Shinrin-Yoku, breathing in the forest atmosphere - or forest bathing for short, has long been an officially recognised method of enhancing health in Japan. And here too people are once again reflecting on the wonderful power of nature. We experience a pleasantly damp and cool atmosphere in the forest. We listen carefully, notice the quiet sounds of nature, the messages of the thousands and thousands of living creatures that communicate with one another here in a gigantic, highly complex habitat.

cable car mountain station Aschbach/Rio Lagundo
The valley station cablecar Aschbach/Rio Lagundo is located next to the train station Rabland/Rablà.
From Partschins/Parcines: bus to Rabland/Rablà (Bahnhof/Stazione)
From Meran/o: train to Rabland/Rablà,
From Vinschgau valley: train to Rabland/Rablà

by 6 PM on the previous day online or at the tourist information office Partschins or Rabland
Comfortable clothing appropriate for the temperatures (warm clothes - the event takes place outdoors at approx. 1,200 hm with little movement!), sturdy shoes and beverage.
In case of cancellation, a return of the participation fee is only possible if the cancellation is made within the registration period.
In case of rain or thunderstorms the event cannot take place. The participation fee will be refunded in full.
Together with our forest bathing expert, you take the Aschbach cable car (funivia Riolagundo) from Rabland/Rablà and hike from the mountain station to a quietly located piece of forest. The ride up and down in the cable car is included in the price. While walking in the quiet forest, you will do the first exercises that sharpen your senses and let you experience and enjoy the healing power of nature to the fullest and very consciously. Our expert's guidance will help you to draw strength from this grounding experience, to relax and recover. Finally, you are free to take the cable car with the expert towards the valley or to linger a little longer in the beautiful mountain village Aschbach/Riolagundo.
