We take the Brenner motorway to Rovereto. Through the Loppio Valley and the Passo San Givanni we already reach the north-eastern shore of Lake Garda at Torbole.
We drive along the eastern shore to Malcesine. There we enjoy a longer stay to get to know the famous town on the eastern shore.
In the early afternoon we take a private boat to Limone.

By bus you will then travel along the tunnel-rich Westgardesana towards Riva, the northernmost town on Lake Garda. Via Arco and the Sarca Valley past the beautifully situated Lake Toblino and through the narrow Vela Gorge we reach the Adige Valley again and the Brenner motorway back to Schenna.

Meeting point: at the Mineral Museum
Museum visit: An introductory film provides a comprehensive overview of the origin and nature of the minerals displayed in the museum. After a 2-minute ride by private car and a subsequent hike (approx. 20 minutes) you reach the excavation site, where you will search for Geodes of Teis under the expert supervision of a collector.
Note: Due to Paul Fischnaller's advanced age, the excursion will be led by another experienced collector.
Tools are provided by the museum. Hiking boots recommended. In the case of drizzling rain, the tour will take place anyways. If it is raining more heavily the tour will be postponed or cancelled.

Together with a mountain guide, you'll climb this approximately 1-kilometre-long via ferrata, gaining 550 vertical metres and secured with 1,000 metres of steel cable. The route is of medium difficulty (A – B with short B/C sections) and ends with the spectacular rock formation known as the "Engelskante" ("Angel's Edge").
Who is the tour suitable for?
This tour is ideal for mountain lovers who are sure-footed, have no fear of heights, and are in good physical condition. Previous via ferrata experience is an advantage.
What to bring:
- Full via ferrata equipment (helmet, harness, via ferrata set – rental possible)
- Plenty of water (especially in warm weather – south-facing route!)
- A light snack

Ascent:
From the Piffinger Köpfl mountain station, follow trail no. 3 to the junction with the Schartlweg (no. 18), then continue to the start of the via ferrata.
Descent:
We descend together via the Kuhleiten hut (refreshments available) and trail no. 19A. Depending on the weather and by agreement with the mountain guide, it may be possible to continue to the main summit.

Exploring the mountain and its diverse landscape at Merano 2000 in a group while discovering new hidden spots? The guided hikes at Merano 2000 will take place on selected dates starting from July to October 2025 every Tuesday and Wednesday. Shuttle to the Nörderberg mountain – parking lot Kreuzbrünnl: Not in the mood for the narrow and steep mountain roads in South Tyrol? Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday a shuttle bus will take you from Naturns directly to the Kreuzbrünnl parking lot, starting point for wonderful hikes to the alpine pastures of the Nörderberg mountain, the Monte S. Vigilio or the mountain station of the Aschbach cable car. Alternatively, a shuttle from Kreuzbrünnl will take you back to Naturns. The return trip must be booked separately.

Adventurous hours await our visitors in the Llama Paradise in the Upper Martell Valley, the summer quarters of the National Park New World camelids. Here you can get to know these gentle, curious animals, get very close to them while petting, combing and feeding them and, if you wish, lead them yourself on a leash through the meadows and forests of the National Park during a short trekking walk after instruction in the obstacle course. Smaller children may lead a llama on a leash in the secured area. Indian feeling in the tipi tent is on top. Of course there will be enough time for photos and videos with our loving ‘long-necks’. Meeting a llama is an unforgettable experience for young and old.

Our trekking guide Florian - called Llamero in South America - welcomes you in the llama paradise and gives you an insight into the basics of llama keeping as well as the habits and characteristics of these friendly animals. After some exercises in the obstacle course, we will walk together with our llama boys Giacomo, Rocky, Rono, Rambo, Casper and Winnetou through the meadows and forests of the national park and you may let yourselves be touched by their calmness and good-naturedness while you lead them on the leash. Llamas are called the dolphins of the pasture and you will sense it. If desired (at an extra charge), the adults can relax in the llama paradise after the tour until the sausages are ready on the barbecue and the little ones can play archery and games in the Indian teepee. The llamas will watch you and continue to be close to you while snacking on their well-deserved reward. And of course, there will be enough time for photos and videos with our llama troop.

Costs: 30 euros/person, 85 euros per family, 20 euros per person who does not lead a llama during the trek, possibility of a barbecue (with sausage, bread and drink) after the tour in the llama enclosure - with surcharge depending on the number of participants.

At Tholerhof, both young and old, have the opportunity to gain their first riding experiences and get a feel for sitting in the saddle of these fascinating and powerful Haflinger horses and Shetland ponies. After riding, children can help with grooming and taking care of the horses. For more experienced riders, Tholerhof offers great rides in the forest around Aschbach. From high up on the horse, you'll see the surroundings from a more impressive perspective.

Your guide leads you through several stations where she tells about winegrowing, landscape and history. On the way, at the Baron Widmann winery, in the vineyards, at the Castel Turmhof Tiefenbrunner winery and in the Cantina Cortaccia, you can taste 5 typical wines. The walk lasts 3 1/2-4 hours, about 50 minutes of which are spent actually walking.
A bus will take you and your bike to Glorenza or Curon at the Lake Reschen. Cycle along the "Val Venosta bycicle path" back to Naturns and enjoy a unique view over the surrounding mountains.

Born in Wisconsin, Dan Kinzelman has lived in Italy since 2005, where he met the award-winning composer and trombonist Filippo Vignato. Notably, Vignato recorded his latest album, Adagio, with the outstanding cellist Hank Roberts.

From Radein, we hike uphill along the varied Zirmersteig trail, which offers impressive views into the Bletterbach Cannyon. The final part of the ascent to the Weißhorn leads over rocky terrain. Surefootedness is required! On the descent, we stop at the Gurndin Alm and continue to Jochgrimm, where the bus will pick us up. Since the stop is near the end of the hike, we recommend bringing some snacks for the way.

St.Leonhard in Passeier/San Leonardo in Passiria, Meran/Merano and environs
Approach into the Schnalstal Valley (ca. 1 hour) to the starting point in Vernagt/Vernago. The ascent is via Tisental Valley to the Similaunhütte refuge at 3,020 m. After a rest, the route continues over partly pathless boulder terrain to the discovery site, where a stone pyramid stands. Here you will find lots of information about how Ötzi was found. The descent follows the same route.

We start together with our guide at the biathlon center Grogg. Along a wonderful landscape and take the road until you reach the mighty dam wall. Push your bike across the 83m-high dam wall of Lake Gioveretto and continue along the lake shore. Then we take the asphalt road again to proceed with the last 450 meters in altitude. After a few turns turn right in the left-hand turn before the parking in Alta Val Martello and take the forest road towards the Lyfi mountain hut. You reach your worthwhile destination after a few short ups and downs.
Kastelruth/Castelrotto, Dolomites Region Seiser Alm
This walk is an absolute must for all those who have fallen in love with the unique world of flowers on Seiser Alm. Countless spring crocuses transform the Alm into a shimmering sea of lilac. In this region of flowers, delicate anemones mingle with snowdrops, primulas and the golden blossom of rock rose, the sky-blue gentian and the rose-pink striped daphne. And then the meadow grasses sprout up, interspersed with wild orchids, fringed pink, brunella, arnica, lilies, globeflowers and, and, and… A paradise of flowers unlikely to be found anywhere else on Earth.
