This route starts at the Naturno railway station bridge and follows the paved road towards the bridge of Plaus. There it crosses the bridge and follows then the via Gröben towards the forest of Monte Tramontana. There it follows the Rittersteig along the Alpine-Well-Fit-Parcour back to Naturno. Length: 10,2 km. Elevation level at starting point: 544 m. Hight differenc: 229 m.
The trails begin near Nischlhof holiday apartment rental. Then it follows the “Vogeltennpromendade” along the sentiero panoramico on Monte Sole all the way to the “Eichgasse”. Going up towards the restaurant “Wiedenplatzerkeller” it continues on the path “Wallburgweg” until it reaches the intersection at the restaurant “Schwalbennest”. There, it turns downhill passing by Castel “Engelsburg” reaching the starting point. Length: 6,0 km, altitude at starting point: 572m, difference in altitude: 285m
This easy route is ideal for beginners. It's the perfect place for you if you need to concentrate on technique and correct movement without losing your breath. Starting from the Nischlhof farm, you'll have delightful views of the village of Naturno from the Vogeltenn Promenade. The path then leads up to the Sonnenberger Panorama Path and goes on for 1.6km. to the Runsthof farm. Then simply take the same way back to where you started from.
This medium-length route is particularly challenging. It leads you along the Moosbühel, through the woods heading north towards Kastelruth. Underfoot, the terrain varies between gravel, asphalt and wood trails.
Starting from the Schermoos parkplace, follow trail no. 7 and then the E5 european long-distance trail to reach the Edelweiss restaurant. Come back to your place of departure walking back on the same trail. Duration of the excursion: 2 hours and 40 minutes - Drop/rise: 290 m

This path starts from the mountain station of the Unterstell/Naturno cable car and heads upwards to Parleid then on to the Lindhof farm on the Meraner Hichenweg. It then leads up to the Dickhof farm, the highest point of the tour, before heading down towards Kopfron on the Meraner Höhenweg and past Innerunterstell before returning to Patleid and the starting point again.
The running course in the valley area starts at the Ratschings valley station. From there you run the varied trail to Flading at the end of the Ratschingstal valley. Then you follow the same path back to the starting point.
The trail is ideally suited for Fartlek training as there are hardly any unevennesses in the ground.
The route can be extended or shortened as desired with variant loops
The trails combines the nordic walking routes in the valley with the jogging routes on Monte Sole. It starts near Nischlhof holiday apartment rental and follows the “Kirchgraben” towards the Castel “Engelsburg”. Then it runs along the “Alter Kirchgraben” uphill all the way to the hut “Höfl” and finally the mountain station of the cable car “Unterstell” on 1.300 m altitude. With the cable car one reaches the valley again. Length: 3,6 km, altitude at starting point: 582, difference in altitude: 717
This somewhat more difficult route starts from the Nischlhof farm and follows along the Schlossweg Path for about 150mt. before turning right and heading upwards to the road which leads to Hochnaturns Castle. It then goes on up towards the Sonnenberg and the Falkenstein Guesthouse then follows no. 6, a short, steep path, up to the Walburgweg path. Turn right along the Walburgweg path and go on to the Wiedenplatzer Keller, then head down along the asphalted road and on downwards to the Sonnenberger Panorama Path which takes you to the Vogeltenn Promenade and back again to the starting point.
The route starts at the Ratschings mountain station and runs briefly uphill towards the Rinneralm, then slightly downhill and flat past the Kalcheralm to the Jaufenpass road. Here the trail descends briefly and continues to the right on the forest road to the Platschjoch, where you return in a loop to the chapel at the 8th bend of the pass road. From there, the trail descends slightly back to the Rinneralm and continues to the Wasserfalleralm. This is followed by the final section to the mountain station.
The 1,6 km long Alpine-Well-Fit-Parcour is composed of four stations with suggestions of stretching exercises, mobilization, strengthening- and relaxation exercises, all to help improve your well-being. The parkour runs from the original “well-fit” route between Plaus and Naturno along the bottom of Monte Tramontana. Starting point is at the “Gröbenweg” in Plaus.
This leisurely loop through the meadows at the foot of the Puflatsch is perfect for beginners.
Wonderful track, named after the famous competition. Very difficult, but thanks to the lacking of long climbs, it is the ideal track for many runners.
This route starts from the Nischlhof farm and goes on along the Vogeltenn Promenade and the Sonnenberger Panorama Path to the Runsthof farm on t Weitgrub as far as Pardell. Itthen heads downwards along an asphalted road to the Weintal and on past Stein and Falleggthen down again just before you reach the Rusthof farm to the Sonnenberger Panorama Path and the Vogeltenn Promenade back again to where you started from.
Starting from the Nischlhof farm, the path leads along the Kirchgraben to the bridge near Engelsburg then turns left to the Schwalbennest Jausenstation. It goes on upwards to the crossroads with the Wallburgweg path then along this path to the Wiedenplatzer Keller restaurant and on downwards along an asphalted road to the Sonnenberger Panorama Path. It then follows the Sonnenberger Panorama Path and along the Vogeltenn Promenade back to the starting point
This route starts at the mountain station of the Unterstell/Naturno cable-car and heads up to the Meraner Höhenweg which it follows in the direction of the Schnals valley as far as the Lindhof. It then leads downwards past Patleid and back to the start again at the Unterstell farm.
From the centre of the village, follow trail no. 33a until you reach the Locher restaurant. From here, walk on along trail nr. 2 until you come to your place of departure. Duration of the excursion: 1 hours and 50 minutes - Drop/rise: 330 m

This trail starts at the tourist info Ratschings in Gasteig. After an easy loop to warm up, through the Handwerkerzone Ost, you come to the old Jaufentalerweg trail at the foot of the Jaufenpass road. Follow this for the first section to the fork at km 1.8 approx. where you continue to walk uphill to the right. Past the Gringgerhof farm, a narrow path leads to the upper panorama path. After about 3.3 km you have already covered most of the altitude difference. The trail continues moderately uphill along a forest path into the valley until you cross the stream at about km 6.9 and start the way back out of the valley on the orographic right side. This leads via a loop in the direction of Ontrattberg and then in the direction of Sennerberg. Finally, from the village, the route follows the main road to St. Anton and from there, via the old Jaufentalerweg trail, back to the foot of the Jaufenpass road. In Gasteig, a loop through the Handwerkerzone West is a good way to finish, where you return to the starting point.
This route starts at the Naturno railway station bridge and follows the paved road towards the sports grounds. There it turns right and runs on to Cirlano/Tschirland and Stava/Staben. The route returns along the cycle path, all the way to Cirlano bridge, where it then follows the Etschdammweg trail.
The running route located in the valley area starts at the Ratschings valley station. From there, the varied trail leads out of the valley to Jaufensteg. The circuit then returns to the starting point.
The route features a technically more demanding downhill passage and is ideally suited Fartlek training.
