Starting from Laion by bus, passing through Chiusa, we reach the Alpe di Villandro. The hike begins once we arrive at the parking of the Gasser hut. The path leads us to the Rinderplatz hut, passing by Mount Samberg and Mount Pfundres. Upon arrival at the Villanders mine, we visit one of the most important mining areas in Tyrol. Today we get out in nature! On our exciting voyage of exploration we visit the fruit tree meadow at the Koasa Hof in St. Johann. Delicious fruits such as apples, pears and plums grow there and we’ll discover how to make jam, juice and apple rings from them. Maybe we’ll even get to taste some ourselves! As well as fruit trees, there are also some small animals on the farm – for example chickens and rabbits. Together we’ll find out how to harvest and process fruit and how important nature is for our food. So pack your rucksack and bring a good mood with you – and let’s have a fruity adventure!

Evening hike to the St. Helena chapel with an art-historical guided tour. This charming little church features rich frescoes from around 1400, created by the Bolzano School of Painting. The style closely relates to frescoes in Terlan’s parish church and St. Catherine’s in Fiè. A highlight is the Niederthor family coat of arms on the triumphal arch, indicating their patronage. Hidden under layers of paint for years, the coat of arms was rediscovered in 1885 and restored in 1938. After the visit, we enjoy the scenic view before returning to the starting point. The e-bike tour starts in Monguelfo and leads along the idyllic Val Casies Valley cycle route to S. Martino. Along the route, there are various access points. This varied hike takes you through a fascinating landscape at the foot of the Latemar: from expansive alpine meadows and mystical rock labyrinths to a hidden lake in the middle of the forest. Perfect for an adventurous day in the Dolomites! Tour Description: Our tour begins at the Tiers cable car, which takes us comfortably to the Frommer Alm. From there, bus line 186 brings us to the Nigerstraße intersection, where our hike starts on foot. We follow the trail across the idyllic Latemar meadows, offering breathtaking views of the Dolomites and the perfect spot for a short break to soak in the surroundings. The path then leads us into the famous Latemar Labyrinth, a highlight of the hike. This labyrinth of massive boulders, created by an ancient landslide, provides an exciting and unique hiking experience. After navigating the labyrinth, we arrive at the Mitterleger, a picturesque alpine meadow. From there, we continue to Mittersee, a hidden forest lake that is particularly striking in early summer. From the stunning Lake Misurina along the wide hiking trail via the Grave di Pogata and Forcella Maraia to the Città di Carpi refuge 2100 m. Along the way there are magnificent views of the rocks of the Marmarole and Sorapiss group. The "Seven Lakes Tour" is a demanding but truly rewarding hike in the Ridnaun high mountains. We save the first two hours and 600 metres in altitude thanks to the shuttle that takes us from Maiern to the Moarerbergalm. From there we dive into the unmistakable world of the glacier lakes, in whose mostly calm surface shimmering sky spectacles are impressively reflected. For thousands of years, the lakes have been witnesses to the glacial world of the Ice Age. On our circular hike we enjoy the dreamlike view of the Moarer Weißen, also called the Ridnaun Dolomites. Ascent: 2h - 600 vertical meters and 3km (moderately steep) Descent: 4 to 6 hours - 1,350 vertical meters and 11 km (steep and bumpy) A break is made halfway along the Trüber See lake with your own provisions, no stop at a hut is planned.
