A varied and rewarding hike to our neighboring community "Völlan/Foiana".A visit to the farmers' museum located here is worthwhile!
From the parish church in Tesimo head north along the main road towards Narano for around 200 m. Take the second road on the right (immediately after the car park and opposite the florist’s shop) briefly somewhat steeply downhill, then left at the first crossroads and after 200 m left again onto a farm track (marked 1A). Briefly follow a narrow path to a road and here turn right, still following trail no. 5, first along the road, then left onto a farm track uphill to a tarn. Now go straight ahead on trail no. 7, past the Narauner Weiher pond, and continue left uphill as far as a narrow road and turn right onto it. Soon turn right onto trail no. 8 which first runs flat then more steeply downhill into the valley, past the Obertalmühle snack station (refreshment stop), as far as the edge of the village of Foiana. Either take a detour into the village centre, or continue straight away on trail no. 10, along Badlweg, to the idyllic Völlaner Badl (refreshment stop), which you will reach in 45 minutes. From here, briefly follow trail 8A and then continue along trail no. 4, along a narrow tarmac road past the Hofstätterhof wine tavern (refreshment stop) and then cross over the Passo Palade road and back to Tesimo again.
