Hochmuth! Take the cable car to the mountain station, where a welcome aperitif awaits. After a hike, Walter will open the gates of his organic farm and take you on a passionate tour of his farming activities. He describes his philosophy, the self-sufficient concept of the farm and the skilful combination of his mainstays of farm holidays, green energy and South Tyrolean mountain meadow hay. The organic mountain meadow hay in particular, from harvesting to versatile use, has led to creative "haylights" such as cushions, hay beds, wallpaper, lampshades, flooring, liqueur and gin. After the impressive tour of the farm, you can taste the farm's own products.

We take the hotel bus to Ortisei, from there we take the funicular railway to a high plateau of 2,107 m, then we continue on trail no. 31 and no. 35 for approx. 1.5 hours along a beautiful high-altitude trail with unforgettable impressions to the Brogles Alm 2045, short rest, from Brogles approx. 1.5 hours with a slight up and down on trail no. 34 towards Geisler Alm, alpine rest with refreshments.... Path no. 36 then no. 35 again, approx. 1.5 hours via the beautiful Adolf Munkel path via Tschanschanon to the Zanser Alm where we are taken back to Gufidaun by bus.

Kastelruth/Castelrotto, Dolomites Region Seiser Alm
The guided via ferrata tour on the small Cir peak is a unique experience for beginners aged 10 and up. On the tour you climb over some of the most impressive rock formations in the region and overcome some short but challenging passages. Helmut Kostner explains how to climb and shows you how to get safely over the rock faces. You will also receive valuable tips on equipment and safety.
Throughout the day, the mountain guide will ensure that you are safe and protected on the way.
Guided walking-tour to Kneipp at the waterfall of Barbian.
"Everything we need to stay healthy has been generously given to us by nature," said pastor Sebastian Kneipp. Water, nutrition, exercise, medicinal herbs and life order - on this hike you will experience the holistic health concept of Kneipp. Water-treading in the cool mountain stream, barefoot-walking and feeling the soil, get to know the medicinal herbs and wild herbs along the way and relaxation exercises in the open air: a refreshing, relaxing hike on the trail of Kneipp.

This varied hike takes you through a fascinating landscape at the foot of the Latemar: from expansive alpine meadows and mystical rock labyrinths to a hidden lake in the middle of the forest. Perfect for an adventurous day in the Dolomites!
Tour Description:
Our tour begins at the Tiers cable car, which takes us comfortably to the Frommer Alm. From there, bus line 186 brings us to the Nigerstraße intersection, where our hike starts on foot. We follow the trail across the idyllic Latemar meadows, offering breathtaking views of the Dolomites and the perfect spot for a short break to soak in the surroundings.
The path then leads us into the famous Latemar Labyrinth, a highlight of the hike. This labyrinth of massive boulders, created by an ancient landslide, provides an exciting and unique hiking experience. After navigating the labyrinth, we arrive at the Mitterleger, a picturesque alpine meadow.
From there, we continue to Mittersee, a hidden forest lake that is particularly striking in early summer. Mittersee is a seasonal lake and does not hold water year-round, but its magical atmosphere amidst the forest makes it a special destination.
Finally, we descend further to the historic Grand Hotel Carezza, where we end our hike in a relaxed manner. From here, we take the bus back to the Frommer Alm, where the Tiers cable car brings us to our starting point.

South Tyrol is renowned worldwide for its majestic mountains, clear Alpine lakes and idyllic walking trails.
Starting from the Winnebachtal car park (1,412 metres), we will make our way into the valley along the slightly ascending path that leads to the Astnerberg Alm pasture. From that point, the path gets steeper until we reach the waterfall, where a gentler section starts. This is followed by another ascent of medium difficulty to the Tiefrastenhütte hut and lake, where we will be welcomed by a staggering panorama that will make us forget all the effort. The way back is along the same route.

Then reach the rock pulpit to enjoy the last sunrays, the unique color spectacle of the sky and the glowing rocks of the Dolomites.
