Discover the history of the miners on an easy family hike The Miners' Trail follows the existing hiking trail from the Rosskopf mountain station via the Telfer Almen to the miners' settlement on Telfer Berg, which then leads into the Ridnaun High Trail. Thematic panels have been set up at selected locations along the trail to explain the historical aspect. The family-friendly hike is rewarded with breathtaking views. An adventure for the whole family! Participants can experience the thrill of wild water on the Adige River in specially rafts, guided by professional instructors from the outdoor activity organization "Acquaterra". A shuttle service will bring our guests from Algund Town Hall to Kastelbell in the Vinschgau Valley, the starting point of the tour.

Guided farm hike in Laion and its surroundings. The bus takes us from Laion to Pontives. From here we hike with our hiking guide Helmuth along the posttrail to the Oberspisser mountain farm, where we can immerse ourselves in rural life. In the meantime, the table is set for lunch (not included). We reach our third stop, the Fallerhof, via the posttrail. A tasting awaits us here and together we immerse ourselves in the world of the farm. The day ends with a hike back to Laion. From the wooded valleys to the highest snow-capped peaks, the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park hides ancient secrets and discoveries of all kinds. Accompanied by an experienced guide, the Nature Park visitor centre will reveal all its mysteries. Here you will be able to get a close look at the animals and plants that live undisturbed in this protected area and explore the inside of deep caves hidden in the mountains. Beware, for it is in these caves that traces of ancient predators from prehistoric times have been found...

Climbing is fun, not only for the children! On the climbing wall we train strength and agility in a completely playful way. But we also experience community and learn what it means to act in a self-determined way. By exposing ourselves to calculable risks, we experience success and failure and learn how to deal with them. The course is aimed at children from the age of 8 and adults. Note: Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent!

What is the difference between wild and farmed bees, how is a bee colony made up and how is honey actually produced? Beekeeper Walter answers all these questions and gives the participants further interesting information about the industrious helpers of our nature. With the appropriate protective equipment, you can marvel at the inner workings of a beehive and experience at first hand how honey is made, harvested and processed. At the end, you can taste the honey products made on the premises.

Is it possible to ride lamas? What sounds do Lamas make? Why do Lamas spit? Every Thursday the farmers Günther and Michael with their faithful companions are waiting for you and your family and will answer your questions. You have the opportunity to make friends with the Lamas, to guide them, to feed them, to stroke their soft fur and to take a short walk with the fluffy animals. Via ferrata "Knott" on the Sonnenberg mountain - an exciting adventure for the whole family! The via ferrata at the top station of the Unterstell cable car offers 4 climbing routes with different levels of difficulty on the rock below the viewing platform Unterstell. A professional mountain guide accompanies you on the "Knott" and gives you important tips for safe climbing. Climbing on the via ferrata "Knott" is for families and children from 7 years (min. 130cm). For children who walk the route alone, the presence of a parent or guardian is required on site.
