The Friends of the Nativity Scene invite you again this year to the exhibition of the newly built nativity scenes. Biscuits, tea and mulled wine invite you to linger and enjoy a cosy get-together.
The proceeds will go to the "Wünschewagen" and the Peter Pan Children's Cancer Aid.
The raffle for the nativity scene will take place on Sunday 08 December at 5 p.m.

On the second Sunday in Advent, the House of the village community in Gummer is transformed into an atmospheric Christmas market. The traditional market offers a warm atmosphere, lovingly designed stands and a diverse range of handmade products, delicious treats and festive decorations.
Farmers and handcraft offer music, culinary delicacies, punch, hot wine, different handicrafts and natural products. The Farmers’ Advent takes place at the secondary school park (near the train station) of Klobenstein/Collalbo from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

GLORENZA ADVENT MARKET
Under the motto "Lights-Smells-Sounds" the Advent market will finally take place again in Glurns.
Time for contemplation and culinary highlights.
With the medieval backdrop and the romantic alleys of the town, this Advent market is unique. It is characterized by contemplative and musical moments with brass groups and choirs. More than 45 merchants offer their self-produced and handcrafted goods.
There will alsobe pre-Christmas crafts, fairy tales and Punch and Judy shows for children.
The gastronomic stalls spoil the visitors with culinary delights and warm drinks.
In “Das Traumfresserchen,” renowned children's author Michael Ende tells a poetic story about the fear of falling asleep, the power of dreams and the secret of a spell. Tanja Regele, who has already successfully staged the class play “Titus” at the Vereinigte Bühnen Bozen/Teatro Stabile di Bolzano, brings the fairy tale journey for young and old to the theater.
In Schlummerland lives Princess Schlafittchen, who never wants to go to bed at night and is always inventing new excuses. Sleep is the most important thing in Schlummerland. But Princess Schlafittchen has bad dreams, and no one, not even the smartest doctors and teachers, can help her. One day, the queen packs her backpack and starts to travel around the world. She asks many people in many countries if they know a cure for bad dreams, but unfortunately without success. Then she meets a strange creature, the Dream Eater, who loves nothing more than bad dreams. Can he help Schlafittchen as well? In any case, they want to try...

Some rooms of the Garni Café Sport are the backdrop for the forKIDS programme. Afternoon meetings with creative craft workshop, a Christmas bakery, picture theater, face painting and great games take place here to make the Advent and Christmas season the most exciting time for your children. While your children play in the warmth, you can take your time to visit the Christmas market and the numerous shops in Dobbiaco.

On December 21st, at 3 and 5 pm, Mary and Joseph traverse the picturesque corners of Klausen with shepherds and donkeys, telling the story of Jesus' birth.
A Family Fairy Tale, performed by Volksbühne Lana at Raiffeisenhaus Lana, 5:00 PM
"Little Sister and Little Brother," a beloved tale by the Brothers Grimm, tells the heartwarming story of a brother and sister who flee from their cruel stepmother. The stepmother, however, has bewitched all the springs in the forest, causing the brother to be transformed into a deer. During a royal hunt, the king encounters the sister and invites both siblings to live at his castle. Yet the stepmother's wickedness follows them, as she transforms the sister into a ghost and crowns her own daughter as queen. But the king, through the strength of his love, uncovers the deceit and rescues the siblings from the evil spell.
This enchanting story is brought to the stage by nearly 50 performers, with music composed by Daniel Pupp and choreography by Maria Tullia Pedrotti.

The Christmas market in Laives/Leifers is a meeting place for locals and visitors on the weekends during Advent. On Saturdays and Sundays, the local associations enliven the stalls at the fairground Piazzale Pfarrheim.
There will also be a living nativity scene near the parish church of Laives, a nativity scene trail with big and small masterpieces and a musical programme. Children can look forward to a visit from St. Nicholas and riding on small horses along the Via Pietralba/Weißensteinerstraße.

Christmas stall: Farmers' wives with Christmas tree distribution - administration of Mals
The night watchman passes through the old town and lights hundreds of candles that create a glowing path that winds through the alleys every Sunday from November 29th to December 22th and on December 8th at 3.30 pm.
The ice rink opens its doors for public skating on October 27, 2024.
Special opening hours are scheduled during the fall, Christmas and Carnival vacations.
The Christmas Village opens its doors on all four Advent weekends, from 29/11 to 22/12/2024 from Friday to Sunday. Candle after candle form a luminous path through the winding alleys. The flair of bygone eras emanates from every corner and the romantic old town becomes a very special backdrop for a very special Christmas market thanks to its natural and authentic decorations.
At the Christmas village in Klausen, the stalls are hidden behind fir branches and in old cellars, where you can buy local products. And there will also be plenty of culinary offerings as well as an extensive program.
