From Naturno you cycle comfortably along the Adige cycle path to Merano. From the Thermenplatz square, head eastwards through the Elisabeth Park into the Passeier Valley. Mostly flat, with a slight incline, you can enjoy the marvellous landscape along the Passeier cycle path (19 km). The refreshing air of the Passer accompanies you along the entire cycle path to St. Leonhard. One of the most beautiful and panoramic routes to this spectacular panoramic mountain in the Merano region is via the Heini Holzer via ferrata. The 550-metre climb is perfectly secured with 1000 metres of steel cable and is of medium difficulty (A - B - B/C). Experience the autumnal alpine splendour during a mountain bike tour together with the Bike Academy Sesto Dolomites. After a few easy uphill sections, you will be rewarded with a marvellous view of the Three Peaks. After a well-deserved break, you return to the village of Sesto. We start at the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten and tackle the first 4 km on a forest road to the Rotwandwiesen (1,950 m). From there, we go over the Schellab-Alm down to the Kreuzbergpass, where trail No. 146 takes us to the Coltrondoalm (1,880 m). We continue on past the Nemesalm Hut to the Klammbachalm (1,950 m). In the end, we return to Sesto. After leisurely walks through the golden autumn landscape, guests and South Tyroleans enjoy the products of the harvest, especially chestnuts and new wine (Sußer). On this week's hike we visit the Untermeinlechnerhof. We take the bus from the village centre in Schenna to Verdins and then hike to Untertall to Untermeinlechner and after a cosy stop for refreshments back to the starting point. On the llama experience day we want to inspire you all around. First of all, you will look behind the scenes of our llama breeding, get to know our 24-headed llama and alpaca rascals and experience "up close" how our llama kids grow up. We will answer all your questions about husbandry, feeding, care, rearing, training and wool processing and turn you into little llama and alpaca experts. This easy hike takes you to a farm in the idyllic hamlet of Pein, where you will prepare a farmhouse pizza together with farmer's wife Johanna and bake it in the stone oven. Johanna will also explain how she makes mozzarella and will certainly let you taste some of her homemade products. On the way back, you will visit Martha and her little ‘Ladile’ (farm shop). She will tell you about her products and how she processes all kinds of herbs into teas and tinctures.
