A guided botanical walk along the Solda panorama path: Starting in the village centre, we walk past the parish church of St. Gertraud to panorama trail no. 7, which we follow into the valley past meadows, pastures, woods and small streams to the valley station of the Solda cable car. There we switch to the opposite side of the valley, with its sunny and dry slopes. We now return to our starting point with a splendid view of the north face of the Ortler mountain along panorama trail no. 6. Along the way, we will be able to admire numerous species of flowers, including the species Pedicularis recutita, Alpine clematis, Globeflower, Twinflower , Lesser twayblade, Greek valerian, Orange hawkweed, Bearded bellflower and many others. Who is the event for? The Via Ferrata Testival is aimed at families and all via ferrata enthusiasts from Germany, Austria, and South Tyrol/Italy. Participation is free for visitors, and attractive ticket options are available for the ascent to the mountain station.

Friday: Experience the latest video from the EOFT Film Tour in the unique atmosphere of the mountain at Speikboden.

Saturday: Participate in free CLIMBHOW workshops, test equipment, and enjoy the evening get-together at the base station.

Sunday: Conclude the Testival with more workshops, an equipment test, and an optional guided via ferrata tour at Speikboden.

Under the professional guidance of a state-certified mountain guide you learn the abc of climbing at the Marchegg climbing garden. Equipment is provided free of charge. You only need to bring trekking shoes or runners and comfortable clothing. Food and drinks are available in the Marchegghof tavern nearby. The farmer’s wife herself provides the tasty, traditional fare in this extremely cosy tavern. Climbing courses: 10:00 a. m. to 12:00 p. m.; 12:00 p. m. to 2:00 p. m.; 2:00 p. m. to 4:00 p. m. Looking back in time, you realize how much things have changed. Way back in 1987, a group of enterprising local enthusiasts began to believe in a dream, a cycling race that starting from Alta Badia would have touched the most beautiful passes in the Dolomites. When the first Maratona took place, there was no talk about granfondo yet, the live TV broadcast was unimaginable, tourism development did not meet the current requirements and these daredevils would never have dared to hope that the "Maratona dles Dolomites" would become one of the most famous granfondo worldwide, with 8,000 participants from five continents and with over 30,000 requests of participation each year. The beauty of the Maratona dles Dolomites-Enel is in riding the mountain passes that have made the history of world cycling without the harassment of cars and motorcycles. The CCM Stickhandling camp has been created to give young motivated hockey players the opportunity to train with world class stickhandling coaches and learn what it takes to score the decisive goal. The perfect stickandling technique will give you new opportunities in front of the net, so that you can read and react to the goalie’s movements. Good hockey sense is what will transform you into a true goal scorer.

With the CCM Pro Goalie Camp, we created a Pro style summer hockey camp where our athletes can train and prepare for the next season. We wanted to gather world class goalie coaches from all over the world to train in the most beautiful sorroundings. Small groups and attention to detail is our first priority at the CCM Goalie Camp. With the CCM Pro Goalie Camp, we wanted to put a lot of focus on each goalie, so that every minute on the ice is designed to make you a better goalie. Instead of running countless drills, we want to focus on a few specific drills and go into every detail. Everything is given in order to create an optimal training environment. Not only is it an unbelievable place to train, but it is also an unforgettable experience with fellows of the so called special breed.

From Laion we take the bus to Ortisei. Our tour begins with a ride on the funicular railway (at your own expense) up to Rasciesa (2,200m). From the mountain station we take the path to the Saltner Schwaige where we have dinner (at your own expense). From there we hike to the summit cross with our hiking guide Herbert. There we can enjoy a marvellous sunset. We then descend to the Ramitzler Schwaige, where the taxi takes us back to Laion. Every step on the Rudlbach barefoot hiking trail is a feel-good adventure for the senses. Why is it essential to mow the meadows, and what techniques are used? What would be the consequences of not maintaining the meadows on the landscape and the environment, also in relation to tourism? How is the hay mowed during the different stages of summer, and why is it so important for agricultural life and also for tourism? How can we, as guests, contribute to the respect and preservation of these precious agricultural ecosystems? We are in the Murin area (which means 'mill' in Ladin) in Badia. In the company of Gottfried, an experienced farmer who is a guardian of Ladin agricultural tradition, you walk through the meadows he tends to. And it is from here that a truly exhilarating and important experience begins: Gottfried unveils the art and science of mowing, sharing with the guest the significance and necessity of this practice, explaining the various methods used, the timing for mowing and how each type of cut influences the subsequent use of the hay. It will be easier to understand how the lack of care for mountain meadows and pastures can cause not only aesthetic damage but also environmental harm. The guest thus learns the importance of respecting the meadows, avoiding unnecessary trampling, and recognizing the hard work of farmers who, season after season, take care of these vital spaces for the mountain ecosystem. The activity concludes with a guided visit to the farmhouse Lüch da Murin: here, the guest can observe mountain agricultural life up close. This experience is part of ATIRA: a series of weekly meetings and excursions designed to raise awareness about crucial issues for maintaining sustainable territorial development. With ATIRA, you become a guardian of the Dolomites: you will not only learn fascinating facts about the mountains but also how to actively contribute to the protection of our territory. It's an opportunity to connect with the Dolomite nature, which is everyone's heritage and thus requires everyone's respect. Domestic animals and strollers are not allowed. From Lago Smeraldo (Fondo - TN)) we hike on an easy path to Malga di Fondo -1480m- and continue through wide meadows and fields towards the Felixerweiher or Tretsee lake. After refreshments at the local inn, we enjoy the dark green water of the lake with its natural beauty and then hike back down to St. Felix through wonderfully fragrant larch forests. Metres in altitude: Ascent approx. 750 m - descent approx. 450 Walking time: approx. 4.0 hours. Moderately difficult but extremely rewarding hike (some fitness required)

Following the old railroad line of the abandoned Dolomites Railway to the Lake Lago di Dobbiaco, passing the war cemetery to Lake Lago di Landro. Enchanting panoramic view towards the world-famous Three Peaks. Via an old military road in direction of the Plätzwiese high plateau at 2000m with an overwhelming view of the Dolomites. Return via the Pustertal Valley bike route. Compulsory use of helmets. Suitable for children aged 12 and over. Possibility to stop for refreshments. Difficulty: medium-challenging. Hike to South Tyrol's largest mountain lake landscape in an incredibly fascinating and unique mountain world. We take the public bus to Pfelders/Plan. Our hike begins in the idyllic mountain village of Pfelders/Plan. With hiking guide Heinrich we hike along trail no. 6 to the Faltschnalalm and on to the Faltschnaljöchl and the Spronser Joch (2,581 m). From here we have a breathtaking view of the 3,000-metre peaks of the Texel Group as well as the lakes of Sprons. The descent takes us to the Oberkaser and further along trail no. 22 over the Mutkopf to the mountain station of the Hochmuth cable car. The cable car takes us back to the valley and from there we take the bus back to the starting point. Hiking time: ca. 7 h | Altitude difference: ascent ca. 960 m, descent ca. 1,230 m

50-minute hike from the Auronzo hut (2330m) to the Paternsattel. The blue hour is the time of calm and transition, heralding the imminent sunrise with a picturesque play of colours. The hike to the Langalm and back to the starting point completes this unique nature experience. Round trip with the hiking bus. Approach on the Timmelsjoch high alpine road to the parking space at the Timmelsbrücke bridge. Ascent from there via the forest road to the Timmelsalm and on to the lake "Großer Schwarzsee". Continue the ascent on trail no. 30 to the Schwarzwandscharte and finally without a path to the nearby summit. Magnificent vies of the largest glacier in South Tyrol, the Übertalferner, and the highest mountain hut in South Tyrol, the Becherhaus. The descent follows the same route.
