The secret of our Chefs? A bit of nostalgia for grandma's kitchen, a good dose of creativity and, above all, a lot of love for food. That's all. We rely on newly discovered recipes, well-tried traditions, always fresh and regional ingredients. And beer...we love it! The pale, the cloudy, the red, the dark ones.
