--Cun la roda al Pralongià-- The eBike tour which leads us to the Pralongiá starts with the ascent of the Dantercepies cable car, at the top we will descend towards Corvara in Val Badia. From Corvara we cycle on the bike path to San Cassiano; a climb will take you up to Pralongiá, from where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Dolomites. -- Cun la roda -- The start is at the MTB School in Ortisei. The first ascent leads to the only fraction of Ortisei, the picturesque hamlet of S. Giacomo. Always uphill you finally reach the Alpe Seceda in the Puez-Odle Nature Park. Here the view streches from the main Alpine ridge to the southernmost Dolomites and from Ortles to the Tofana mountain. Constantly accompanied by a breathtaking panorama, the trail continues via Alpe Cisles down to Rifugio Firenze and Rifugio Juac, until reaching the starting point again. Approach to Stuls/Stulles. Ascent on trail no. 14 to the mountain meadows above Stuls, where a fixed rope makes the ascent easier over the last few metres. From Schluderns, a forest path leads up to Churburg Castle. The hiking trail continues across meadows and briefly along a road to the Gschneier farm group, which we reach in about 1.5 hours. After a short ascent, we reach the Gschneier Waalweg, along which we walk. We walk back down past the Vernalhof farm to the Churburg castle and along the ascent path back to the starting point. From here we can enjoy a beautiful downhill to Rifugio Firenze and continue to Selva. From here the trail takes us through a wonderful larches forest into Vallunga in the Puez-Odle Nature Park. We reach the alpine meadows of Pra da Ri and then ride back to Selva and S.Cristina. 6th edition of the running around the Sassolungo Group. The Saslong Half Marathon is a challenging trail run in the Dolomites. The challenging trail starts and ends at Monte Pana and leads over rocks and boulders through 5 municipalities around the Sassolungo group.

On Saturday, June 8th, there will be an event dedicated to cycling and the sports activities of the "Ritten Sport ASV" Association on the Sunny plateau Ritten. It's called "Ritten by Bike," and it's the first time an event like this is being held to promote the use of bicycles as a daily means of transportation. You can ride along the new bike path from Klobenstein to Wolfsgruben, with various stations along the way and the opportunity to participate in a lottery with wonderful prizes. 30. International volleyball-mixed tournament in the sports zone of Lana di Sotto/Niederlana. In June it is time again for Lana's mixed volleyball tournament, the biggest throughout the Alps. There will be 120 teams from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland in this three-day competition. The event is rung in by a traditional opening concert that will take place the evening before the tournament. When the competitive part of the event has started all teams in the group stage, consisting of 3 men and 3 women each, will compete against each other on a total of 20 courts. The final stage and the grand final will be played the next day in the Lana Sportzone. The mixed volleyball tournament in Lana is a huge sporting highlight for all volleyball enthusiasts from South Tyrol and abroad. That is why we expect about 2000 athletes and visitors from all over Europe to arrive for this three-day event.
