Did you know that wild plants are bursting with vitamins and minerals? On a short hike with herbalist Rosi, learn what wild herbs are all about and collect a wide variety of seasonal herbs, which are then creatively processed in a workshop. The guided tour will be in German and Italian.

The ride leads from Ibsenplatz in Gossensass (alternatively from the Oudoor Center bike rental in Sterzing) along the Brenner cycle route north to Giggelberg. After a pleasant ascent, we visit part of the Pflersch Valley with a turn-off to the Route232 snack station. Here we can enjoy a short break with a vital snack on the sun terrace. Take the cable car from Kurzras to the glacier. The rest of the route takes you to the glacier tongue. From here, you will use harnesses, crampons and a rope to cross the Hochjochferner glacier. You will be shown the special features of the fascinating glacier world and daredevils can be abseiled into a crevasse. The descent is via the Schöne Aussicht mountain hut back to Kurzras. Longing breathes in our souls, the silence of the mountains lets us hear the voice of our hearts: A mountain hike to the panoramic Col da Lech. Together with a mountain guide, you'll climb this approximately 1-kilometre-long via ferrata, gaining 550 vertical metres and secured with 1,000 metres of steel cable. The route is of medium difficulty (A – B with short B/C sections) and ends with the spectacular rock formation known as the "Engelskante" ("Angel's Edge"). Who is the tour suitable for? This tour is ideal for mountain lovers who are sure-footed, have no fear of heights, and are in good physical condition. Previous via ferrata experience is an advantage. We take the Brenner motorway to Rovereto. Through the Loppio Valley and the Passo San Givanni we already reach the north-eastern shore of Lake Garda at Torbole. We drive along the eastern shore to Malcesine. There we enjoy a longer stay to get to know the famous town on the eastern shore. In the early afternoon we take a private boat to Limone. By bus you will then travel along the tunnel-rich Westgardesana towards Riva, the northernmost town on Lake Garda. Via Arco and the Sarca Valley past the beautifully situated Lake Toblino and through the narrow Vela Gorge we reach the Adige Valley again and the Brenner motorway back to Schenna.

Climbing is fun, not only for the children! On the climbing wall we train strength and agility in a completely playful way. But we also experience community and learn what it means to act in a self-determined way. By exposing ourselves to calculable risks, we experience success and failure and learn how to deal with them.
