We don't serve gourmet cuisine because we love the authenticity of local flavors. We offer typical Ladin and Italian dishes that reflect tradition. We serve smiles and warmth. In our restaurant at Passo Campolongo, you'll find delicious dishes of local venison with polenta, spinach casunziei with melted butter and smoked ricotta, Spätzle in all varieties, hearty barley soup with tirtle, and tasty dumplings made according to tradition. Additionally, you can choose from a selection of other Italian and international delicacies, all thoughtfully curated in a weekly menu for your stay. And as for breakfast, they say it's the best meal of the day! The Pleasure Hotel Rainer in South Tyrol offers its guests seasonal and regional products. Chef Hannes focuses on the quality of nature products and purchases many of these products from local farmers. The dishes are refined with herbs from his own herbal garden and from the surrounding alpine pastures and forests in the Jaufental Valley.
