From the culture house in Rasun di Sopra enter in the Biotope "Rasner Möser". Continue through the biotope to the Walder farm until reaching the fish pond in Anterselva do Sotto. Along the river back to Rasun di Sopra.
From Niederrasen in the middle of the wood to the Camping Corones and ahead to zhe Historic Bridge. There you turn right to the industrial zone and passing the Antonius Church to the soccer field in Niederrasen.
Besides spectacular views to the Schlern, the tour offers a lot of variety: gravel, mountain trails and footbridges.
The 1.1 km long running course from Ortisei to the Annatal coffee/restaurant offers a scenic highlight. This beautiful course, which leads mainly through the forest, is not only suitable for beginners but also for advanced runners.
From the center in St. Magdalena (Sport Schatzer) leads the running track till Oberhof. Than ahead on the panoramic trail till the biotope and downwards past the Gsoihof to the inn Bruggmüllerhof. From there along the forest road to Lippmös and back to the nearby point of departure.
We start at the Selva skating arena and follow path no. 17A to the first station of the cross, and from there on path no. 17A over the Rifugio Juac in the direction of Rifugio Firenze (path no. 3-1) and over path no. 13 into the UNESCO World Heritage Puez-Geisler Park in the direction of Pieralongia. We then take path no. 4A which brings us to the mountain station of the Col Raiser cable car. We continue on path no. 4 to the Gamsblut hut, from there along path no. 1A to the Sangon hut, past the Lech Ciaulonch and then on path no. 3 to the Rifugio Juac, which leads back to the Selva skating arena.
A scenic and beautiful running route in Morter which leaves nothing to be desired. Flat passages changes with moderate increases, to sensational sleep tracks along the "Neuwaal" and the "Rautwaal".
Impressive trail from Lake Caldaro to both of the Monticolo lakes and back. The excursion cuts across the varied terrain and requires, due to the considerable length, a good physical condition. Not pram-friendly.
From Rasun di Sotto you pass the church and the cemetery and you follow the street up to the farm Oberstall. Turn back on the road towards Rasun di Sopra and back to Rasun di Sotto near the river.

From Rasun di Sotto to the Camping Corones. Here turn right and continue on the path "Dorfrunde" to the hunting hut. Follow the path until you reach the Barbecue in Rasun di Sopra. Cross the main street and along the river turn back to Rasun di Sopra and Rasun di Sotto.
The Seis Loop is a route that is not particularly long in the south-east side of Seis. The loop route comprises gravel, asphalt and wood and meadow trails.
We start in Selva at the “Kulturhaus Oswald von Wolkenstein” and follow path no. 30B in the direction of Monte Pana, where we also cross the Ciaslat meadow at the foot of the World Cup downhill route Saslong’s notorious “camel back”. Arriving at the Monte Pana road, we cross this and continue on the hiking trail to the next fork, there we bear right in the direction of S. Cristina and come by way of the Tervela Waterfall to the base station of the Monte Pana chair lift. Here we run directly towards Ruacia, right past the finish area of the Saslong downhill route, up the Ruacia road to the roundabout in the centre of S. Cristina and from there the Tieja Road uphill until we turn right on the old railway and head back to Selva.
Demanding running trail which requires plenty of stamina. The long trail will reward runners with a diverse stretch and a beautiful scenery across Lake Caldaro. Pace yourself while running around the lake because the somewhat longer climb to Caldaro should not be underestimated.

This short trail leads over gravel, asphalt and meadow trails, and offers beautiful views over the Schlern and the village of Seis.

The last great waterwaal of the Val Venosta Valley dates back to 1873, using the waters of the Adige River near Goldrain at an altitude of 660 metres and ending after 6 kilometres in Galsaun, municipality of Castelbello.
