The Soling Alpen Cup at Lake Reschen is an annual sailing regatta in the Alps that attracts sailors from all over Europe. Set against a breathtaking backdrop, the event combines sporting competition with natural beauty, making it a highlight for participants and spectators alike. Lake Reschen, the stage for the competition, provides challenging conditions with the constant 'upper wind,' allowing local crews to compete with the elite.

The guided hiking tour begins in Hinterlüsental. We soon reach the Unterpiscoi Alm (small mountain zoo) via Gunggan along the wide course of the Lasankenbach stream, which is originally filled with dolomite rock. From here we continue to the Halsl hut and then climb up to the Enzian or Schatzer hut. On the way back along the cart track, the beguilingly fragrant Swiss stone pines tempt you to linger and marvel. Passing the Rungatsch meadows, we return to the lime kiln. Big Rosengarten circuit with hiking guide Ferdinand Pardeller The big Rosengarten circuit is a wonderful hike for experienced mountain hikers with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Ascent from Welschnofen | Nova Levante with the cable car Welschnofen | Nova Levante Laurin I to the Frommeralm hut and further with the cable car König Laurin I+II to the Kölner hut (2.339 m), where our mountain tour begins. First the steep ascent leads to the Tschagerjoch | Passo delle Coronelle (2,630 m) with the help of a short steel rope, then down to the Baumannpass | Forcella di Davoi and further up to the Zigoladepass | Passo Cigolade (2,579 m). Descent to the Roda di Vaèl hut and the Christomannos monument. Then back to the Kölner hut; the cable cars take us back to Welschnofen | Nova Levante to the starting point. Enjoy the sunrise at the top of the mountain followed by a breakfast on the Rosskopf at Sterzing / Vipiteno! Every Wednesday from July 26 to August 30, early risers can take the cable car from Sterzing to the Rosskopf (1,860 m) and together with a hiking guide, climb the last 350 meters of altitude to the "Köpfl" to enjoy the sun rise over the Zillertal Alps and the Dolomites in the east. The following breakfast (optional) with local products at the Sterzingerhaus will strengthen us for the rest of the day. On two dates in August, the hike will lead up to the “Wunschglocke” (wishing bell), where something extraordinary will await you: a sunrise concert (Maschlmusig or One Night Band) accompanies the dawning of the new day and the first rays of sunlight open the breakfast buffet.
