"The early bird catches the worm"! The well-known saying takes on a whole new meaning during a sunrise hike to the mountain Fleckner (2,336 m). Admittedly, it takes some motivation to get out of bed so early, but early risers are rewarded. Join us when the first rays of sun touch the top of the mountains, the light illuminates the majestic mountain landscape of the Passeiertal Valley and let yourself be enchanted by the unique panorama. After the descent, we fortify ourselves at restaurant Flecknerhütte with a mountain breakfast featuring local products. E-Bike Tour – Freiberg - Merano Our Freiberg Tour begins in Algund. From there we ride along the signposted cycle track into Merano. In the spa town we ride along various side streets in the old town and soon reach the cycle track that leads into the Passeier Valley. At Lazag we leave the cycle track and reach the lovely Merano district of Obermais, from where we cycle in the direction of St. Georgen as far as Goyen Castle. Next we cross the Naif Valley and reach the Freiberg, where a fabulous view of Merano awaits us. We then cycle along Panoramastrasse to the Rauthof wine tavern, where we take a well-deserved break. The return journey is via a lovely route back down into Merano and then on to Algund. Participation at own risk. Difference in altitude: 650 metres

The sensation of cold water, walking barefoot on various surfaces, breathing and mindfulness exercises are just a few elements you will experience on this journey through the teachings of Kneipp. Together with Christine, a Kneipp and mindfulness trainer, the hike begins at the Algund Tourism Association with a cold arm bath. Afterwards, she will lead you to the "Grabbach-rivulet" where your feet will come in touch with the ice-cold water. Targeted exercises stimulate circulation and promote blood flow. Then, you will continue barefoot to the Blumenthalerhof, where you will once again come into contact with ice-cold water in a large Kneipp basin. Maria, the host, will surprise you with a healthy herbal lemonade and a snack made from fresh herbs. A day for you and your well-being awaits, and you will notice that the interplay between nature and water has an immensely soothing effect on the body.

Guided sound bath meditation at sunset Experience a unique sound journey in the open air! As the sun sets behind the mountains, the gentle sounds of singing bowls, gongs and koshis from Daniela Alber will accompany you on a meditative journey to inner peace and harmony. The combination of soothing sounds and the natural surroundings helps to relax the mind and reduce stress. After the meditation, you can round off the evening with with an aperitif in this ambience. The meeting point is at the top of the Knottnkino, on the Rotstein Knott.

Did you know that wild plants are bursting with vitamins and minerals? On a short hike with herbalist Rosi, learn what wild herbs are all about and collect a wide variety of seasonal herbs, which are then creatively processed in a workshop. The guided tour will be in German

Healing evening walk in the forest ‘The greatest adventure could be a simple walk in the forest’ Author Unknown Shirin-yoku, Japanese for ‘bathing in the forest’, is praised in Japan as part of a healthy lifestyle. Going into the forest and staying there relies on the healing power of trees. People find peace in the forest. Immerse yourself in the forest to experience it with all your senses and immerse yourself in the silence of the untouched forest.

We are accompanied to the charming Feldthurner and Latzfonser Alm mountain pastures with interesting facts about mountain pasture management and insights into the splendour of the flowers. We are rewarded with a marvellous view of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. There is the opportunity to stop for refreshments at the Klausner hut. This varied hike takes you through a fascinating landscape at the foot of the Latemar: from expansive alpine meadows and mystical rock labyrinths to a hidden lake in the middle of the forest. Perfect for an adventurous day in the Dolomites! Tour Description: Our tour begins at the Tiers cable car, which takes us comfortably to the Frommer Alm. From there, bus line 186 brings us to the Nigerstraße intersection, where our hike starts on foot. We follow the trail across the idyllic Latemar meadows, offering breathtaking views of the Dolomites and the perfect spot for a short break to soak in the surroundings. The path then leads us into the famous Latemar Labyrinth, a highlight of the hike. This labyrinth of massive boulders, created by an ancient landslide, provides an exciting and unique hiking experience. After navigating the labyrinth, we arrive at the Mitterleger, a picturesque alpine meadow. From there, we continue to Mittersee, a hidden forest lake that is particularly striking in early summer. Mittersee is a seasonal lake and does not hold water year-round, but its magical atmosphere amidst the forest makes it a special destination. Finally, we descend further to the historic Grand Hotel Carezza, where we end our hike in a relaxed manner. From here, we take the bus back to the Frommer Alm, where the Tiers cable car brings us to our starting point. Traditional Bread Baking at the Tholer Farm The South Tyrolean kitchen is characterised by well-preserved old traditions. Elisabeth and Ernst of the Tholer farm let you sneak a peek behind the curtains and reveal to you their recipe for the traditional Paarl bread. Together you prepare the rye dough, form the bread and bake it in the old stone stove. You learn interesting facts about the rye cultivation and local baking tradition, and receive a recipe and some bread to take with you.

Approach to the parking space in Tall/Talle. Ascent with the Hirzer cable car from the middle station to Klammeben. Ascent on the hiking trail E5 to the Hirzerscharte and continue on trail no. 7 to the highest peak in the Sarntal Alps. Views over the Ortler, Ötztal and Stubai Alps. The descent is via the Gompm Alm hut to Tall/Talle to the parking space. A hiking adventure to discover South Tyrol's mountains and get to know this unique, enchanting, panoramic world better. Limited number of participants.

We start in the beautiful mountain village of Pfelders in Val Passiria/Passeiertal and hike on a somewhat steep path over serpentines to the rustic Schneidalm (approx. 1 ½ hours), always with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We spend our lunch break here and enjoy the peace and quiet. We then hike along the Lazinser Steig into the valley and descend comfortably to Lazins and back to the starting point via Zeppichl. Every year in August, a particularly large number of shooting stars flit across the night sky. From 11 to 147th of August, the so-called "Perseids" reach their peak this year. This is also the case on Tuesday, 12th August and the Knottnkino cinema in Vöran is the ideal place to keep an eye out for the "lucky charms". Bring a picnic blanket, listen to pleasant sounds and enjoy some tasty snacks ... Members of the South Tyrolean amateur astronomers "Max Valier" will also be there, with telescopes and interesting stories to tell about the night sky. Photographs and videos may be taken at the event for the purpose of documenting and promoting the event and the area. The recordings may be used and published on websites, in social networks and in the media in compliance with data protection regulations.

Dive into the story of the farm, explore the ancient walls and the traditional grain mill. Along the way, you’ll learn more about the farm’s sustainable philosophy and the variety of fruits, berries, and grains grown here – all of which are transformed into outstanding distillates, liqueurs, syrups, fruit spreads, and gin. Another highlight is the farm’s own organic distillery. Here, Elisabeth will show you the distillation process and how high-quality spirits are produced.
