The guided hike starts in Innerratschings, from there we hike to Flading. There, we learn about the legendary sorcerer Pfeifer Huisele and take a short detour to the panoramic viewing platform, which is reached after a 15-minute uphill walk. Before heading back, we stop for a break at the inn "Schölzhornhof." On the way back, we meet Karin, a local herbal expert, who introduces us to the healing and culinary benefits of the most important roots. Afterwards, we get a chance to visit her garden. As a little souvenir, Karin prepares a small root-based product for everyone to take home. From there, it’s just a short walk back to our starting point. Duration: approx. 5,5h

The “Törggele” season begins at the beginning of October and ends with Advent. On our hike we visit the Griesser Hof winery north of Brixen, in Vahrn. We taste three white wines (included) and get to know winemaker Paul, who grows and presses the grapes for his wine himself. The hike takes us to another farm inn above Brixen, where the hosts serve us typical Törggelen dishes. We recommend a glass of white wine from Eisacktal valley (meal and drinks not included). In the quiet autumn months, before the first snow falls, you can learn interesting facts about the nature and culture of alpine farming. Agricultural scientist and sheep farmer Joachim Schwarz will accompany you on this journey through nature and culture.

On our autumn hike, we start at the parish church in Mittertal/Jaufental and hike along the Sennerbergbach up to the Sennerberg at 1,597 meters (approx. 300 vertical meters). On the way, we are enchanted by the untouched nature, which gives the area a very special energy. After a short break with a picnic, we continue our way back and visit the Sennerhof farm. There we have the opportunity to experience life on a farm up close and taste delicious, home-made goat products. The small farm store also offers the possibility to buy regional specialties.

The “Törggelen” season is the fifth season in Brixen and its surroundings. Together with you, we would like to take a look behind the scenes of this tradition, learn about the origins of wine in Brixen and uncover the secrets of “Törggelen” cuisine. We walk from Brixen to the Griesser Hof winery, situated on a sunny hill. There we are welcomed by winegrower Paul, with whom we taste his wines in the wine cellar. We continue along the “Keschtnweg” trail and stop off at Burgerhof Meßner farm inn. Together with organic winegrower and chef Johannes, we prepare South Tyrolean dumplings and learn about his philosophy of sustainable farming. The guided hike with Günther leads through old farmsteads and mountain restaurants, through sloping vineyards, chestnut groves and orchards. You will have the possibility to learn more about typical farms and the winegrowing during a wine tasting at the Prackfoler farm. The lunch with traditional dishes at the Innerperskoler farm inn is not only a culinary pleasure, it helps you to recharge your batteries for the hike back to the starting point. Wine tasting: the three wines from the Prackfolerhof will be tasted. Children receive juices for free. Lunch: The price includes appetizer, main course ("Schlachtplatte"), chestnuts (if available) and sweet "Krapfen". Drinks have to be paid extra.

This easy autumn hike to the Spitzhorn offers stunning views of the colorful mountain scenery around Kronplatz. Along well-marked trails, you’ll walk at a relaxed pace through along the Via Artis up to the summit. A perfect outing for nature lovers and leisure hikers! The hike starts at the Valparola Pass 2168 m, right after the Forte Tre Sassi war museum. The trail ascends through rocky terrain and an old war path. Through crevices, trenches, and caves, you eventually reach the summit. A stunning view of the surrounding Dolomite peaks, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the area around Falzarego. The tunnels, walls, and trenches at Hexenstein – Sas de Stria date back to World War I. Its name comes from an old legend saying a witch once lived on its peak. Our trekking guide Florian - called Llamero in South America - welcomes you in the llama paradise and gives you an insight into the basics of llama keeping as well as the habits and characteristics of these friendly animals. After some exercises in the obstacle course, we will walk together with our llama boys Giacomo, Rocky, Rono, Rambo, Casper and Winnetou through the meadows and forests of the national park and you may let yourselves be touched by their calmness and good-naturedness while you lead them on the leash. Llamas are called the dolphins of the pasture and you will sense it. If desired (at an extra charge), the adults can relax in the llama paradise after the tour until the sausages are ready on the barbecue and the little ones can play archery and games in the Indian teepee. The llamas will watch you and continue to be close to you while snacking on their well-deserved reward. And of course, there will be enough time for photos and videos with our llama troop. Adventurous hours await our visitors in the Llama Paradise in the Upper Martell Valley, the summer quarters of the National Park New World camelids. Here you can get to know these gentle, curious animals, get very close to them while petting, combing and feeding them and, if you wish, lead them yourself on a leash through the meadows and forests of the National Park during a short trekking walk after instruction in the obstacle course. Smaller children may lead a llama on a leash in the secured area. Indian feeling in the tipi tent is on top. Of course there will be enough time for photos and videos with our loving ‘long-necks’. Meeting a llama is an unforgettable experience for young and old. At Tholerhof, both young and old, have the opportunity to gain their first riding experiences and get a feel for sitting in the saddle of these fascinating and powerful Haflinger horses and Shetland ponies. After riding, children can help with grooming and taking care of the horses. For more experienced riders, Tholerhof offers great rides in the forest around Aschbach. From high up on the horse, you'll see the surroundings from a more impressive perspective.

Guided farm hike in Laion and its surroundings. The bus takes us from Laion to Pontives. From here we hike with our hiking guide Helmuth along the posttrail to the Oberspisser mountain farm, where we can immerse ourselves in rural life. In the meantime, the table is set for lunch (not included). We reach our third stop, the Fallerhof, via the posttrail. A tasting awaits us here and together we immerse ourselves in the world of the farm. The day ends with a hike back to Laion.
