Gasthof Kohlern's cuisine, with its full commitment to Bozen's tradition of special delicacies, has distinguished itself many times. Mushrooms, blossoms and herbs come from the surrounding woodland and meadows. Meat and vegetables come preferably from the farmers in the region. Everything is home-made.

Enjoy typical South Tyrolean specialties in our rustic restaurant. Relax on our sunny terrace with apple strudel and cappuccino, and many homemade juices. Our traditional cuisine offers delicious, hearty and especially healthy dishes. We attach great importance to processing of local products and small circulations and use it as much as possible what comes from our farmer's field and barn.

At Waldbichl Hotel, we especially value high quality homemade products. We use garden fresh vegetables, farm raised eggs and other wholesome products for our flavorful and genuine menu. The ideal location of our pastures here in Verano favor the breeding of cattle, sheep and pigs. We also have fresh trout available to us here. Let us spoil you with our special traditional sausages, salami, speck and dumplings. And, don't forget to taste Claudia's famous cakes. They are mouth watering!

The restaurant with its two large terraces in the centre of Bolzano Bozen has been run by the family business since 1973. Behind the AIDA operates a large kitchen and service team that spoils its many customers with a varied selection of dishes all year round.

Our Restaurant is situated in the front of the ancient Carthusian monastery, called "Allerengelberg".

Our Chef will delight and surprise you with local as well as international specialty-dishes. You will love our home-made bread and our pizzas! The restaurant Tomanegger is sitauted directly near to the hiking bus stop. Its grand terrace offers a magnificent view of Catinaccio (Rosengarten) and Dolomites. The menu is versatile and includes both Italian and South Tyrolean specialities. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday.

Every day, the varied and creative cuisine offers a feast of tastes linked to the territory and the seasons, paying particular attention to the authenticity and freshness of the products. You will have the pleasure of tasting the typical dishes of Ladin cuisine, as well as Italian dishes with delicate and enticing flavors, and from the menu of your choice there will be no shortage of vegetarian dishes. Expecially for non skiers it is the right place to meet with the friends of the slopes because they can arrive without taking off your ski boots; just eat and than quickly re-start the ski tour.

The Terme Merano Bistro occupies the finest sun terrace in the resort. It has the beautiful Spa Park on one side and splendid art nouveau buildings on the other and faces Merano’s new architectural landmark: the Terme Merano spa building. The Bistro offers pleasures of the palate in the form of light Mediterranean cuisine fused with local products and finger-food offerings with vitality-packed ingredients, delicious branches, delicious aperitifs and cocktails, and fine Italian wines. A variety of events are held in the square and on the Bistro terrace throughout the year and especially in the warmer months.
