There we offer freshly grounded coffee, cakes and gateaus of the hotel's own patisserie and in the summertime the delicious ice cream of Christian Moriggl, Eis Total, from Prad. Every evening our chef prepares a royal dinner for our guests who make their own choice of five courses with salad buffet, alternating between a gala dinner and Tyrolean specialities. Our chef and restaurant staff all do their best to provide a perfect service for our guests. Gasthof Kohlern's cuisine, with its full commitment to Bozen's tradition of special delicacies, has distinguished itself many times. Mushrooms, blossoms and herbs come from the surrounding woodland and meadows. Meat and vegetables come preferably from the farmers in the region. Everything is home-made.
