After training as an office assistant and hotel secretary, I worked for over 25 years in adult education centers, focusing on health, personal growth and consciousness.
Since 2000, I’ve been working as a freelance trainer in adult education, tourism, schools and companies.
My learning journey led me to become a certified life and social counselor, Kneipp health trainer, fasting guide, Shaolin Qi Gong instructor, Nature Coach, ceremony leader and Alpine forest bathing expert.
Holism, mindfulness and respect are the foundations of my work. I support people through life transitions, promote awareness, and encourage self-care – with warmth, depth and a love of connection.
