    Que serait la randonnée dans le Sud-Tyrol sans la traditionnelle "Brettl-Marende" ? Le Sud-Tyrol compte près de 200 alpages et refuges situés entre 300 mètres et 2.000 mètres d'altitude, surplombant les vallées et offrant une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Que ce soit sur le haut plateau de l'Alpe de Siusi, sur le Hirzer, sur le Salten ou dans d'autres parties du pays : Là où se trouvent les sentiers de randonnée, les délicieuses possibilités de se restaurer ne sont généralement pas loin.     Starting point: valley head Ridanna (1.417m) Start at the head valley of Ridanna and take path no. 9 on the right, which leads along the Fernerbach and moderately steep up to the Senner-and Aglsboden Plateau. On the eastern edge of the plateau, the path no. 9A branches off on the right and leads steeply up over grassy slopes to the mountain pasture Aglsalm. Tip: cream, hard and grey cheese, alp butter, “Apfelkiachl” (apple pies), donuts on weekends

    Starting point: upper Gasse (1.500m) The hiking tour starts in Gasse in Ridanna. You can also take the car and drive on for about 15 minutes. Turn left towards “Entholz” and at the sign to the Valtiglalm drive on about 2 kilometers until you reach a wooden bridge, where you can park your car. Then follow the path no. 26 upwards to the mountain pasture Valtiglalm. Tip: traditional dishes

    The Gatterer Hütte is a ideal place of excursion for families. It is accessible from Valles / Vals. It is not far away from the Lago Selvaggio / Wilder See and the Picco della Croce / Wilde Kreuzspitze. Hot food continuously,. Open from the beginnings of June to the mid of October. You can reach the Gattererhütte from the parking lot at Fane Alm in about 10 minutes. Otherwise, it takes about 1.5 hours from the parking lot at the Kurzkofelhütte to the Gattererhütte.

    Young chef Franz Mulser conjures up superlative dishes in a small kitchen just two and a half square metres in size at an altitude of 1930 m. The young chef’s maxim is “fresh and natural”. The hut has a maximum capacity of 25 people and, in the evenings, meals must be booked in advance. During the day, hikers and, in winter, skiers and snowboarders come here in search of refreshment. The evenings are particularly relaxing and guests can enjoy Franz’s dishes, such as hay soup with truffles or local venison.
