The people of Mühlen ring in Advent with the Kothreinemorscht and turn Mühlen into a Kothrein village. With a cozy wooden fence in the village center, where you can get snacks from the grill, from the pan, from the stove. There are also hot and cold drinks. Open fire, cozy company. Every now and then an interlude, for example with the “Klöcklnachtsinger”, with a brick organ player, with steaming “Melchamuis”. The living nativity scene is also a must. From 4 pm, the celebration begins with musical accompaniment by the Bohemian music of Pfelderer/Plan, whose Christmas melodies create a cozy atmosphere.

At 5 pm, St. Nicholas arrives to greet the children.

Around 6 pm, the spectacular performance by the "Spronser Tuifl" follows, whose “hellish” show will leave everyone amazed.

Food and drinks are well provided – warm beverages, tasty snacks, and good company invite you to linger.

The celebration is organized by AVS Pfelders/Plan with support from the youth of Pfelders/Plan, altar servers, and local farmers.

Angelo Pintus is an Italian comedian well known for his energetic style of humor and hilarious performances. He was born on May 21, 1975, in Trieste, Italy. Pintus has gained great popularity through his theatrical performances, later broadcast on TV and platforms, and his participation in successful television programs. The Italian comedian has been able to build a solid career in the Italian comedy scene, winning over theater audiences with his charisma, likability, and undisputed talent for improvising and entertaining.

An atmospheric craft market at the NOBIS event centre on 7 and 8 December from 10.00 am. to 4.00 pm.

Christmas as it used to be: the Mountain Advent in Trodena brings back the true spirit of Christmas: alpine traditions, ancient customs, and moments of reflection. Far from the hustle and bustle, the winding alleys and old cellars of the village center turn into a magical Advent setting: the market with a petting zoo, handmade crafts, traditional skills, and Grandpa’s Christmas workshop. Highlights also include the Krampus parade and concerts in the village church. In December 2025, the beloved Advent market will once again enchant visitors in the picturesque alleys and rustic cellars of Trodena.

For the first time in Selva, during the Mountain Christmas market, the Selva Theatre Group will present an enchanting Living Nativity. In a festive atmosphere filled with lights and traditions, actors in period costumes will bring the characters of the Nativity story to life, offering visitors a touching and engaging experience. The event enriches the market’s programme, adding warmth, community spirit, and authenticity to the Christmas magic of Val Gardena.

Workshops and entertainment for children. Christmas is an exciting time for children, and the Merano Christmas Markets have reserved a space for them dedicated to imagination and creativity.

Pre-Christmas Events in Terento.
We want to bring children, families and guests closer to rural culture and traditions on the topic of Christmas. The trail leads from the decorated village centre to the town hall with cookie baking for children, to the crib exhibition and to the Christmas market. Handicraft products are offered at different stalls on the playground. The Christmas experience continues along the trail lit by torchlights and candlelight with special light effects to the "Stockner Waldile" forest, where rural specialities are offered in traditional huts. Fairytales and stories for children are told around the campfire in front of a big Christmas crib and a petting zoo.

On 8 December, the Praxmarer wine estate will open its doors, transforming the courtyard of the Fritzenhof into an enchanting setting.

With a promising tone, lights and angels, Christmas trees and a small Christmas market announce the holiday season in Kaltern, which makes the most of its smaller size with nothing lacking. A contemplative village stroll if desired, enjoying wine and fine treats in festive garb, embedded in culinary traditions with both old customs and new practices that will join them. A celebration of joy, sharing, and community, surrounded by music and hospitality in the heart of Kaltern.

Advent market with natural products from the Ritten and traditional rural crafts in the park of the Ritten Middle School/Station in Klobenstein, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Festive atmosphere is provided by the Ritten alphorn players, along with culinary treats and seasonal hot drinks. Once again this year, there will be a lucky draw with a great main prize. All proceeds will be donated to charity.
