From game to game: Galloping into the Middle Ages is every spring the returning motto in the Dolomites region Seiser Alm. After the start at the Trostburg Castel in Waidbruck/Ponte Gardena the tournament goes on with four stages: at the Kofel/Mount Calvary in Kastelruth takes place the traditional ring jousting. The second game, the labyrinth, is on program at the Matzlbödele in Seis.The third of four stages takes place at the Völser Weiher lake with its gallop. The tournament concludes with the game at Prösels Castle, the ride through posts. From the village square, we walk along the "Mitterweg" with our hiking guide Diego. Past the culture house, the trail leads through green meadows to Tanurza. We pass through some small groves with ditches (small Kneipp area) and reach, slightly uphill Tanurza (1182 m). From Tanurza we return to Laion via the mail trail, marked P. Along the way, nature and landscape guide and herb expert Diego Deiana will introduce you to the world of herbs. During the hike we will learn about the plants, discover their healing properties and how they can be used in cooking. The Bee Trail in Trens Freienfeld is a varied and educational themed hike for the whole family. On this peaceful and adventurous walk, you'll learn all sorts of interesting facts about bees, the creation, and processing of honey, and other bee products such as beeswax, pollen, propolis, and more. At the exploration and observation beehive, you can explore the inner workings of a beehive and learn about the processing of honey and other honey products. Possible with stroller; no risk of bee stings. Tasting of honey at the observation beehive is seasonal. Afterwards, there will be a small tasting at the Hotel Post in Trens. The starting and ending point of this interesting and panoramic circular hike is the village of Welsberg/Monguelfo (1,087m), which we reach sustainably in a short, pleasant train ride. First, we walk through the charming village center until we reach the entrance of the panoramic path. You walk in a magnificent natural landscape on the sunny side of Welsberg/Monguelfo, with a constant view of the Dolomites, the striking Dürrenstein and "Mister Kronplatz". Passing farms, you reach the fascinating, mystical Taisten Legend Trail (1,330m). Sculptures made of wood and a far-reaching view accompany us on this adventure hiking trail to the beautiful sunny village of Taisten/Tesido (1,200m), situated on a wonderful sun terrace between mountain and valley. The music bands of the valley have maintained our valuable tradition for decades. They play an important role in the social life of the village and give many young people the opportunity to discover and develop their musical talents. This evening, Calfosch-Corvara music band will perform for its spring concert. The youth band 'The Groovy Wind Band' will also play on this occasion. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.

The old primary school becomes a Repair Cafe in the spirit of sustainability. Sewing room, electrician, knife sharpener, bike check, barter market, food and drink. The voluntary donations received on this afternoon will be used for charitable purposes in the Ahrntal.

We are the party Music festivals, family festivals, children's festivals. There are many festivals in South Tyrol. From 25 and 26 May 2024, the House of Solidarity (HdS) in Bressanone/Brixen will be hosting the 19th edition of the Zugluftfest, an open, colorful and charming festival for everyone. It will once again take place at the new location at the Jakob-Steiner-Haus in Milland. The coronavirus regulations will be adhered to. Under the motto "The festival is us", this year's Zugluftfest aims to focus on those who make up the special atmosphere of this event: the festival visitors. 200 volunteers help to put on a colorful festival as a moment of encounter for around 2,500 visitors. The Zugluftfest will once again take place in front of the HdS headquarters at Vintlerweg 34, near the Jakob-Steiner-Haus. This year, however, the joyful festival does not want to ignore the contemplative occasion. Rather, it is also a commemoration of the Aldein missionary Luis Lintner, whose name the house bears.

From 25 May to 9 June 2024, the restaurants and mountain huts in Aldein, Radein and Jochgrimm will be offering a variety of spring dishes with seasonal and regional products.
