A visit to the Hopfen & Co. brewery-restaurant is a must for every guest of Bolzano. The former corner tower of the city walls with the old prison, is now a museumlike-building offering culinary hospitality. The medieval cellar houses the fresh and tasty Bozner Bier, which is served directly to the tables in the antique “Stuben” on the three floor's restaurant. A place of culinary pleasures based on appetizing traditional South Tyrolean dishes, with carefully selected products and raw materials from the region.
