Moderately difficult but very rewarding hike along the "Mühlenweg" to Caprile/Gfrill.
Walking past the barn underneath the church and across the bridge, a gravel road on the right runs south-west towards Frëina. Arrived in Frëina take the paved road on the left and walk about 300 m until you reach the crossing. Continue straight on towards Juvel (no. 9) and cross the bridge. Follow the forest road and, at the first bend next to the stream, turn right and head through the forest until you get to Pares, where the trail ends at the forest road (no. 5) to Medalghes. Go towards the mountains and at the first small crossing, turn right and walk until you get to the paved road. Take the left to Miscì and walk through the Val di Murins valley to the lime kiln. The route back leads to Lungiarü along the wood path.

The hike from Solda/Sulden to the Piani di Rosim/Rosimboden is about 6.3 km long. You should not miss this wonderful hike. Apart from the breathtaking panorama, the tour does not require much fitness, so you can enjoy the view wonderfully.
Starting point for this sunny panoramic hike is the fire station at Obertelfes/Telves di Sopra (parking possibility). From there hike in direction “Telfer Almen”. After ca. 30 minutes of walking time you reach the timber line. After crossing the bridge follows a short and steep rise, where the path leads forward through spruce forests, downhill towards Telfes. Later cross a forest path and follow the further markings. After a short while you reach a timber line, called “Neun Stangen”. Here you turn left and you reach the farm Jaufnerhof. Walk along the timber line with a stunning view of the valley and go back to the starting point. Wonderful, easy hiking tour for the whole family.
This hiking tour will lead us through a pine wood to the idyllic Lake Göller, to the “Göller Spitz” (Peak Göller) and the “Rotwand”, a spectacular cliff with an amazing panoramic view of the South Tyrolean mountains and the Val d’Adige. On our way home we will see a ruin called “Burgstallegg” and one of the most beautiful biotopes in South Tyrol, the “Pigleider Moos”.

Following Lüsnerstraße road (via Guggenbergstraße street, trail no. 6), turn right on the path to Trunthof farm – past the bridge to the left – northwards on the Psalmenweg trail until you reach Lüsnerstraße. From here, the trail descends to Andreas-Hofer-Brücke bridge, before ascending again to Seeburg Castle and back to Bressanone/Brixen, via the Adlerbrücke bridge on trail no. 1.

From there follow the signs across steep meadows towards Malga di TarresA varied and rewarding hike to our neighboring community "Völlan/Foiana".A visit to the farmers' museum located here is worthwhile!
The romanesque church St.Jakob on the Langfenn is positioned on the most visible and on the highest point of the Salto (1525m). The church stands on prehistoric ground and could tell us probabely many interesting and exciting historical things. On the altar we can see Saint Jakob, the protector of all hikers, and on his side the two Patrons of the pest, Rochus and Sebastian..
Start from the Kampidell parking space and follow trail to the Jenesiener Jöchl. Continue hiking on the path no. 23/23B until you reach "Stoanerne Mandlen - Men of Stone". On your way back, walk along trail no. 23A until you reach the Möltner Kaser restaurant and trail no. 28 to come back to your starting point. Duration of the excursioin: 4 hours - Drop/rise: 560 m

Follow the path (trail no. 7) from the bus stop on Höfestraße road to Meluno/Mellaun and then go uphill to Oberplattnerhof farm. The path across the field bends to the right (trail no. 18), leading to the Wieser wayside shrine. Descend down trail no. 8 down to Cleran/Klerant and from there northwards back to the starting point in Meluno/Mellaun on trail no. 12.
Martinsweg trail is an easily accessible, newly laid circular route named after the small Church of St. Martin, which is located close to the Eggerhöfe farmsteads.
COL DL'ANCONA TRAIL (1650 m, H-R 35 min.)
The Col dl'Ancona circular trail is very easy and at the same time scenically interesting with beautiful views of the Val Badia, Monte Pütia and St. Martin. The route is also particularly suitable for families with small children and prams.
The circular trail starts at the mountain station of the Piz de Plaies lift on Col dl'Ancona and leads to the Alpinus Agriturism, from where a pleasant forest path leads back to Col dl'Ancona.
Circular hike in the rustic Matscher valley with the possibility to stop at the Matscheralm.
The trail starts at the parking lot under the Almhotel Glieshof and goes about 20 m out of the valley, then a forest road turns off to the right. After about half an hour of walking, you can already see the Matscheralm (2,045m) on the left. The last few hundred meters are a bit steep, but once you have reached the Matscheralm, you can enjoy the unique mountain panorama in the Matschertal valley and perhaps spot some game. The way back starts behind the alp, follow the signs, via the Vinschger Höhenweg to the "Eisawiesen". Continue to the Thaneihöfe farms and back down the valley to the starting point.
