A special evening dedicated to children and their families. 🎅 Arrival of St. Nicholas - St. Nicholas will enter solemnly and address festive words to the children (in German), bringing joy and warmth to all. 🎁 Gifts for the children - St. Nicholas will personally distribute a gift to each child present! ☕ Hot drinks and snacks - Hot drinks and delicious snacks will be available to make the most of the Christmas atmosphere. 🎶 Musical entertainment - The evening will be accompanied by music to make the atmosphere even more festive. The event is organized by the Catholic Family Association, which has taken care of every detail to provide an unforgettable evening for the whole community. We are waiting for you to experience the magic of St. Nicholas together!

In the chilly December air, the village glows in celebration of St. Nicholas's arrival. Families gather while children eagerly await the festivities. St. Nicholas, clad in his splendid red cloak, arrives accompanied by angels carrying sacks of sweets. As he distributes gifts to the children, he creates an atmosphere of joy and enchantment. Our local farmers from La Val delight everyone with traditional Ladin specialities, transforming the evening into a warm and festive celebration of community.

On 6 December 2025, starting at 7.30 p.m., the Burgeis Krampus and St. Nicholas parade will begin at Restaurant Gerda, passing through the village square and ending at the schoolyard. Afterwards, the Krampus party will take place in the schoolyard in Burgeis.

Workshops and entertainment for children. Christmas is an exciting time for children, and the Merano Christmas Markets have reserved a space for them dedicated to imagination and creativity.

The KFS local groups of the municipalities of Kiens and Ehrenburg warmly invite you to the Kiens Christmas Market! On December 6, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM at the Community Center in Kiens. Come by and enjoy a cozy evening filled with Christmas spirit, delicious food, and lots of surprises!

Winter is back — the Schwemmalm ski area officially kicks off the new season on December 6! Look forward to freshly groomed slopes, dreamy runs and the incomparable Schwemmalm panorama. After your first turns in the powder, the cozy huts await with South Tyrolean specialties and warm hospitality. If you want to end the day in style, join the après‑ski for music, good vibes and fun.

St Nicholas procession with little Krampuses in Lana. The idea of taking away the fear of Krampus from the youngest children in our village at an early age bore great fruit last year. St. Nicholas will parade through the Gries with his little entourage on 6 December and distribute his gifts to the children at the Thalerhof, from the Capuchin church in Lana at 5.00 pm.

Join us for the Nikolaus celebration on the beautifully decorated square! Children listen to the story of Saint Nicholas, may meet him in person, and celebrate Advent with songs and little surprises. A magical experience for the whole family.

On December 6th, St. Nicholas will visit the pilgrimage church of Riffian/Rifiano.

Together with his little angels, he will hand out St. Nicholas gift bags to the children.

During the celebration, cheerful St. Nicholas songs will be sung.

Afterwards, the KFS Riffian will provide refreshments.

25 Years of Living Craftsmanship and Christmas Magic – the Maranatha Nativity Museum Celebrates its Anniversary. Traditional "Nigglas" performance at the Nativity Museum, in the Almdiele Restaurant, and at the Sportalm. Various Krampus groups, a visit from St. Nicholas, and a festive Christmas atmosphere with different music ensembles, brass bands, and choirs. Enjoy food and drinks in a cozy atmosphere

The parade starts at 5 pm at Hotel Jager Hans, leads to the village square, and is musically accompanied by the Jugendkapelle Passeier (youth band of Passeiertal Valley). Along the way, children can meet St. Nicholas in person and take a souvenir photo. Once at the village square, St. Nicholas and his angels hand out gift bags, and everyone sings together. During the parade, food packages are collected for children in Moldova and Ukraine – a wonderful opportunity to spread joy. At the village square, the Catholic Family Association (KFS) of St. Martin/S. Martino provides warm drinks and sweet treats for a cozy gathering.

The Krampus parade begins at 5:30 p.m. Dark figures with frightening masks, shaggy furs, and loud bells move through the streets, spreading a mysterious atmosphere. A special experience that keeps the old Krampus tradition alive.

The Krampuses’ route will be as follows:
Viale Stazione → Piazza Walther → Piazza del Grano → Via dei Portici → Piazza Erbe → Via Goethe → Piazza della Mostra → Vicolo della Parrocchia → Via Isarco → Parco dei Cappuccini.

GLORENZA ADVENT MARKET Under the motto "Lights-Smells-Sounds" the Advent market will finally take place again in Glurns. Time for contemplation and culinary highlights. With the medieval backdrop and the romantic alleys of the town, this Advent market is unique. It is characterized by contemplative and musical moments with brass groups and choirs. More than 45 merchants offer their self-produced and handcrafted goods. There will alsobe pre-Christmas crafts, fairy tales and Punch and Judy shows for children. The gastronomic stalls spoil the visitors with culinary delights and warm drinks.

Brick4Ever is an event dedicated to the world of LEGO, showcasing extraordinary creations made with the iconic bricks. In addition, there will be an interactive play area where children and adults can unleash their creativity and build together.

The people of Mühlen ring in Advent with the Kothreinemorscht and turn Mühlen into a Kothrein village. With a cozy wooden fence in the village center, where you can get snacks from the grill, from the pan, from the stove. There are also hot and cold drinks. Open fire, cozy company. The apple fritters. Simply juicy and breathtakingly good. They are prepared and sold on stage by the children's charity organisation ‘Kiwanis Club Brixen’. The donations go to needy families in the Eisack Valley.
