We invite you to our culinary highlights of the South Tyrolean cuisine – traditional or with a new interpretation. Enjoy our south tyrolean break or our homemade cakes and desserts – and last but not least the stunning panoramic view on the Alpe di Siusi. We try to develop a close collaboration between the region’s agriculture and the tourism sector. RUSTIC - The old farmhouse parlour is more than 150 years old and comes from Val Pusteria. This special wood spreads a very pleasant and cosy atmosphere. COSY - Using a professional mixture of tradtional and modern style and the combination of the old wood from local forests with natural stone and glass create this special alpine flair AUTHENTIC - Food should be consumed there where it is grown and harvested – according to this principle we are buying food, ingredients and drinks from local farmers of the area.

Our cuisine is known for hearty Tyrolean cuisine. Local wines and juices round out the lunch break at our terrace or in the large dining or in the parlor from. In the afternoon we spoil you with coffee and homemade cakes.

The Bonner Hütte refuge can be reached via idyllic landscapes from Dobbiaco and the Val Casies Valley. Highlight: sunrise on the mountain Toblacher Pfannhorn followed by an alpine breakfast. The Malga Laranzer Schwaige is situated in 1925 m at Saltria near the station on top of the Floralpina skilift. The Hans & Paula Steger Path, which leads you from Compatsch via meadow and alpine places to Saltria, passes directly the Malga Laranzer Schwaige. The panoramic view to Saltria, the Lang- and Plattkofel and the mountains of Val Gardena is wonderful!

The Außerschwemmalm (2.142) lies on the sunny side of the Ultental with a wonderful panoramic view of the South Tyrolean mountains. You can reach the hut comfortably by using the cable car "Kuppelwies-Schwemmalm" or via several beautiful hiking trails. On the beautiful sun terrace with local dishes, alpine products from our own production, butter and cheese from our own cheese factory, as well as South Tyrolean wines, you can escape the daily stress. Children will find a playground and lots of space to play. We look forward to seeing you!

At the Uwald Alm hut you can look forward to daily special dishes and all-time classics, with a strong emphasis on quality. Regional beers and wines complement your experience. The Innere Schwemmalm is only a 20-minute walk from the Schwemmalm cable car station.

In this natural alpine hut, which is handled as a real insider tip, you can enjoy simple, homemade delicacies, partly made from the farms own products such as butter, yogurt and cheese. The particularly quiet and idyllic location and the charm of the hut, including the cozy interior of the kitchen where you can sit, invite you to linger. Starting point: Val Casies Valley – S. The Hochrautalm, or Alpine pasture Hochrautalm, is accessible from Taisten. It is preferable to travel to the starting point with the Citybus Welsberg-Taisten line 438. In Taisten, you start from the parking lot (€) above the mountain inn Mudler and enjoy a pleasant hike either along the forest road (marked with signs 31/5A/5) in about 90 minutes or, alternatively, take the forest road first and then the shortcut (marked with signs 31/5A/5C) in about 40 minutes. Once you reach the Hochrautalm Alpine pasture, you can indulge in South Tyrolean specialties for both young and old, as well as enjoy a breathtaking view towards Antholz and Kronplatz. Marvel at gentle green hills and distinctive mountains... All of this combined with delights like dumplings or apple strudel! Or perhaps you'd prefer a burger?

Our cosy hut is located directly on the toboggan run „Tristenbach“ (in the evening illuminated). From Weißenbach/Rio Bianco you can reach us on foot, with snow shoes or with touring ski (walking time approx. 1 ½ hours). We are awaiting you with delicious traditional dishes!

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Tasty homemade traditional South Tyrolean dishes are all freshly prepared using the farm’s own products. Welcome to the Lingeralm, visit us on the middle of the sunny Lingeralm Möltner plateau. In our tavern with panoramic views we will spoil you with typical South Tyrolean dishes and cakes and snacks . For the little ones , but also for our great guests we have all sorts to offer. A large sun terrace , plenty of space to romp for the kids and a small children 's playground with swings .

At the Messnerhütte hut, the focus is especially on home-made dishes and conscious enjoyment. The slogan “We don’t serve fast food! We serve fresh food as fast as we can!“ sums it up just perfectly. In the winter our hut is a popular destination for winter hiking, snow shoe hiking and ski touring and besides our hut is located on the sunny cross-country track Kasern/Casere. At our restaurant you are served dishes typical to the area such as delicious starters, plain yet tasty meat and egg dishes as well as the South Tyrolean Brettljause, a local snack that will make your mouths water. Power outlet is available for E-bikes

The perfect winter hiking trail for the whole family: on foot, with the toboggan or with the touring ski. From Weißenbach/Rio Bianco the walking time is approx. 1 hour (toboggan run “Tristenbach”).

Every Thursday we offer you rural South Tyrolean specialities.

In the evening from 19:00 to 22:00 open on request.

Whether for lunch or dinner (by reservation), specialties from the South Tyrolean cusine as well as hearty snacks or coffee with cake, you are always welcome.

At the Aschtalm hut, a family-run alpine hut, you can taste homemade alpine dishes that combine tradtional recipes and some really special meat. The Lercheralm is a hut in Oberwielenbach and a popular excursion destination - also with baby carriage and Mountainbike.

The Sternhütte mountain inn is located on the leisure mountain Rosskopf near Vipiteno/Sterzing. The inn offers local dishes and fresh products.

At the Randlhütte hut Annelies is preparing for you simple, homemade dishes since 1994, often using products from their farm. The hut offers a special atmosphere, complemented by homemade and regional drinks. In the small kitchen or on the sunny terrace you’ll surely find a place to linger. Welcome to the mountain lodge Plosehütte! At the legendary height of 2447 meters above sea level you can spend a wonderful lodge holiday in South Tyrol. Close to the sun, surrounded by alpine scenery and the beautiful Isarco Valley at your feet – we can accommodate groups, families and outdoor enthusiasts. In every season we are a perfect base from which to set off on fantastic nature adventures. The refuge offers an inviting dining room with bar, which can accommodate up to 120 people. Also a traditional parlour (“Stube”) with 40 seats is available at the lodge. A sunny terrace in summer and winter offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic views and the delicious food.

Enjoy on our terrace typical regional dishes, prepared with different herbs from our own garden. Our cook set great store by using fresh products from best quality. After an exciting walking-tour a traditional snack with a good wine from South Tyrol expect You. Of course You must also taste our sweets. All our desserts are self-made!

Malga Krabes in Monte Corno Nature Park

At the family-run Oberbergalm hut, you can taste home-made, lovingly prepared dishes that reflect the traditional taste of the region. As highlight you can for sure count, that the farm’s own meat is served here. The quiet, idyllic location of the terrace and the stube (snug) offers you a perfect time-out.
