Have you ever visited a hydroelectric power plant from the inside? Or wondered how water is transformed into electricity?
The Hinterpasseier region is one of the most water-rich valleys in South Tyrol. For about a century, more than 22 power plants have been built here for sustainable energy production.
The hike starts in Moos/Moso and follows the E5 trail to Rabenstein/Corvara, where participants can enjoy a lunch at inn Rabenstein featuring traditional local dishes from the Passeiertal Valley.
Afterwards, the Rabenstein Power Plant, one of the oldest in the region, will be visited.
The return to Moos/Moso is by public bus.

What could be better in spring than combining hiking and culinary delights? Join a hike to the Wildschützhütte hut above Stuls/Stulles. Along the way, enjoy the enchanting nature, the peaceful surroundings, and the spectacular views of the Stuller Mahder.
At the top, regional specialties await, making the excursion a truly memorable experience. Afterwards, the trail leads back on foot to the Morx Puite.

Experience an unforgettable hike in the company of gentle llamas!
These calm and sensitive animals are wonderful companions and make the adventure truly special. Together with the hiking guide, the journey starts from Moos/Moso to Ulfas, where the llamas and their owners are waiting. On a leash, you lead your llama along the Ulfas Waalweg trail to the Ulfaseralm hut, where a relaxing lunch break awaits before returning together and saying goodbye to your four-legged companions.

Shinrin-Yoku, breathing in the forest atmosphere - or forest bathing for short, has long been an officially recognised method of enhancing health in Japan. And here too people are once again reflecting on the wonderful power of nature. We experience a pleasantly damp and cool atmosphere in the forest. We listen carefully, notice the quiet sounds of nature, the messages of the thousands and thousands of living creatures that communicate with one another here in a gigantic, highly complex habitat.

Attentively, we immerse ourselves in the unique nature of the forest. Consciously we enjoy the trees, shrubs and mosses to the full. Forest bathing has a wonderful effect on the body, mind and soul. It demonstrably reduces stress, strengthens the circulatory and immune systems by boosting the production of natural killer cells, relieves mood swings and sleep disorders and encourages relaxation and the ability to concentrate.

How is a delicious mozzarella made?
During a visit to Wegerhof farm in Stuls/Stulles, you'll get exclusive insights into the making of the Passeiertal Valley "white gold" and see firsthand how fresh milk becomes flavorful mozzarella.
Afterwards, we'll taste the mozzarella and other farm-made cheeses. Energized by the tasting, we’ll set off on a walk along the Sonnenrundweg trail in Stuls/Stulles, enjoying the views over the Passeiertal Valley.

Shuttle bus ride from Naturns to Katharinaberg, where you will be welcomed with a drink.

Leisurely hike on the Meraner Höhenweg trail to the ‘Linthof’ mountain inn.

Musical interlude by the music group ‘Tiroler Herz’.

Afterwards, stop for refreshments at the Unterstell farm and return individually by cable car.

Walking time approx. 2.5 hours, altitude difference approx. 200 metres.

The price includes the shuttle bus to Monte Caterina and the descent by the Unterstell cable car.

From game to game: Galloping into the Middle Ages is every spring the returning motto in the Dolomites region Seiser Alm. After the start at the Trostburg Castel in Waidbruck/Ponte Gardena the tournament goes on with four stages: at the Kofel/Mount Calvary in Kastelruth takes place the traditional ring jousting. The second game, the labyrinth, is on program at the Matzlbödele in Seis.The third of four stages takes place at the Völser Weiher lake with its gallop. The tournament concludes with the game at Prösels Castle, the ride through posts. Traditional Alpine folk music: reinterpreted by emerging South Tyrolean artists!

On the majestic Nörderberg Mountain in Naturno/Naturns, the Alpine mountain hut season kicks off with a new music festival showcasing upcoming South Tyrolean talent, reinterpreting traditional Alpine folk songs. Throughout the day, four different groups are scheduled to perform at four mountain huts on the Nörderberg.

Guided excursion to discover your vital energy, inspired by the four elements - water, earth, air and light - with a well-deserved stop at a cosy mountain hut. An experience that combines harmony, landscape and wellness, touching body, mind and soul.
