The Schliniger Alm is located at 1,868 m above sea level in the Sesvenna mountain group. From the village of Schlinig, you can reach the alp either on foot (even with a stroller), or by bike. In winter, the path is rolled daily, so you do not need winter equipment such as snowshoes or touring skis. It is recommended to take a toboggan for the way back. Offered is a wonderful panoramic view of the valley to the east and the mighty Schwarze Wand with the waterfall to the west. Let yourself be spoiled by the Almgasthaus cuisine and the products of the cheese dairy. The Schliniger Alm is not only a popular destination for families and athletes, but also offers one of the best alpine cheeses of the Upper Vinschgau in the alpine dairy. The Pertinger Alm hut is located on 1861m above Terento. From the car park at the Schneeberg it takes 60 minutes to get to the hut. Once you reach it, you will have a marvellous view on the mountains.

The little Gstatsch hut is newly built with the philosophy of South Tyrolean regionality. At the same time we move away from the tradition and reinterpret a new cuisine. The route up to the hut is family and cyclist friendly. Ideal for un short round on the alp or a mountain tour. We offer hut evenings on reservation, for a great experience.

Our family friendly hut is reachable easily from St. Jakob/San Giacomo, also with baby strollers or by mountain bike. In addition it lies directly on the Ahrntal valley sun path “Sunnsat”. A nice children’s playground is waiting for the kids.

The idyllic Schönrastalm in Aldein/Aldino stands for: really delicious alpine breakfast, juices, egg dishes and top South Tyrolean cuisine.

The Neuhüttalm is located at 1,791m above Aldein in the middle of an untouched natural landscape. It is a great hiking area with fantastic views. The Neuhütt team serves fresh, home-made dishes and traditional South Tyrolean fare.

Fresh homemade delicacies await you here, at 1,914 meters above sea level in the beautiful Zerzertal. Whether for lunch or dinner, for a glass of milk or a beer, an ideal stop for body and soul in the summer months. At the Brugger-Alm there is an place where you can enjoy the alpine cheese, which is made in summer from the milk of about 70 cows, and hearty South Tyrolean food. Open from mid-May to early October.

The perfect winter hiking trail for the whole family: on foot, with the toboggan or with the touring ski. From Weißenbach/Rio Bianco the walking time is approx. 1 hour (toboggan run “Tristenbach”).

Our cuisine is known for hearty Tyrolean cuisine. Local wines and juices round out the lunch break at our terrace or in the large dining or in the parlor from. In the afternoon we spoil you with coffee and homemade cakes.

The Almrosen hut is accessible via trail no. 7 from Compaccio/Compatsch and via the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail, which also starts in Saltria. It is the ideal starting point for hikes to the Sciliar/Schlern mountain, the Gruppo del Catinaccio/Rosengarten, and the Sasso Lungo/Langkofel and Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountains.

Characteristic alpine hut located 40 minutes from the parking lot Pe de Börz, in a quiet area. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking Monte Putia. Here you can find the traditional dishes of the valley, prepared whit local and fresh products.

A hiking tour for the senses. The Lago di Pausa/Tiefrasten hut and the lake of the same name will spoil your palate and eyes. Start: parking at Winnebachtal. During: 2,5 hours .

The Latzfons Cross (2.300m) is the highest pilgrimage site in South Tyrol and one of the highest in Europe.

At the foot of Sass de Pütia, 55 minutes from Passo delle Erbe car park via the City of Rocks. Local dishes, grilled specialities, homemade cakes.

The Vöraner Alp inn is one of the most beautiful mountain huts in South Tyrol. It offers a wonderful view in the South Tyrol mountains. Our specialties: the delicious roast mutton and apple strudel.

Starting point: Via Passo Giovo, park area Kalcheralm (1.790m) For those who prefer shorter hikes. First take the car to the Via Giovo – the starting point. From the large park area – signage Kalcheralm – you have to walk about 45 minutes to finally reach the mountain pasture Kalcheralm. From there you can also begin the Ratschinger Almenweg. Alternative: reachable also from the mountain station Ratschings-Jaufen in about 30 minutes. Tip: dishes of wild game, on the weekend Krapfen and the traditional dish “Blattler mit Kraut”, accessible by car, children’s playground, South Tyrolean beer from the brewery Antonius

Our family run restaurant is open since 1959. We offer our guests homemade meals typical from South Tyrol and Trentino. We have a comfy sitting room, a big terasse and a big children's playground. For group reservation we ask to make them in advance. New: E-Bike charging station.

In the middle of the Stelvio National Park is the Göflaner Alm Alpine Pasture at 1,826 m, directly at the Göflan marble trail. Since 2014, the pasture is managed by the Tappeiner family. It is open throughout the summer and offers many traditional dishes and homemade specialties. While hikers and bikers are enjoying delicious dishes, the cows, horses, pigs and chickens will taste the summer freshness in the mountains.
