That's why we set out to explore the blossoming high plateau of Naz-Sciaves. Springtime in South Tyrol Follow our hiking guide on an early-morning excursion! After a relatively steep climb to the Tiefrastenhütte hut (2,312m), you will be rewarded with a hearty Alpine breakfast and a breath-taking panorama. For this excursion you will need to be in good physical condition and have appropriate equipment.

On this organised cultural e-bike tour, learn of the strange and sad story marked by the sunken church tower of the former village of Curon/Graun submerged beneath the lake waters. The small 14 th Century Romanesque church bears silent testimony to the damming up of the artificial lake shortly after the end of the Second World War. The former military bunkers are another leftover of the interwar period. Visit the bunker at the source of the Etsch river, with a local guide to explain the history of South Tyrol. Hike from the Rotmoos parking lot in S. Maddalena in the direction of Weissbachtal and continue right to the Joasahütte hut. Harbingers of spring and a wonderful panoramic view as far as the Braies Dolomites delight the eye and heart of the hiker along the way. Our Packraft - Tour homerun (difficulty level medium) is something for adventurous water rats who want to test themselves and conquer the Adige river in their own boat. With action, fun and assertiveness, we master rapids, go around obstacles and relax on calm passages. Accompanied by one of our qualified guides, the tour begins at our rafting base in Rabland/Rablà, where the equipment is handed out. With bag and baggage we go to Ciardes/Tschars. Arriving at the boat entrance, we unpack our packrafts (inflatable kayaks) and pump them up. As soon as all the kayaks are ready, there is an introduction to the paddling technique and a detailed safety briefing. Shortly after, we're off into some extraordinary, splashing water fun. Safety: Only a safe experience is a lasting one. That's why our guides are highly trained. We also make no compromises when it comes to equipment. It is up to date and meets all required standards.

This is a very varied E-MTB tour around Kiens. We start in St. Sigmund/San Sigismondo and pedal to the individual meeting points in Kiens/Chienes and Lake Issengo. Shuttle Val di Fosse - Every Wednesday a shuttle minibus takes you from Naturno to the Vorderkaser parking lot. From there you can hike through the charming Val di Fosse. The Alpine adventure trail is considered one of the most beautiful sections of the Merano High Mountain Trail and offers unique views of the mountain giants of the Texel Group. Limited booster seats are available for children. Dogs are only transported on request and with a muzzle. Bicycle transportation is not possible. The return journey must be booked separately.

An adventure for the whole family! One way is the Jacobson relaxation technique, known as progressive muscle relaxation. The technique is an easy and quickly learned method that helps to relieve tension brought about by stress and overexertion. Untreated, under certain circumstances these tensions can result in back, muscle and head pains, stomach and bowel problems and a range of mental stress symptoms such as sleep and anxiety disorders, depression and even burnout. The Jacobson Method helps us learn to prevent such problems and better deal with damage that has already been done. Relaxation exercises have other benefits too: the body secretes fewer stress hormones, breathing becomes more even, the blood pressure falls and the heart beats more steadily. And the psyche benefits too: physical tensions are reduced and the body regains its natural equilibrium, thus increasing mental wellbeing. Stresses and strains brought about by anxiety, worries and pain diminish.

With Stefan, our bike guide, learn how to ride hairpin turns, balance, obstacles and the correct braking technique. Afterwards, the learned technique will be consolidated with a small round through the forest. Suitable for e-bike and mountain bike.

The total price includes the guided tour, return trip with the ropeway Merano 2000 and the necessary equipment which conforms to safety standards: climbing harness, climbing gear and helmet. The 500 m long climb is perfectly secured with 1000 m of steel cable, is rated at medium difficulty (A - B - B/C) and is suitable for the less stron alpinistis or for families with enthusiastic young climbers starting from age 14. A bus will take you and your bike to Glorenza or Curon at the Lake Reschen. Cycle along the "Val Venosta bycicle path" back to Naturno and enjoy a unique view over the surrounding mountains. You can rent bikes in our bike stores directly in the center of Naturno or at the bike rental of the Val Venosta train. The total distance from Curon to Naturno is about 65 km. Child seats, baskets and the e-bike batteries must be dismantled for transport. Please do not forget the key for the battery. Dogs are transported only on request and with muzzle.

Approach by car via Meran/Merano to the Gampen Pass in ca. 1,5 hours. From the parking space at the Gampen Pass, take trail no. 10 to the Laugenalm and continue on the increasingly steep path to the summit ridge that leads to the summit. The "Laugenspitze" is a first-class panoramic mountain with beautiful views of the Passeiertal Valley and beyond. The descent follows the same route.
