    Vivre la montagne dans les alpages du Sud-Tyrol

    Que serait la randonnée dans le Sud-Tyrol sans la traditionnelle "Brettl-Marende" ? Le Sud-Tyrol compte près de 200 alpages et refuges situés entre 300 mètres et 2.000 mètres d'altitude, surplombant les vallées et offrant une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Que ce soit sur le haut plateau de l'Alpe de Siusi, sur le Hirzer, sur le Salten ou dans d'autres parties du pays : Là où se trouvent les sentiers de randonnée, les délicieuses possibilités de se restaurer ne sont généralement pas loin. Ainsi, ta prochaine randonnée dans les alpages sera un moment fort pour toute la famille.

    Hmmm, what a wonderful food fragrance touches my nose? I smell the warm sweetness of the potatoes and the spice smoked bacon. This mixture is refined, only just picked fresh alpine herbs and already on my plate! Appetite to get our Tyrolean Geröstl, or can it would rather be a freshly baked apple pie? The food on our mountain hut of Mahlknechthütte is very tasty and all meals are prepared with love.

    Starting point: Flading, Racines di Dentro (1.482m) The mountain pasture Klammalm can be reached via Flading. You can either drive to the valley by car or walk across the Ratschinger Almenweg to the end of the valley. Walking time Bichl-Flading: approx. 1,5 hrs. from Flading you reach the Klammalm, following the marked trail no. 12 to the mountain pasture. Alternative: reachable also across the Ratschinger Almenweg

    This hike starts at the hamlet “Gasse” just before Ridnaun/Ridanna. Follow the signpost “Mareiter Stein” southwards along the asphalted road. Go past the group of farmhouses Entholz/Masi di Ento. From Entholz you go into the forest, turn right at a small stream and follow path no. 24 to a fork, where following the path no. 25B you reach the mountain pasture Kerschbaumeralm. Alternative: reachable also starting from Pratone along the asphalted road and the gravel path. Tip: grey cheese and alpine butter

    The Hut "Schafstallhütte" is located at an altitude of 1500 meters above Kastelruth. In this rustic alpine hut, you can expect warm hospitality and homemade traditional South Tyrolean specialties. The hut can be reached on foot in 15 minutes from the top station of the Marinzen cable car via trail no. 9. From Kastelruth, trail no. 8 leads via the Witches' Chairs to the Schafstallhütte.
