The Hochrautalm, or Alpine pasture Hochrautalm, is accessible from Tesido. It is preferable to travel to the starting point with the Citybus Monguelfo-Tesido line 438. In Tesido, you start from the parking lot (€) above the mountain inn Mudler and enjoy a pleasant hike either along the forest road (marked with signs 31/5A/5) in about 90 minutes or, alternatively, take the forest road first and then the shortcut (marked with signs 31/5A/5C) in about 40 minutes. Once you reach the Hochrautalm Alpine pasture, you can indulge in South Tyrolean specialties for both young and old, as well as enjoy a breathtaking view towards the Antholz Valley and Plan de Corones. Marvel at gentle green hills and distinctive mountains... All of this combined with delights like dumplings or apple strudel! Or perhaps you'd prefer a burger?

The Hofkaffee at the Kaserhof is open from 1pm to 8pm. The Hofkaffee serves cakes and coffee as well as typical South Tyrolean "Speck- und Käsebrettlen".

The Almrosen hut is accessible via trail no. 7 from Compaccio/Compatsch and via the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail, which also starts in Saltria. It is the ideal starting point for hikes to the Sciliar/Schlern mountain, the Gruppo del Catinaccio/Rosengarten, and the Sasso Lungo/Langkofel and Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountains.

Starting point: Flading, Racines di Dentro (1.482m) The mountain pasture Klammalm can be reached via Flading. You can either drive to the valley by car or walk across the Ratschinger Almenweg to the end of the valley. Walking time Bichl-Flading: approx. 1,5 hrs. from Flading you reach the Klammalm, following the marked trail no. 12 to the mountain pasture. Alternative: reachable also across the Ratschinger Almenweg

The SchartnerAlm Bistro has a wide range of drinks and food. From breakfast pieces, snacks, small lunch menus to cakes and aperitifs, everyone will find something.

Hot meals available all day, home-made South Tyrolean food

The Matscher Alm alpine pasture is located at 2,050 m. From the Glieshof farm, take the forest path no. 2 on the right side of the valley to reach the Matscher Alm alpine pasture, which takes about 1 hour. Various tours, such as the "Vinschger Höhenweg", lead past the Matscheralm. It is one of the most popular excursion destinations and alpine dairy farms in the Upper Vinschgau. A lot of emphasis is placed on local products, and a wide view of the Matschertal valley enchants on the alpine pasture.

Whether local dishes from grandmother`s recipes, international specialities, organic products from our own farm or venison combined with exquisite wines from our own wine-cellar, it will be a special delight and your joie de vivre come back at once.

The Wieserhütte, idyllically located in the Altfasstal Valley, is a popular destination and a great starting point for hikes to the Seefeld Lakes and other trails. It is particularly family-friendly, easily accessible with strollers or mountain bikes. The hut offers its own dairy products, cozy evening events, and overnight accommodation – but only during the summer season. In winter, the Wieserhütte is open during school holidays, while outside this period there are some closing days to keep in mind. Please note that overnight stays are not available during the winter months. The Wieserhütte can be reached in approximately 90 minutes from the parking area in the Altfasstal Valley.

Welcome to our new mountain hut at the valley station of the Spitzbühl Lift. You will find nice people and home-made South Tyrolean specialities.

The Sternhütte mountain inn is located on the leisure mountain Rosskopf near Vipiteno/Sterzing. The inn offers local dishes and fresh products.

Rustic alpine hut in the middle of the Fane Almen. Enjoy our homemade South Tyrolean specialties. Only 10 minutes from the parking lot, also suitable for baby carriages or e-bikes. Hot meals until 15:30 throughout the day!

At the family-run Oberbergalm hut, you can taste home-made, lovingly prepared dishes that reflect the traditional taste of the region. As highlight you can for sure count, that the farm’s own meat is served here. The quiet, idyllic location of the terrace and the stube (snug) offers you a perfect time-out. The just-renovated Lahner Alm is located at 1,583 meters and has been known as Aldino's "Schafalm" for more than 100 years. The team at the Lahner alpine hut has created a cuisine that pleases all tastes. Delicious meat dishes such as sour beef, beef goulash, or Viennese schnitzel are served, as well as macaroni, dumplings, and more. Those who prefer sweet dishes will also find specialties such as Kaiserschmarrn or apple strudel on the menu.

We serve hot food all day. Here on the alp we serve hearty treats and our own produce such as home-made alpine butter, home-smoked speck bacon and Kaminwurzen sausages, home-reared roast lamb, bacon and cheese dumplings and much more. Stay with us for a while on the sun terrace surrounded by animals and alpine flowers and enjoy a nice cappuccino and apple strudel with cream.

The Seurasas hut is located in the heart of Val Gardena at an altitude of 2.020 meters. It disposes of a wonderful sun deck with a breathtaking view of the "Saslong" and "Sella" mountain chain.
