Bike fans get their money's worth in the MTB area behind the fish pond in Antholz Niedertal. 3 downhill variants with different levels of difficulty and a pump track awaits you. The shuttle will take you and the your guide to the MTB Area in Antholz Niedertal. Bikes will be provided on site.

A morning that leaves its mark. Forests throughout South Tyrol have been brought to their knees. Storms, heavy snowfall and the spread of the bark beetle, a small insect that feeds on fir and pine trees, are leading to the death of numerous green areas. A large number of volunteers have taken action to help these forests, which provide shelter for so many animal species and are crucial in reducing the risk of landslides. You will ascend by cable car to the Piz de Plaies area, one of the hardest hit, but also one of the most beautiful and scenic. Eventually we will plant a tree together, as sign and permanent memory of the vacation, but also for our well-being as well as that of the nature surrounding us. Accompanying you will be Pire, a forest ranger and great expert on our forests, who will be able to explain to you all the most particular curiosities. Every contribution, however small, can make the difference!

The guided bike tour starting from the Rosskopf valley station leads along the bike path towards the south to Stilfes. Via a forest road, you'll reach the small natural pond. Expansive green meadows and a pavilion invite you to take a break. For the little ones, there's a playground... This tour is not offered for children under 10 years of age, except for children transported by parents with a trailer (available for rent at the Outdoor Center). We take the high trail and cross the Sella massif, a moom landscape at almost 3000 meters. Short break at the Boe hut (2.871m) and then continue to the Piasciadu Hut where we have lunch (2.585m). This is a permanent exhibition of sculptures acquired as a result of the SMACH art competition, the Dolomites Biennale. After the guided tour in the Val dl’Ert you can independently visit the Ladin Museum where you can immerse yourself in the history, culture and traditions of the Ladin people. We start in Maiern in front of the Rent and Go bike rental in the direction of Bergl, go past the birthplace of the Ridnaun giantess and on to the Martalm. From there we cycle along the forest road to the Gewingesalm. After a little refreshment continue to cycle to Entholz and along the Erzweg back to the starting point. A hidden gem in the dolomites, where enchantment meets nature La Val is the most characteristic and peaceful village of Alta Badia. --Jita de viers de Seceda-- The panoramic hike starts at Col Raiser at 2.107 m. Accompanied by a local guide, the hike goes uphill - past rustic mountain huts on the edge of the Puez-Odle Nature Park – until reaching the top of Seceda at 2.500 m. Here the view is simply breathtaking: a souvenir photo is absolutely not to be missed. --Sun Col Rodella-- The moderate, but nevertheless magnificent hike starts from the centre of Selva di Val Gardena. From there you take the cabin lift to the Ciampinoi top station. Through the “Stone City” you reach Passo Sella and after a short walk the Col Rodella, where the fascinating 360° panorama leaves indelible memories. The way back is the same as the way there until you reach Passo Sella. Traditional farmhouse bread straight from the stone oven simply tastes delicious. You can experience how it is made every second Friday from mid-May to the beginning of October at the Untereggerhof. The tour will take you to the bishopric town of Brixen and then to Vahrn, where you can enjoy a refreshing break at the Kneipp hydrotherapy facility. Treading water in cold, flowing water in open nature has a toughening, circutation promoting and stimulating effect. Following we will have a break at the Hubenbauer brewery. Easy 40-kilometre tour with an elevation gain of approx. 600 - 800 metres. The price includes the hire of the electric mountain bike and helmet..

Guided E-Bike Tour From our starting point in Reschen we drive to our other meeting points in Graun, St. Valentin and Burgeis. Already here we are rewarded with a great panorama of the Ortler group and the beautiful cultivated meadows of the Upper Vinschgau. We cycle through the beautiful centre of Mals with its narrow alleys to the edge of the village and from there continue along the old country road towards Planeil. Before the Sockhof farm, turn right at the bridge and follow the signs. Partly we will cycle steeper forest road ramps on our tour on the northern slope below the pointed Lun. We then continue along the alpine path into the beautiful, almost untouched Planeil valley. Arrived at the Planeil Alm, we have earned delicious, regional and homemade treats and can enjoy a magnificent panorama. We then cycle back to Mals via the alpine path and the country road.
