If you are looking for an exciting human-animal-nature-experience on the mountain, the Pirchhof-Lamas from Birchberg are just right for you. On the llama experience day we want to inspire you all around. First of all, you will look behind the scenes of our llama breeding, get to know our 24-headed llama and alpaca rascals and experience "up close" how our llama kids grow up. We will answer all your questions about husbandry, feeding, care, rearing, training and wool processing and turn you into little llama and alpaca experts. When you are really familiar with the topic, we will start on a leisurely llama and alpaca tour. Halfway through the tour we will take a short break and enjoy the wonderful mountain panorama of the "South Tyrolean Andes". A great backdrop to take souvenir photos with your llama or alpaca. Afterwards we hike back to the farm in a relaxed way. There, a skill course awaits you, which you will master with your animal hiking partner. At the end you will receive your very own "llama or alpaca guide certificate" as a reward. Ideal for families with children from 3 years After the tour you have the possibility to stop at the Brandhof - an idyllically located farm tavern with its own cheese dairy, very close to the Pirchhof llamas. Note: Due to Paul Fischnaller's advanced age, the excursion will be led by another experienced collector. Tools are provided by the museum. Hiking boots recommended. Every Tuesday a shuttle takes you to the Schartegg car park on the Tscharser Nörderberg mountain. There is the starting point for wonderful hikes to the different alpine pastures. Mountain bikers can explore the new bike area of Nörderberg mountain starting from the Schartegg car park. Limited booster seats for children are available. Dogs are transported only on request and with muzzle. The return journey must be booked separately.

At the organic farm Gogerer you can visit the cows and chickens in the barn and on the pasture together with the farmer's wife Margareth. How does the milk get from the grass into the glass? An experience for young and old. You can be with the animals, stroke and feed them - you can be there too! At the end you have the opportunity to taste some products such as milk and organic yoghurt.

The guided e-bike tour starts at the Rent and Go bike rental at the Ratschings valley station. We start with a group game and playfully learn the most important riding safety tips. Afterwards we drive together along the Pfeifer Huisele path to Flading to the barefoot path with Kneipp facility. There we have a little refreshment at the witches' fountain. Fun balancing exercises await us before we head back to the starting point. The Sand in Taufers Food Festival - often copied but never equaled - is once again the meeting place for lovers of good food and entertainment in the fresh air. Four moody Tuesday nights reserved for fun and good taste!

During the Kidshour children from 5 to 10 years can have a great time together with the Movimënt animators. In the park at Piz La Ila group games will be organised, such as the Dolomites bingo, and other activities to have fun together and in total safety. The rangers will take a spotting scope with you: a look at the natural features of our nature park and perhaps even spot some animals! With them, you can explore various aspects of nature. They can be found at the entrances to the nature park every Thursday in July and August.
