Discovery of Ladin traditions and culture. On a leisurely excursion, we will immerse ourselves in the local world and visit a historical farmstead, seeing archaic but also modern tools used by the locals to carry out various activities. The production of some typical products will also be presented and explained, followed by a tasting session.

Fantastic views, vast natural landscapes and majestic mountains: this is the Dolorama Trail. Our hike takes us on a section of this long-distance hiking trail, from the Würzjoch around the striking Peitlerkofel, to the Schlüterhütte and then to Zans in the Villnöss Dolomite valley. During the hike, we learn exciting facts about the fauna and flora, the geological features of the Dolomites and also about the home of mountaineering legend Reinhold Messner. Guided hike along the 360° circular hiking trail from the Egghof farm in Taufers i. M. to Schlinig. Ride with the hiking taxi from Mals railway station to the Egghof farm above Taufers i. M. From there via the "Tellaalm" to the "Tellajoch". The "Tellajoch" surprises with a 360° panoramic view of the mountain peaks of the Ortler and Sesvenna groups. The 360° viewing platform highlights the mountain panorama. Continue first downhill to the Laatscher and Schleiser Alm alpine pastures with insights into the Upper Venosta Valley alpine farming. From there, hike uphill to Monterodes and then back downhill over the Kälberberg to the village of Schlinig. Return journey by public bus. --La sciorta de Saslonch-- From Monte Pana, the route leads to the pastures of Plan de Cunfin and then continues along a spectacular switchback path that heads into the magnificent saddle, between Sassolungo and Punta delle Cinque Dita. The view is dominated by the imposing rock faces. Once here, follow a slightly ascending path to the Rifugio Vicenza, where lunch is planned. Our hike begins in the heart of Bruneck at the Tourist Office directly on the Town Hall Square. From there we walk along a hiking trail to the large bishop's castle, Bruneck Castle. 40 YEARS OF THE MERANO HIGH MOUNTAIN TRAIL This impressive hike along the historic Merano High Mountain Trail is a journey through time on one of the oldest high-altitude trails in the Alps. Upon arrival at the Texelbahn cable car mountain station, breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Merano basin unfold. The historic trail, once an important connection between mountain farms, leads past original alpine farms and lush mountain meadows. Particularly captivating are the expansive views of the Ziel Valley and the surrounding peaks of the Texel Group Nature Park. The tour starts at the Ratschings valley station in front of the Rent and Go bike rental. We follow the Pfeifer Huisele path along country lanes and forest roads towards the Klammalm. From here onwards, the technical riders are in their element. The trail towards Wumblsalm has it all. This is followed by a short descent across meadows before a partly challenging section leads to the highest point of the tour, the Wasserfalleralm. Here we enjoy a long break with good food. Strengthened, we follow a fantastic panoramic trail to the Rinneralm. The last few kilometers are downhill on the toboggan run back to the starting point. Registration only from the age of 15.

Discover the Via Artis on Kronplatz every Monday together with a hiking guide – the highest open-air art gallery in the world at 2,275 meters above sea level. The 6-kilometer circular trail showcases six artworks by local artists, crafted from damaged wood resulting from storm and snow pressure in 2018 and 2019. This itinerary takes you from Mühlbach via Vintl and Kiens to Bruneck, along the river Rienz. Regarded as the beating heart of the Pustertal valley, this vibrant little town has a historic centre with a picturesque main street that invites you to stroll and indulge in some retail therapy. After a short stop in Bruneck, the tour follows an alternative route back to Mühlbach. On the way back, you will make a stop at the Capriz show dairy. There, you can enjoy a guided tour of the cheese museum and a tasting of the finest cheeses made from 100% South Tyrolean goat's and cow's milk. -- Jita sun Jëuf de Frea -- We take the cable car to Dantercëpies, where we set off in a northerly direction after admiring the mountain panorama. We explore the colourful mountain meadows below the Cir peaks and then cross the flowery alpine meadows to Forcelles. After a refreshment stop, we hike back to the Passo Gardena, where we continue through the flat „Frea“ meadows and the shady arolla pine forest. The way back to Selva will be done from Plan de Gralba by bus. The journey takes place by bus via Chiusa to the Alpe di Villandro. Our hike starts at the Gasserhut and leads over the Alp “Mair in Plun” to the saddle “Gasteiger Sattel”. From there, we follow the broad ridge until we reach the mountain hut at the summit of the Corno del Renon. Once at the top, we enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Dolomites. After a leisurely break, the trail leads us to the “Huberkreuz” cross in Barbiano, where the taxi is already waiting for us. During the treasure hunt in the great outdoors, we learn all kinds of interesting facts about the different breeds of cows in South Tyrol, why a cow produces milk and how butter used to be made. As we continue our walk to the Kneipp area, we go in hunt of dairy products and finally get to shake and taste butter ourselves. Who can solve the exciting quizzes and follow the trail of the treasure hunt? We then visit the animals on the farm and finish with a delicious yogurt ice cream.

During a herbal walk, we learn about the most important local plants and their uses. We then make a tincture and an oil extract with plant material under instruction. We then use these extracts to make various products together (e.g. lip balm, insect bite roller, ointment ...). Afterwards, the participants can take home 1 product of each of the treasures they have made (with the corresponding instructions for production and recipe). Fancy some fresh mountain air and stunning views? Then join our hiking guide Heinrich – along a section of the Merano High Mountain Trail! After a short bus ride, our tour begins in Vernuer/Vernurio. From there, we head down the valley along the Merano High Mountain Trail – one of the region's most famous hiking routes. Along the way, we'll enjoy magnificent views of the Etschtal Valley and a diverse natural landscape. In the Kuensertal Valley, the trail continues along the Kuenser Waalweg. This peaceful and pleasant path winds through shady forest sections, accompanied by the gentle trickling of water – perfect for taking a deep breath and relaxing. Our return journey takes us back to Rifiano. Walking time: approx. 3,5 h | Difference in altitude: approx. 180 m ascent and 890 m descent The hike will be in German and Italian.

The guided summit hike takes us from the Ratschings-Jaufen mountain station past the Wasserfaller Alm to the Rinnersattel. We reach the 2,331-metre-high Fleckner via the Jaufenkamm ridge. On the way back to the mountain station we pass the Äußere Wumblsalm and stop at the Saxnerhütte. This hike is only recommended for people aged 14 and over.
